Here is my second toon, I hope she's accepted.
Name: Lapis Lazulli
Gender: female

Race: Faunas- Shark
Aura color: Lapis' aura appears to look like the reflected sunlight on a wall from the surface of a body of water, but instead in the air surrounding her.
Former School Association: Atlas
Skills: Lapis has trained to play a multitude of musical instruments, though mostly string instruments with the exception of the flute, piano, and saxophone. She has also developed an operatic singing voice but rarely displays it. Thanks to her Faunas heritage, she can breathe in water or air just fine and so is also an excellent swimmer.
Semblance: Hydrokinesis: Lapis can control the H20 around her in any form it may take, though she is unable to actually conjure it herself. She can pull water from the air, but she is limited to what is already there in a certain radius around her. The longer she concentrates, the wider this radius becomes. But the more water she controls, the more taxing it is on her.
Weaponry: Lapis weilds an extremely intimidating sword with the ability to change into a bladed whip. This sword is fashioned to appear like the irridescence of sea shells and can be charged elementally with dust crystals.
Fighting Style: Lapis will nearly always use her sword to keep opponents at bay, depending on her surroundings. This is usually so she can begin trying to take control of whatever water is around her. Much of the time, she will concentrate a small sheen of water around her sword to control its movements in manners that aren't natural and catch her opponents off-guard. If she happens to be in or around large amounts of water to begin with, she will forego her weapon altogether usually.
Appearance: Lapis' skin is a stark white, though her casading waves of midriff length hair are teal with blue and green highlights and lowlights. She is quite passable as a stunningly beautiful human. She usually wears hair pieces laden with sea shells and a small red starfish. Her eyes are a pale gray with slitted pupils, and her small stature belies the force of nature within. Usually hidden away is her second skin tone, a blueish gray tint that spans a thin line along her spinal column beginning just below her shirtline. Her nails are a matching grey, both on her hands and feet. Her normal clothing is usually a white knee-length dress with billowy flowing black translucent sleeves with her shoulders exposed. Around her waist is her black leather holster belt for her whip, studded with Lapis Lasulli gems. On her feet she usually wears black Mary Kay style shoes and ruffled socks, her socks matching her laced wristlets and choker. Hanging from her wristlets and choker are the very same gems she was named for.
Emblem: Lapis' emblem is a a three piece set of Lapis Lazulli gems in the shape of teardrops.
Personality: Definitely a go with the flow kind of girl. Calm, cool, collected, and graceful, she usually has a soft, gentle smile. However, She's got a nasty temper when it flares up and which for everyone else is thankfully very, very rare. While friendly, she is emotionally aloof usually and next to immpossible to read what with her emotional distance. Her circle of friends is quite small, and fewer still know her well enough to read her at all.
Backstory: Growing up in Menagerie was no picnic, and survival was hard even with a family to help out. But survive Lapis did when her parents died in a mining accident along with her older brother. Rather than joining the brutish White Fang, she instead made her way through the world training to be a huntress one day to better protect those she cared for. She managed to get into Atlas' academy, and she was an exceptional student. After a few years of this tremendous work, rumors began to circulate Lapis wasn't human. Horrible things began happening not only to her stuff, but herself as well, this torture leading up to the discovery of the truth of who Lapis was. After being forced to defend herself against several classmates and a teacher who ganged up on Lapis, (she nearly killed them all in anger over being so horribly betrayed in such a manner) she was still harassed out of fear of her, but no one had the audacity to outright attack her again because of her display of terrible might and mercilessness when ambushed. She eventually submitted an application to Beacon and was accepted. And so she was on the next ship to Vale, leaving behind the bigotry and racism she'd fled from.

She gives respect to those around her, regardless of age. She very sensitive to words yet she has a long length of patience. Courageous, rational and ever learning. Almost all of the good traits of a good person is all gathered into one girl. There has been times that she has shown her baddest side but these were the times that her patience has ran out.
Appearance:
Standing at a whopping 5'3 and weighs around 110 lbs. She appears to look feeble and weak. It is obvious that there is nearly no exercise in her muscles. She has a petite body frame. In case one is wondering. The most notable thing about Angie is that she wheelchair-bound. Her legs are paralyzed. She sits on a motorized wheelchair that can also be pushed by others too. She always either wears black, white or gray dresses. Mostly white. She has slightly silver eyes (She really doesn't have "the silver eyes" it just looks like she has)

Queen's throne- Her weapon of choice is none other than her motorized wheelchair. Nicknamed as the "Queen's throne." This 25 kph wheelchair has two rocket launcher/cannons attached in it's back. These cannons can be folded for concealing and compact design. The rocket launchers can adjust their level of angle, ranging from medium, far and very far range. These rocket launchers has four barrels each. Each rocket launcher stores 12 rockets each, making it 24 in total. These rocket launchers are also dust compatible, it even shoots dust fueled rockets which has various effects that will benefit Angie in the battlefield. This wheelchair can drive on rough rocky surfaces, slippery ice and snow, sand and grass thanks to it's special wheel design. Angie's wheelchair specializes in long range combat, so nearly no enemy is beyond her reach. These cannons can also switch firing modes between single, rapid and cluster (Launches them all at once) but yet she hardly uses the rapid fire and cluster for she quote's "Too destructive" for it causes so much environmental damage and injure fellow teammates in the process.
Strength of a thousand men- Angie's Semblance doesn't quite fit her combat style but she just uses it as a extra ability that can help her in her daily life or self defense. Angie has super strength which is very passive so she has it all the time as long as she still has her Aura. Although one cannot see it in plain sight but she is able to lift pretty much anything with her hands, whether if it's bowling balls, anvils and even cars. Her maximum strength was measured around 5 tons. Although this has limits. Her Aura is her strength. As long as she still has a bit of Aura she still has extra strength left. Every time someone or something drains her large Aura pool, she gets even more weaker and weaker.

Personality: Kuroba never was very popular she always was picked on or just ignored for being weird. She always keeps her Pink teddy with her and loves to sketch. She always felt more comfortable reading a book than with people because she never really had any friends.
Appearance: Kuroba is petite standing at 4"08. she has black hair with pink highlights and wears a Black and pick outfit complete with Black boots that she takes everywhere.
Weapon and semblance: Kuroba uses a kusarigama the weapon you see below except the device you see on the chain is a dust shooter.
Her semblance is Umbramancy: She can control darkness whether cloaking herself in it or making a room dark. With serious strain on her aura she can make some shadows solid but this drains her almost completely.

If he sees anyone or anything destroy or hurt and animal or nature, he loses control and goes beserk until they are unconscious. He's also a very feminine guy and most of the time dresses like a girl.
Appearance: Has long black hair that's usually up in a ponytail. His red eyes show through his black framed glasses. He usually has a pair of headphones around his neck as he's always listening to music. He wears a white hooded short sleeve jacket with a black tank top underneath. Due to his feminine figure he wears a red and black plaid skirt with thigh high black and white striped socks with black leather heeled boots that go up to his knees
Weapon and semblance: Katana combined with a machine gun. Blood manipulation, he can use his own blood to form into weapons to fight with or if his opponent is bleeding he can control their blood but only blood outside of the body.
