Wears a boom jacket very similar to Leon's in RE4, though it's a bit darker, and has a BSAA patch on the right sleeve. Underneath he wears a dark green military sweater, also with the BSAA patch, this time on his right breast. Other than that, he wears combat pants and boots, with his gun holster on his right leg.

Personality:
Issac, being a combat engineer, is a very resourceful person. He's always had a knack for jury rigging a situation to get out on top, using his natural mechanical savviness and sharp mind to help him through. Despite his confidence in the field, he's quite shy, and doesn't like sharing his feelings with others. (I would write more, but I'm exhausted right now. You'll see it more IC.)

Background:
Born in Los Angeles, Issac had an absentee father, and a mother more focused on drinking than raising him. Because of this, he was a very lonely child. His mother worked hard, and he was fed and educated, but she was rarely a mother for him, and he never really had someone to emotionally support him. This led to the boy being extremely self reliant, leading to him becoming fascinated with engineering of all kinds. Electrical, mechanical, all of it. He started making money using his know-how for various odd-jobs, and made quite the money doing this. He was still a teenager when Neo Umbrella began their war against the world, so he avoided the military as much as he could. When it all ended, he decided he could make much better money in the army. Specfically, the US branch of the BSAA, technically part of the Army. He was designated as a Combat Engineer, and went on several missions. One of these was to protect a Scottish scientist named Aileen McDermit. They were around the same age, and they started dating not long after. Issac was one of the first ones to know something was up with the lab, as he lost all contacts with Aileen a day before the outbreak was announced. He was chosen mainly for his resourcefulness, though they did consider that Aileen could cause him to jepordize the mission.​
