Rockefeller Street. (Reboot for a friend) - Come one, come all to behold the festival of dark magic, witchcraft and voo-doo.
Ah, summer. Such a nice time of year. The air is warm, and the evening sun is just starting to sink below the horizon as you make your way home. What you are walking home from does not matter; all that matters is what you will find along the way.
As you walk along a busy street, lost in your thoughts, a slight movement catches your eye. When you get closer, you see that it is a small flyer taped to a light post. You remove it from the post and see that it is an advertisement for an annual festival. Although it is not something you might usually consider attending, you find yourself intrigued by the simple flyer.

A small, hand-written note on the back of the flyer reveals that the festival is going to be hosted down the main street in your downtown area - Rockefeller Street. You slip the flyer into your pocket as you continue on your way home, unable to stop thinking about what you might miss if you do not go.

Rockefeller Circus is an annual festival of lights, music, dancing, and magic. Magicians, voo-doo enthusiasts, witches, and supernatural beings of all the sort come together on this one magnificent night. Spells are traded, potions are sold and fortunes are predicted all while music, dancing and food are celebrated down the main street. For all, it's a festival that you will never forget.
But you may be wondering - a loud, all-night circus blasting up the city square - how do the people there not notice it? Thing is, only magical beings that are invited can see it, and attend the party. To normal residents of the city, it would appear as though Rockefeller Street has been closed off due to some unneeded construction.
Ah, hopefully you've gotten it now, though! Indeed, you've been awarded this flyer, and hopefully you actually want to go to this festival. That's it, that's it! You're magic!
This just so happens to be the year that Rockefeller Circus's founder, Caelum Xandar, chooses a group of teens that he believes are ready to explore his own magical world. Caelum will be waiting for you, if you choose to come.
Does the society of illusion, enchantment and sorcery appeal to you? Do you wish to come and join us, in our festival, or miss out on the chance of a lifetime?

2. No swear words, profanity or inappropriate manners.
3. Maximum of 4 characters per roleplayer.
4. Try to keep the number of males and females equal.
5. Make your magical abilities unique as you can.
6. Maximum of 3 characters with the same powers.
7. All RpN rules apply, if I missed any.
8. Caelum is the founder of the festival, so anything he says, goes.
9. If you have any plot-twists or ideas for the plotline, please PM me!
