Futuristic Superhuman Defense Force

The Superhuman Defense Force(SDF) is the United Republic’s elite homeland security organization. The sudden rise in the superhuman population that began in 1957 quickly demanded the establishment of a law enforcement organization that specialized in the prevention of superhuman crime. The SDF quickly proved its effectiveness and rose to be the nation’s premier law enforcement agency. Several superhuman training academies have been established across the country to recruit and trains it’s future operatives. The year is now 2031 and you will soon begin your training at the prestigious Green Valley training facility, one of the highest ranked and most state-of-the-art SDF training facilitities. The skills you will learn here will propel your future career as an SDF operative.

Today you start your training at the Green Valley SDF Academy. A large scale, state-of-the-art, training facility that is nestled in a mountain valley surrounded by thick forest. The academy is miles away from the nearest city and there only one road in and out, serviced by shuttles that transport students, faculty, and guest in and out. Most students arrived a few days early to finalize paperwork, get assigned to a professor, receive an ID pass, and square away their housing. There is a orientation ceremony scheduled for the first day and all first year students are expected to attend. You will be introduced to the faculty and receive further explanation as to the functions of the academy and what is expected of every student. You have all been assigned to Class 5A. The whole campus is energetic with excitement leading up to the first day. The orientation will start soon and the students have begun filing in one by one.

I couldn't believe I was actually here. The whole campus was like something out of a science fiction novel. The facilities were all very high-tech and their architecture was as modern as it gets. The campus was also huge, covering a large area with several different facilities. I had taken a peak at the "gymnasium" and it was more like a giant adventure park with obstacles, massive courts, and several simulated environments. I was currently in the cafeteria getting some breakfast before orientation started. The spread was amazing and you could easily find just about anything you wanted. My tray was loaded down with fruits, pancakes, some eggs and bacon, and a big helping of fried potatoes. Just thinking about what was in store had me anxious with excitement.

First impressions may not have been getting off to the best start for Titania, after a long boat trip she had really wished to enjoy her travel up to the academy, while conversely avoid the more modern transport such as the shuttles, she didn't entirely trust the mass of rolling metal. While this may sound mostly innocent the fact she had been found taking the scenic route up one of the forest mountains as opposed to the road did raise concerns regarding the intruder, until she presented her papers at least...it did seem her home Island didn't really have the same concept of restricted territory and took exception to her more outgoing carefree demeanor as they questioned her arrival at the rear of the facility.

Still introductions aside she really was impressed looking around, in both size and structure the buildings were the polar opposite from what she was used to but if she had to pick something the place could really use a bit more color, far too many whites and neutral tones making the trees around the area stand out sharply though at least the large doorways did prevent her having to duck around as much. In her mind, it was likely the reason she stood out as much as and got the looks she did, the bright red of her rural fashions and not her towering size, bulging build or mass of intricate tattoos covering her form. It was this that eventually brought her to what seemed to be a feasting hall, though the way they had split up the food items really did give her the impression of some severe OCD that it needed to be divided by type, color and not be allowed to touch, though pushing the thought aside as she seems to pack on a decent helping of every item to fill a good portion of one of the tables to sample the range before she makes a more informed choice. Still many may question how she was managing to fit inside what she was, even with her abnormal size.
