The Federation is the successor to the United Governments of Naxus (U.G.N), and was founded 1,078,900 years ago after the end of the Insurgency war, which lasted for 14 years where the outer and fringe worlds were given autonomy by the U.G.N. In the final months of the Insurgency war, the 1st & 2nd U.G.N Army groups, lead by Master General Raigus Argon (later to become the first Chairman), staged a coup against the corrupt U.G.N government on Naxus. Many of the former U.G.N politicians and anyone who were associated with them were executed by the military, and the government was reorganized into a military government comprised entirely of high ranking officers from the military. At that time, the Military government saw the reunification of Araxi Galaxy as the highest priority, and therefore did not prioritize filling ranks of the government with competent politicians.
The Federation was very unforgiving of the outer and fringe worlds. Chairman Argon abolished the peace agreement that was signed by the U.G.N and the autonomous outer worlds, and the Federation declared war against the autonomous states, starting the Reunification war which would last for 3 years with the outer & fringe colonies submitting themselves back into the Federation. The autonomy was brutally punished by the Federation, and was made an example of. The very planets that sparked the Insurgency war were destroyed by the Federal Military, along with billions of lives as a reminder to the rest of the Federation, that the new government would not tolerate rebellion. In the following centuries, the Federation would continue to tighten their grip on society, instilling fear, and creating various organizations to insure that no one challenges the Regime's power or authority.
In order to gain the trust of their people, the Federation rebuilt the galaxy's infrastructure, and gave education & healthcare to the people. In turn, it generated a highly educated work force which was used by the Federal Government to build their military power for the Federation's main purpose. The removal of all undesirable species from their galaxy, as well as the complete domination of the Aegis Cluster under the Federal Government. And in order to do this, the Federation began brainwashing the citizens. Instilling nation pride, xenophobia and the idea of Vikran Superiority above all else. The Federation's strategies worked. And within 680 years since the establishment of the Federation, the first Expansion wars broke out. The wars lasted for 450,870 years with the Federation claiming dominance over most of the Aegis Cluster.
There have been a total of 2 large scale wars that have erupted since the end of the Expansion war. The first being the 1st Border War against the Targon Empire, which lasted for 8 years, that ended in a stalemate from a ceasefire & cease of hostilities agreement that was proposed by the Targonians. That ceasefire agreement only lasted for 125 years, when the 2nd Border War broke out, but this time ending with a strategic victory by the Federation. Ever since then, the Federation has become more and more bold and radical. Vast amounts of resources are being diverted towards their Armed Forces in order to deter any form of uprising.
The Federation is very much obsessed with the Vikran Ancestry. Specifically with the first known Vikran civilization known to the rest of the population as. The Ancients. The Federation, since coming to power have been pouring large sums of resources into hunting artifacts and relics from the earliest known Vikran civilization, in order to weaponize the Ancient's knowledge and relics. Knowledge that would otherwise be known as magic or supernatural.
The Federation is a multi-Galactic organization that is ruled under a Facist Totalitarian Government. The people live under tyranny and oppression, but majority of the population are too blind to see it as they have been brainwashed into thinking that the Federation is good. The G.V.F.O Supreme General Assembly is the overall governing body of the entirety of the Federation. The seat of power is on Naxus, the capital world of the Federation and home to mega cities with buildings reaching the clouds to house the trillions of people living on Naxus. The main ruling government has thousands upon thousands of seats, each seat representing one system. The government is split into four distinct groups:

The Government which is the main governing body and where the daily lives of the Federation's citizens are judged on a day to day basis as well as the section of the government responsible for enacting new legislation and laws. It is also where the assemblies of debate and discussion take place regarding issues that matter to the Federation's future or social issues. This section of the government has much power as they are responsible for ensuring that the Federation does not stagnate and that systems are not engulfed in chaos or abandoned. They are also responsible for the inauguration of the Chairman, the Supreme Leader and Chief of the Armed Forces, Intelligence committees and the rest of the Federation. The senate itself is composed of a congressman or woman representing each system group of the G.V.F.O, with thousands holding a seat. The Senate composes of congressmen and women from all sectors of the G.V.F.O. The Sector Councilors, of which there are 25 of them, are seated as the Supreme Council.
The Supreme Council is an executive committee composed of 45 members. 25 of those members are the Sector Councilors, who represent each primary sector of all three galaxies, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Supreme Federal Judge, Federal Admiral, Chief of Intelligence, and 15 additional Sector councilors from different galactic sectors in the G.V.F.O's local cluster. They are responsible for making executive decisions on certain legislation and government actions. They are the overarching committee that overlooks and approves or sacks all decisions made by the Vikran Federal Congress. They are also responsible for making executive decisions as well as orders, which includes the dismissal of congress members or any member of all four branches of government, as well as sending a request of a replacement to the Federal Council for decisions and approvals.
The Federal Council consists of 10 members. The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Federal Admiral, Supreme Federal Judge, Chief of intelligence, The head of the Secret Police, Chief Chairman of the board, Leader of the Joint-Chief of Staff, Chairman of the House, And the Vice Admiral. These are the 10 most exclusive members of the government and are in charge of the final decisions of government plans, laws and legislation. The Vikran Supreme Court of Law is the highest court within the government and where the Supreme Law Makers and Judges of the Federation reside. They are responsible for high profile cases, as well as average cases that are brought up to the supreme court of law. They are also responsible for the prevailing of justice and the everlasting fairness of justice. In their eyes, Justice will be swift and fast, due to the tight regulation of surveillance as well as information recording, Vikrans who commit crimes or atrocities that are shunned by the rest of society will be quickly taken off the streets by the Secret Police which the Judicial Branch works closely with.
The jury's purpose is to take all evidence and propose their decision in a trial to the judge. The Judge is responsible for reading over all evidence, but also to read over the opinions of the jury, defendant, and prosecution and weigh in his/her opinion also. Once a decision is made, the jury presents their stand to the judge who has the choice of either disapproving the proposal set forth by the jury or enacting the jury's proposed decision.
There are a total of 13 Supreme Judges in the Supreme Court of law. Any cases that does not make it in either the local court, state court, sector court will be given to the Supreme Court. They are responsible for keeping society in constant check, to secretly investigate, and arrest or kill any political rivals, enemies of the government or Chairman, as well as the elimination or arrest of potential rebel leaders and cells. They work in secret and are trained to be silent hunters, blending in with society and completely disappearing from radar in order to hunt down enemies of the federation, as well as working as secret agents in foreign empires to spy on their political leaders, as well as military and society.

The third branch is the Intelligence Branch. This branch is responsible to surveillance of the Federation, both domestically and abroad. The Intelligence organizations of the government work closely to ensure that corporations, the average citizen do not step out of line when it comes to the laws and social norms of the Federation. The intelligence committees usually are tasked with surveillance, assassinations, abductions and execution of corrupt business officials, politicians, as well as any citizen or official that poses a threat to the integrity of the Federation. They work very closely with the Secret Police who are responsible for underground operations of rooting out criminal networks, ensuing order and stability among the populace through order and at times fear.
The Primary intelligence organization in the government is the F.I.O (Federal Intelligence Office). They are responsible for collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence to assist the Chairmen and the Federal policymakers in making decisions relating to national security, as well as domestic security.
The Secondary intelligence Organization is the B.O.I (Bureau of Office Intelligence). They are responsible for protecting and defending the G.V.F.O against foreign intelligence and terrorist threats, enforce the criminal laws of the Federation, and to provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state, and municipal agencies and partners. They are also the ones to step up in crime investigations or high profile investigations of criminals and terrorists.
The Secret Police are the third and last branch of the Intelligence Committee. Their given the least amount of restrictions when it comes to investigations as well as secret raids. They are responsible for keeping society in constant check, to secretly investigate, and arrest or kill any political rivals, enemies of the government or Chairman, as well as the elimination or arrest of potential rebel leaders and cells. They work in secret and are trained to be silent hunters, blending in with society and completely disappearing from radar in order to hunt down enemies of the federation, as well as working as secret agents in foreign empires to spy on their political leaders, as well as military and society.
The Military
The fourth branch is the military of the Federation. They are controlled directly by the Government but, also function as their own separate entity. They are responsible for the safe keeping and protection of the G.V.F.O's borders. They are also responsible for planning out invasion during war time, as well as enforcing conscription during wartime. They are the organization responsible for protecting the Federation and all of it's people, assets and territory. They do regular patrols both within and outside of their local cluster, as well as paroling trading routes. They serves as escorts for diplomats, and trading and mining ships. They also work closely with the secret police, especially their elite and special forces who also work as secret agents and spies and are deployed both domestically and in other empires to survey their movements. They are also responsible for taking over all law enforcement duties if Martial Law is enacted upon the Federation, as well as working closely with the Sector Councilors and the Government during Martial law.

They are also tasked with spying on potential rebel cells, and political movements, as well as protecting the power of the Chairman and the Federal Senate through unethical methods. Methods include Kidnappings, working with underground organizations, coercive interrogations, torture, forced disappearances, internal exile, and assassinations. They are made up of units from the military who are fiercely loyal to the Combined Armed Forces of the G.V.F.O, as well as the Government. They are also sent out on long term missions to spy on other foreign empires, as well as conducting assassinations or other means to eliminate any potential threats to the G.V.F.O. They are masters in the art of stealth and secrecy, leaving no evidence of their presence behind. Instead, they make it seem like an accident or an unfortunate event.
They are often times referred to as an unofficial Elite force of the Military due to their exceptional military training and military grade weapons. Their armor consists of all black, with dark grey combat fatigues, and an in-closed helmet so that they may stay anonymous. They are the masters of invisibility, being able to completely disappear from radar. One moment they are there, the next, they are somewhere else. They are an organization steeped in mystery,secrecy and stealth. All who knows too much about them are silenced. They are brainwashed and fanatical in their beliefs. Believing that all living creatures are nothing more than mere tools. Animals ready for slaughter, or hunting. They see killing as a simple game, and express little to no emotions apart from extreme sadistic pleasure from other's suffering or anger. They have no morals and are a force of pure evil.
Their ranks are filled with Vikrans possessing psychic abilities, as well as Vikran-Ancients, brainwashed by the G.V.F.O. And infused with the DNA of an Eximas to give them animal instincts and abilities such as natural night vision, and a heightened sense of smell and reflexes.
Race
Vikrans:
The Vikrans are the dominant species of the entire Federation, numbering in the hundreds of Sextillions. Vikrans are a humanoid species that has similar characteristics to that of homo-sapiens. What is special though that gives them a distinct and noticeable difference with humans though is that every Vikran has white skin. Eye colors usually vary within the Vikran population but, the most common eye color are light grey eyes which most of the Vikran population has.
Vikrans are very tall beings, usually between the heights of 6 - 7' 5". They are also a very intelligent race as they strive for innovation and improvement which they believe will not only service the Federation, but also with their survival as a large and expansive species. They are very fit for a species, as they live on a planet much larger than any normal sized planet. Because of this, the muscular and bone structures of the Vikrans have evolved to become robust in order to not become weaker and eventually corrode and break from Naxus's gravity due to it being a large planet. Because of this, their bone structure is highly durable and strong. Their society is very disciplined and every Vikran holds themselves up to a standard that will not tarnish their family's name.
They live up to 610 years. But, there are reports of Vikrans living till the age of 700.
Vikran society: They are a very militaristic and innovative society with a third of the Federation's total budget being allocated to the military. Half of the Federation's money and annual earnings come from large military manufacturing sectors and mining operations. While the other half is earned from normal business of different enterprises and civilian owned corporations. Vikran schools are by law required to teach every Vikran child about combat while teaching academics as well. While Vikran children can choose what profession they wish to go to, after completing studies and earning a degree, they are required to serve a mandatory 3 years in the military. Although they are highly aggressive at times, they still deeply care for their fellow Vikrans and will offer charity for those less fortunate Vikrans. It's very rare to see a Vikran who will care for species other than their own. The years of mandatory military service and exploitation of other species has led to ultra-nationalism through out Vikran society, where they believe that the Vikran race and the Federation are the greatest and the strongest, while all other species are second class and must abide by the Federation.
Eximas:
Similar to a Vikran only, they are genetically produced beings, grown in labs in order to serve the purpose of Vikrans. All of Eximas usually have a slightly less paler skin color than Vikrans, but also, their hair and eye colors are much more diverse. They were created with the fusion of animal genes into their DNA, which gave them one trait to differentiate them from the Vikrans. Every Exima has either a pair of grey or black coloured, pointed-tip ears sticking out of their heads. This was a feature purposefully inputted by the scientists in order to separate Exmas from Vikrans. The animal DNA enables the Eximas to posses certain animal characteristics of that certain animal. All Eximas are capable of natural nigh vision, due to being part animal, and have a heightened sense of awareness and smell than Vikrans do.
They are of similar height with Vikrans but, they were created for the sole purpose of serving the Vikrans needs. And because of that, they are not as fit as an average Vikran would be, and most certainly can not be compared to a Vikran soldier. But, due to the animal genetics being fused into their DNA, Eximas retain a sense of better agility and reflexes due to their animal genes. The Vikrans are their masters and 'owners' at times, as every Exima is tasked with assisting the family needs of Vikran families but, they are given enough equality and rights in order to protect them from some of the discrimination that they face.">

Exima Society: The Eximas were created for one purpose. To serve the Vikrans. They are given rights as well as elevated to an equal status and given the same benefits of education, food, housing and medical care in order to stop the mass murders of Eximas at a certain point in history. They are seen as impure and unnatural by Vikrans. Eximas are treated with cruelty & injustice. And are not given enough significance within the Federation's society and government. Despite their 'rights'.
Ancients:
The Ancients are basically Vikrans, only they are psychic sensitive, as well as being supernatural/magical beings. Meaning that all Ancients posses glands in the brain which allows them to be psychics,and allows them to be clairvoyant and telekinetic. They are direct descendants of the first ever recorded civilization of the Vikran race approximately 2 million years ago. An entire civilization derived only of psychics, that mysteriously collapsed. The ancients are direct decedents of this long gone civilization. They are subjected by the G.V.F.O Government which has taken a great interest in their ancestor's ancient religion and society. Subjecting and banning the Ancients from practicing their religion, as well as recruiting ancients in finding and deciphering ancient relics, temples, structures, tombs, etc... as they are known to hold magical and supernatural powers that the Federation wishes to weaponize and use against their enemies, but also use it against their own people. A great example of this are the 6 Death Shed Knights of the Federation. The first and only success that the Federation had with the Ancients and their relics.
They hide in the shadows of society, as a vast majority of them are Vikrans. The number of Ancients in total of 5 million, all spread out through out the G.V.F.O.
