Vacuo. An expanse of yellow sand and orange rock as far as the eye can see. Ruins crawling with Grimm. Civilizations that rose from the ashes. A Shade that has been overrun. And Hunters and Huntresses brandishing the best they forged, ready to leap into battle to fight for what they hold dear.
RWBY: The Sand and the Fury is about a group of Hunters and Huntresses in the rubble of Shade, after a group of students harnessed the power of Grimm for their own purposes and used them to destroy the school. Nobody knows who these students are, although plenty have their suspects...
The bulk of the roleplay will include fighting Grimm, forging alliances and building trust, making shelter and surviving the desert crucible of Vacuo, and eventually, engaging rival factions.
There will not be formally assigned teams (like JNPR and RWBY) unless players decide their characters are teammates, and even then, the roleplay will revolve around informal factions such as "the group that won't leave without revenge on the ones that razed the academy" rather than "team CREM, assigned by the headmaster". (I don't want to encounter problems due to the absence of members of a formal team.)
