  Hi! I'm TarantulaHawk. Feel free to call me whatever, as long as it's at least sort of polite. I am a nineteen year old who is currently unemployed. You know what that means? I have so much time on my hands that I feel like I'm going crazy! I've been roleplaying for almost ten years now, so I think I sort of have a handle on what to do. I hope.
  
  Anyway, I know this thread looks super basic and boring, but coding on this website is a nightmare for me and I'm never able to get onto my laptop enough to justify really trying to learn. Maybe this will eventually be pretty, maybe not.

  — A rule I had to just add on is this: Don’t just say something like “Hey you wanna roleplay?” or “I’m interested”. It’s annoying. I’m a human being and so are you. Introduce yourself a little!
  — Use the grammar and spelling that you learned in school. I am not asking for perfection, because I can promise you that I am not even near perfect and I know you aren't either. Just do your best and make sure it's a readable response.
  — As far as length goes, I would like at the very least one solid paragraph (a paragraph is five to seven sentences), though I'm always up for more! Please make sure that both sides have a near-equal amount of length - I hate it when someone writes a ton for their character and then gives my character's love interest a paragraph and a half. Drives me nuts!
  — We will be doubling up unless you are willing to just play my character's love interest.
  — I am a fan of adult themes (the kind of themes within the site rules, of course). This means that I would like you to be at least seventeen years old or older. It just makes things more comfortable for me, personally.
  — I will roleplay any gender pairing for your side; gxg, bxg, bxb. It doesn't matter to me. My side will most likely be bxg and every once and a great while I might branch out and do a bxb roleplay.
  — If you're going to disappear for a while, just let me know! I know that life gets in the way and things happen. I will make sure to give you the same courtesy.
  — Don't ghost me. If you aren't interested in our roleplay anymore, just let me know. I get angry when people ghost me. I'd rather part on good terms, because if you come back for a roleplay a few months later after ghosting me, I will probably just ignore you.
  — I really prefer someone who is willing to chat when we roleplay, and it sounds dumb, but it IS a requirement. It feels weird and tense when I can't talk or chat with my fellow roleplayer because if something comes up or I'm really excited for our plans, I am going to want to chat about it!

  The stars indicate how much I want to roleplay something. If it only has one or two stars, I probably don't want to roleplay it at this time. If there is a dot by it, I am willing to roleplay oc/oc.
