Secretary:
The Leader's personal assistant, who organizes paperwork, assembles meetings and helps the leader in general. Max: 2

Head Scientist:
A person who leads the technological advancements for the Faction, creating new mech ideas and creating tech to assist the army. They will occasionally have personal meetings with the leader. Max: 1

Scientists:
Assist the Head scientist by doing their bidding. Max: 3


General of Army:
The person who controls the military and constructs the tactics of war. Will often have meetings with the leader. Max: 1

Commanders of the Army:
People who assist the General in keeping the military in good condition and occasionally on rare occasions meeting the leader. Max: 3

Sergeants of the Army:
People who train the troops and lead them in combat, will control mechs in combat alongside specialist units.
Max: 5

Pilots:
The brave men and women that take control of the big and powerful mechs and lead the ground troops into combat. God speed! Max: 10
