♡ Name: Ione Error


♡ Age: 32 (Earth years), 54 (Libitina years)


♡Physical characteristics: While she may not be the best in our terms, Ione is actually quite beautiful on her home planet of Libitina. Her hair isn't exactly spectacular, as it drapes over her shoulders long, straight and dark. But her eyes are ones to marvel at, as they are a beautiful purple color that never cease to sparkle. Her skin is fair and soft, with seemingly no imperfections. Her facial features are very sharp, like piercing cheekbones and a very crisp jawline. She has a slender body, coupled with lengthy legs. Ione prefers to look very proper and put together, and usually is seen wearing dark colors.


♡ Psychological and Personality Traits: As said before, Ione is a very prim person. She is usually very serious, sometimes coming off as rude or stuck-up. But underneath that, Ione does like to take small breaks from being stern, and doesn't mind cracking a joke once in a while. Yet, her temper isn't the best. She is also very, very smart, much smarter than some of the smartest scientists Earth has ever seen. She can do pretty much everything from chemistry to mathematics to biology. However, she has very low social skills, and finds it hard to understand how humans on Earth interact with eachother. If she can't use facts to prove a point, then the argument is as good as lost. She may be put together, but she can break down very easily if she feels that she is not under control. Ione absolutely despises the Givers who neglect their humans, and was more than happy to create Safe Haven. She will stop at nothing to try and break down the walls that her race are creating.


♡ Backstory: Ione was born into the Error family on Libitina which, despite the unfortunate name, was quite well known. Like herself, her sisters, brothers and parents were very well constructed, owning businesses or being the heads of companies. Being the youngest of five, Ione wanted to follow in their footsteps, and her mass intelligence helped her fly by school in a breeze. When she was 16 in Earth years, her parents allowed her to begin working along-side her brother Alkeides, who was next in line to own the Error Corporation, which was like an Earth's NASA. But, after a fatal illness took her brother's life, Ione was automatically the next one in line. By the age of 24 in Earth years, Ione's father retired and she took over the company. She fell in love with the job, and even became a bit power-hungry. This ambitiousness that Ione felt in her life made it to where she didn't have many people close to her. She was always too focused on her studies or working to finish a project for her work. Ione was used to being alone, and actually preferred it that way. Then, one day at work, sudden news came crashing in. Another inhabited planet had been found. It was good news for everybody at the Error Corporation, and soon, there were hundreds of ships being flown off to this planet, shipping Givers from Libitina to this new found place called "Earth." Much like the rest of her race, she began to serve the humans with all of her heart, imagining how proud her father would be knowing that her town had found possible allies. But then, she noticed what the Givers were doing. How they began to trap their human comrades in little boxes, telling them what and what not to do. Furious, she tried to get her employees to try and ship everyone back to Libitina, but they all refused. So when the human she served suggested the rebellion, she was more than happy to comply.

Name: Ryan Winterborne


Age: 34


Physical characteristics: Despite his middle age, Ryan carries with him surprisingly youthful features. He is a tall man who stands at 6'1 high. He isn't exactly the type that makes everybody turn their head at to look but thanks to his frequent visit to the local gym, he can proudly say his body is well-toned with a healthy golden tan skin. His long elegant blonde hair is tied into a low pony tail that reaches his tailbone. His face is squared with short stubbles at the chin. His sky blue eyes are always shining with childish merriment and sometimes mischief is he finds something new. His face is almost always alight with a brilliant grin and pearl white teeth. He can always be found in a white button down shirt and black undershirt with light brown jeans while going out on the street.


Psycological and Personality Straits: As can be deduced from his facial features, Ryan is quite a jolly person with a laid back attitude. He loves interacting with people around him and his favourite places would most definitely be night clubs. He is an adventurous soul and loves learning new things. He would be the first in line to make changes that nobody else would be willing to make. People, if asked to describe him, would most definitely say he is someone who loves fun and enjoyable luxuries. But that is not all there is to him. Hidden behind those smiley expressions is calculative eyes with board vision for his own future. He values his freedom to a fault and hates being dictated what to do for his own good with a passion. It can be said that he is independent, but never aloof. Ryan has a mild temper but also very possessive and he doesn't even bother to hide it. Once his possessions are at stake, he can very easily go wild with anger and fight with ever fibre of his being to take back what is his.


Backstory: The Winterborne is a royal family with a long history of being related to power and money. However, the family has been growing smaller and smaller and Ryan was born as the last pure Winterborne. Being the final member of the Winterborne, a lot of stress has been put on him since the moment he was born. He was taught to be a noble gentleman, an intellectual scholar, programmed to be the best possible heir. Instead of going spoiled, his free mind willed him to hate having his life decided down to the smallest details. When he was 17, he had had enough of it all and declared to strike out on his own. His father became so angry, having his son stand up to him like that, that he immediately kicked him out of the family. Ryan swore to cut all ties from his family. He stayed with some friends until 3 years later, he received news that his father had passed away due to heart problems resulted from his outburst when he left the family and had been bedridden for quite sometime. Guilty, add to the fact that his mother came to literally beg him to go back, Ryan reluctantly accepted to take over the Winterborne's fortune and title. That was how his life had passed by, going for a round of checking on all the firms until the end of the day, until one day, Earth species were visited by an alien race which called themselves Givers. Despite having constantly denying to take in any, being the independent person he was, Ryan decided to accept his Giver who he saw to be quite special and somewhat different from the rest of her race. However, he soon figured out the way things were going: humans became more and more dependent, so much that they lost their own ability to think for themselves. Alarmed, he immediately devoted all his fortune and dedication to fouding Safe Haven with the intention of freeing all humans from Givers. It was a surprise, but a pleasing one at that, that when he requested help from his Giver, she gladly accepted.
