Background: Alana lived with just her mum after her dad had passed away while she was young. Alana and her mum have known she was a mermaid from the age of 10 and have kept it just between them, but after her mum became ill she decided to attend the school so her mum wouldn't have to worry about her.

Personality: Noir seems harsh and cold to those she doesn't know, but to people she likes, she is very kind and caring. She is also prone to panic attacks and is quite emotionally damaged.


Background: As a child, Noir spent most of her time locked away at home, with hardly any company. When she was around 8 years old, her parents were killed by a gang of powerful, evil vampires, who started to track her down, as they knew about her natural talent for wielding magic that had been hidden from her by her family. After Noir was kidnapped and used as a weapon by the vampires, her sister decided it would be safer for her to be sent away, and reluctantly, she left for the school.

Background: Did pretty well at school, kept his head down and just liked goofing off and being lazy at home, that was until one day his classmate convinced him to go to some party together, and Rowan got a rather nasty surprise. After grabbing a drink from the table that he thought was his, he was knocked out and apparently turned sometime while roofied.

Looks: Small, only 5'5, and with a thin build. Slightly long black hair, and blue eyes. Always wears whatever fits/is cleanest/is laying closest on the floor. Has a faint silvery scar on the left side of his neck. Wears two black rings in his ears, and three cartilage on his right. Also wears a black ring on his right middle finger.
