Advice/Help Reverse Interest Check

Hey everybody!

I was browsing RPN today (I recently got back into online roleplay a bit), and felt in the mood for something set in the Resident Evil universe. However, most threads I found related to the topic were either 1x1s or incredibly dated in terms of their creation.

IN the past, I've only ever been invited to roleplays, so this is my first time really looking for one. I was wondering if it was allowed to post in search of an RP in interest checks as a player instead of a GM. I almost had a, "Fine, I'll do it myself" moment before I realized that it may be better to just ask first.

You can totally do it, just make sure you clearly stated that you want someone else to be the GM. The result might be unreliable though but who knows, maybe you will find someone.

People on this site have totally done that so it's fine. I think you just need to make it clear somewhere so you don't get potential players messaging you under the belief that you're creating the RP.
