Excluding the amber eyes, they would still be the same emerald green.

Name: Atara
Age: 20
Race: Sheikah/Gerudo mix
Sexuality: heterosexual
Gender: female
Pronouns: she/her

Physical appearance: Atara is 5’7” and rather lithe, though she isn’t exactly exceeding when it comes to strength she makes up for it in speed and grace. For the most part she takes on a Sheikah looking appearance: with pointed ears, pale skin, and snowy white hair. Although she gets her emerald green eyes from her Gerudo side.

Personality: Atara is the quiet, antisocial type. Not one for conversation and not too into depth when it comes to details. If one gets to know her, she might become a little more open and cheerful. Even with her shy exterior, she still knows better than to take disrespect or unwanted attention and will become snappy with someone if they show such qualities.

History: Growing up, she was picked on as a child for being different. She was primarily raised by her father, who trained her in swordsmanship and fighting. Often times, without his knowledge, she would run off and practice with a bow. Since she was born and raised in Kakariko her life wasn’t the most interesting. She was raised to do what all Sheikah do, protect the royal family. Although, personally, that was never what Atara wanted with her life. She, when she got the chance to see her mother, much preferred the life of a Gerudo. Due to this, her father had a tendency to limit the time she was actually allowed to see her mother in Gerudo and mostly allowed her mom visitation in Kakariko.

Extra:
— She can sing really well, but has a tendency to not do so.
— She loves the heat, surprisingly even with as pale as she normally is her skin tans easily versus burning. Very easily.
— Excellent with a bow and sword, mediocre with a spear (not due to lack of her mother trying)
— Very good with horses, her father taught her how to ride and tame at a young age.
— She is, also, very talented at shield surfing and even sand seal riding.
— Has her own variety of colors in Gerudo clothing. Along with her own signature Sheikah themed Gerudo outfit.
— Naturally gets embarrassed about the little things.
— Skip the BS or else persona.

Zaris and Mirel

Age(s)
25 (Zaris), Unknown (Mirel)

Gender(s)
Both Male, both use He/Him/They/Them

Sexuality
Straight (Zaris), N/A (Mirel)

Race(s)
Hylian (Zaris), Maraudo Wolf (Mirel)

Physical Appearance(s)
Zaris stands at 5'10" with a moderately thin build and no shortage of stamina, the latter of which comes from extensive cliff-climbing and exploring the world as a whole. For his outfit, he wears a black hooded cloak with a plethora of dark brown nature motifs decking out the cape, mainly leaves and mountains, arranged symmetrically. In the exact center of the cape sits a front profile image of a wolf's head, as well. Beneath the cloak, Zaris wears a black coat with matching trousers. On his hands and feet, Zaris wears buckled fingerless gloves and boots. Zaris' outfit as a whole appears somewhat worn by the elements. Around Zaris' waist is a utility belt, on which is stored a handwoven Rupee pouch, a number of small tools, an intricately-detailed wooden flute, a storage pack, and perhaps most importantly, Zaris' weapon of choice-- a chain whip that is tipped with three sickle-like blades, reminiscent of a beast's claws.

Mirel looks like a typical Maraudo Wolf, but a closer look at him reveals a leather collar fit comfortably around the wolf's neck.

Persona(e)
Zaris is typically somewhat quiet around the humanoid races of Hyrule, preferring the company of animals to people. As such, while it isn't impossible to befriend him, it may take a bit of time before he truly warms up to anyone. He tends to be deadpan sarcastic, as when he refers to the Yiga Clan as "those banana-worshipping weirdos from Karusa Valley". Deep down, though, Zaris has a softer side, and he enjoys a good meal, primarily ones containing meat or fish. On his long trips across the land of Hyrule, he enjoys camping with his lupine companion and looking up at the moon and stars, along with writing about the flora and fauna he encounters along the way in his journal. Zaris has something of a personal credo when it comes to hunting-- he will only hunt animals that have not been already hurt by monsters.

Mirel is highly protective of Zaris, and thinks of him not just as his master, but also his friend. Anytime the wolf's keen nose and ears pick up trouble, they'll not be shy about making it known.

Bio
The lone son of a pair of veterinarians from Riasa Village to the west, it is said that Zaris' striking amber eyes stemmed from a blessing bestowed upon him by the guardian spirit of the woods before he was even born, after his parents helped to nurse a gravely injured wolf that had wandered into the village completely back to health despite the beast being almost completely at death's door. This unique feature of his proved to be a prime source of teasing and taunting from the other children of the village, leading him to prefer to spend time with his parents as they performed their duties with helping sick and injured animals, even going so far as to act as their assistant. What his parents found rather mysterious, however, was that with Zaris around, their patients seemed to be acting calmer and more accepting of surgeries than usual...

One night, on a trip into the woods to search for medicinal herbs, Zaris heard the pained cries of a wolf that had been caged by a band of Bokoblins. Thinking quickly, Zaris slew the lot of them before he turned his attention to the poor wolf. The beast had been positively battered and beaten, covered in slash marks and bruises, in addition to a broken hind leg. As Zaris approached them, the wolf immediately began to weakly snarl in defense, but nevertheless he carried on, remembering what he had been taught by his parents.

"There, there... it's okay. This'll only hurt for a bit, I promise."

Using materials from the crude Bokoblin camp as well as some herbs he had already gathered, Zaris worked quickly to mend the wolf's injuries despite their whines of protest. When all was said and done, Zaris carefully helped the wolf out of his prison, and with the glow of the nearby campfire, both pairs of yellow eyes met each other. Rather than simply running back off into the woods, the wolf seated themself upon the ground. Zaris slowly stuck out one hand with curiosity, and to his surprise, the wolf seemed to be inviting him to pet him after such a brief time together.

"Good boy... good boy, Mirel." Zaris said to the wolf, giving them a name of their own.

As Zaris headed back towards the village, he heard the soft padding of paws coming from behind, and when he saw the wolf following closely behind, he could only grin as he realized he had finally found a friend to call his own.

When Zaris was old enough to explore the world on his own, he would do so with his furry companion ever by his side. When Zaris' travels brought him into the woods near the village, he would feel an otherworldly presence pulsing from the ancient temple at its heart.

As of late, however, that presence seemed to have grown... faint?

Extra
- Zaris is quite nimble on his feet, and is capable of using his chain whip like a grappling hook to cross large chasms.
- If the duo happens to encounter a space too small for Zaris to fit through, he can send Mirel in to investigate.
- Zaris may allow others to pet Mirel, but as he warns the children who come to see him every time he returns to his home village of Riasa, "the wolf bites".
- When Zaris plays his flute, the melodies he plays are tributes to the different animal sounds he's heard throughout Hyrule-- the somber tones of a howling wolf and the staccato chirping of birds, to give examples.
- Zaris is highly skilled when it comes to animal medicine, and may not be shy about helping animals along the way.

He's a bit more muscular though

Name: Keenan (actual name is Azrael but he'd rather not be known as the angel of death anymore)
Nickname(s): Ganon's chosen, Ghost, Kee
Age: 21
Race: Sheikah/Yiga
Sexuality: Heterosexual mostly
Gender: Male
Pronouns: He/him
Height: 6'2

Personality: With a seemingly nonchalant attitude and a carefree smile, at first glance Keenan appears to be a happy go lucky traveler subject to his whims and whims alone, never staying in one place for very long. A young man of mystery, he never reveals much about himself, instead changing the subject to before anyone can pry into his affairs. He keeps people at arms length even when he's been injured. He's also curious and intelligent, generally even friendly, but still possessing a smart mouth and cynical nature that takes some getting used to. Because it's hard to tell if he's merely teasing or insulting Keenan has a habit of rubbing people the wrong way. It doesn't exactly help that he's not afraid (usually) to tell people what he actually thinks either. If one were to use two words to describe him it would be unflappable and annoying as nothing seems to phase him. You could also say he has a rebellious streak since he doesn't always listen to authority.

Beneath this prickly, tough guy exterior however is a man who has experienced too much for someone his age. Having been brought up in the Yiga clan, Keenan has been trained to be a killer since the moment he could hold a weapon. He knows of the various ways to kill a man, from poison to just good old assassination, and how to use shadow magic to make himself unseen if he so chooses. He's seen more people die than he could count, enough that it's almost made him numb to tragedy. Keenan can talk about dark topics with an almost completely straight face that it scares even himself. In spite of all this he is nonetheless a sympathetic young man who perhaps surprisingly can do acts of kindness and not even bat an a eye. He likes helping people and is a softie deep down but gets visibly uncomfortable when anyone makes a remark about it. He's more or less the type of guy to notice somebody in need, aid them, and leave before said person can utter a thank you.

Whether he's doing it out of the goddess of his heart or to preserve his slowly eroding humanity however remains to be seen. All Keenan knows is that he's terrified of what the future holds. There's a hungry, fiery heat simmering in his veins, and a unknown voice slowly getting louder and louder...

He prays he can find a solution, before it's too late.

History: Born in the Yiga clan, Keenan's life growing up was for the part what a destructive, banana obsessed, Ganon worshiping cult considered normal. From the time he could walk he was molded into a weapon to help further his clan's ambition, learning the arts of the ninja through the use of shadows and at least basic mastery of most weaponry. He was subject to intense training designed to break and bring him back even stronger, such as going through multiple obstacle courses full of things designed to kill him and days-long exercises in which he was allowed very little food or water until the mission was complete. At the age of 7 he had already killed his first man, progressing through the ranks rather quickly as the years went by with no signs of stopping. Showing potential at using elemental magic, by all appearances Keenan seemed like the perfect little soldier who would likely be leader of the clan once he came of age.

In secret within the comforts of his home however, his parents were doing all they could to prevent him from being completely brainwashed. Being lower in rank they weren't particularly skilled in fighting but instead served the clan in other ways, his mother being a blacksmith and father a teacher, positions that allowed them to not be under much scrutiny as long as they did their jobs. Both were part of a quiet faction which questioned the practices of the Yiga and their worship for Ganon, some disturbed by how little the higher ups cared about the rest of Hyrule and its inhabitants, while others wanted to throw themselves at the mercy of the Sheikah whether because of homesickness or for some peace quiet. As a result, Keenan was taught the basics of Hyrule beyond what the Yiga seemed keen at leaving out or distorting the truth.

"Remember that nothing is simply black or white. Question everything." His father would say, lightly poking at the skin and tissue protecting Keenan's heart, both sides of his temples. "And never ever let that kind spirit you hold truly disappear, even in a place of hardship like this."

Keenan took those words to heart. Some years went by, the missions getting more dangerous by the day. And on one of those particular missions, everything apparently went to hell. He woke up back in the Yiga hideout among some friends of his parents with no memory of how he got back there, seemingly unharmed other than having some ugly scars added to his collection and was told that his parents had disappeared. One of the Yiga commanders even suggested that they might have abandoned him. The fear and pity present in the eyes of those who had witnessed him grow up spoke volumes of what actually occurred, but no one seemed willing to tell him the truth. All he could do was mourn. Later he discovered that one of his scars had been infected with malice, and with some of the Yiga now saying he had been blessed by Ganon he decided it was time to get the hell out of dodge.

Tasked with either finding a way to kill or corrupt the great dragon Naydra, 17 year old Keenan saw his chance. Once he had gotten near the peak of Mount Lanaryu he faked his death and went on the run. Since than he's been traveling from place to place, never staying anywhere too long because bad luck seemed to be following him wherever he went. With his scar becoming more painful by the day he eventually decided to head to Kakariko village and throw himself at the mercy of his sworn enemies, the Sheikah.

Extra:
  • While he has a basic mastery of most weapons Keenan prefers using his trusty katana and shadow magic.
  • In his free time he's been trying to improve his elemental magic.
  • Keenan absolutely hates bananas, enough that mere smell of them makes him feel ill.
  • Ever since the 'accident' Keenan has noticed he can't feel any pain (doesn't stop him from getting seriously injured or dying though) and that his tastebuds have dulled considerably
  • He's a decent cook but usually uses a absurd amount of spices in his dishes so that he can actually taste some flavor
  • Has some bad insomnia and often volunteers for first watch
  • Refuses to use any dark magic for obvious reasons
  • Likes to give people nicknames
  • Loves animals even though most of them run at the mere sight of him
  • Sketches as a hobby
  • Never changes clothes in front of others
  • Can't hold his liquor, easily gets emotional

Name: Aisha
Race: Twili
Age: Looks 25 or so
Sexuality: Asexual
Pronouns: She/They

Appearance:
222222.png
Normal:
Aisha herself is a healthy 5’6 at best, with a thin build. Bright red eyes and orange hair may not stand out among the Twili but in Hylian company she will catch every eye, even before her ghostly pale skin, or black robes that seem to swallow her entire body. This provides the benefit of free movement as well as concealing anything she might carry with her.

Her makeup outlines her eyes quite heavily with a single line running down from the outer edge, marking her as a mage in training. Despite her accomplishments and technically finishing that training, Aisha tends to leave the mark as is. Likewise her metallic hairband and it’s accessory indicate her training in magic, and are kept for practical reasons as much as an affection for them .

Disguise:
Her Hylian disguise is an imperfect one. The intent was to create a broad-shouldered brunette about the same height as Aisha herself, with tanned skin. All of these features translated, but her ears aren’t quite as pointed as they should be, the shape of the eyes isn’t quite right, and in general if someone really looked at her, they’ll realizing something is just a bit off. Her brown tunic and pants are likewise illusory.

Personality: When curiosity is killing cats, it’s merely a warmup for Aisha. She does not do a good job of tempering her natural curiosity and this gets her into trouble with everything and everyone, as Aisha will inevitably stick her nose into things that catch her interest. Fortunately, this is usually new magic, technology, or the like, and not people problems, although she’s been known to keep asking questions well past the point when she should shut her trap. She’s also fairly adept at going unnoticed when she isn’t asking questions, and that is often when Aisha is at her most worrying as she’s very good at getting into trouble.

When her inability to accept not knowing isn’t getting in the way, Aisha is fairly reserved. She would claim that it is the result of knowing things she shouldn’t, but in practice it is more a case of Aisha being used to getting spurned for her appearance and as such hides behind her Hylian façade whenever possible, although she finds the complete falsification of her appearance uncomfortable and removes it when she can. She does not want to hurt others, and tries to keep them out of the line of fire of her antics, and if pushed about her appearance will simpy flee rather than fight, even if it's a winnable fight.

History:

Aisha's a curious soul at heart, which has often lead her into trouble. In her youth, this trouble was just a scolding, or perhaps learning about certain matters a little sooner than her parents might have liked. As she aged, and learned more of magic, however, Aisha's curiosity took a turn. The general circumstances behind the banishment of the Twili where never concealed from her, the precise nature of the crimes and magics were. Aisha, naturally started digging. At first, she found very little, except not so polite warnings that she should stop looking. This only encouraged her, and Aisha set to obtaining a fair mastery of her family's illusion magics.

While this allowed Aisha to get knowledge, it only continued grow her curiosity and before long, Aisha started looking for more than just information, and started digging into darker and more forbidden magics.

It did not take long for someone to find her, and half mastered illusions were not good enough to fool true masters of their craft. While the Twili could overlook someone simply searching for somewhat hidden history actually dabbling in the dark magics that saw them banished from Hyrule would not stand. And, in turn, they could not risk allowing that knowledge out, and despite her relative youth, Aisha was sent through the Mirror of Twilight, into Hyrule.

As a relatively sheltered child, Aisha was not best equipped to survive in Hyrule proper. Between the sun, the hostile land, and a lack of knowledge, her few months were spent scrounging for food survival. Her few encounters with locals went poorly, as her strange appearance, and ragged(and unusual) clothing tending to produce negative assumptions about Aisha before she could even say anything, and either fled, or reacted with hostility. Eventually however, she started to make better use of her own magic, disguising herself as an unassuming Hylian woman to manage to make her way into towns, or trade with those passing buy.

While she knew enough magic to hunt, it raised enough questions that Aisha eventually took up a bow, if only to give herself a story that she was a hunter just making her living out in the wilderness. Combined with some subtle illusions she found herself a comfortable enough niche, pretending to be Aisha the Hylian, instead of Aisha the Twili exile, for at least long enough to trade and collect rumors, before slipping back out into the wilds, trying to dig up the secrets of Hyrule, and trying not to die.

Extras:

-Aisha’s most well versed in using her magic for illusions, which she will use in a fight, but knows some other magic as well.

-Knows some dark (forbidden) magic, but is unlikely to use it. She’s curious, not insane.

-Survive or die has made her a fairly capable survivalist, as long as you don’t mind her cooking being awful.

-She’s a reasonable shot with her bow, but absolutely useless in melee combat.

-Finds Hylian’s like of bright colors very confusing, and prefers to keep her wardrobe as drab as possible

-Quite good at imitation, to keep with her illusions

-A bit slow at reading in Hylian. When thinking aloud she tends to forget to use the local language.

CBC3CA89-8ED8-4EA3-A07B-5AA2AF36C1D1.png
Name: Adagio
Age: 22
Race: Zonai
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Gender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him

Physical appearance: Living in the wilderness but mainly relying on magic compared to his own physical power Adagio is lean but not especially muscular. He is of average height with dark skin and glowing green tattoos tracing his body.

Personality: Growing up rather sheltered Adagio has become very outspoken since leaving home. He’s curious by nature and will speak up about anything that he has an interest in. He can at times be badgering but mostly just wants to learn more about Hyrule and it’s people.

History: An outcast happy to be separated from his family, Adagio is eager to learn more about the world. Originally the Zonai inhabited the ruins deep within the jungle, nowadays it is only Adagio’s family who remains there as the rest slowly modernized and integrated with society.

Curious by nature Adagio went against everything his family believed in from a very young age. Where they were religiously adherent to customs he was innovative and constantly pushing their buttons. For a long period they tolerated his mischief as he still mostly followed their practices. However he did eventually cross the line. His family found him carving masks which in and of itself was of little offense however he used the customary war paint of their people to decorate them and they were outraged. Not wanting to face the backlash Adagio fled the Jungle and for the first time began to explore the vast land of Hyrule.

Now he’s taken the opportunity to familiarize himself with the rest of Hyrule and it’s people. Curious of what he can learn from them.

Abilities:
While Adagio prefers to utilize magic based around masks his body has been strengthened with the magical markings of his people and he is formally trained with the spear. His magic pertains to carving masks and imbuing them with the abilities of their likeness with his tribe’s War Paint. A familiarity with the subject is necessary for a proper effect.

Extra:
-Takes a particular interest in the culture of other Hylians.
-Is not a follower of Hylia but rather the spirits his people believe protect Hyrule.
-Is naturally rather trusting but will not give that trust again if it’s broken

Name: Trill
Age: 21
Race: Rito (Magpie)
Sexuality: He's figuring it out (not straight)
Gender: Male
Pronouns: He/him

An example of Trill's plumage, wing, and beak type:
sfw_black-billed-magpie1a.jpg

Physical appearance: Trill is average sized for a Rito. Coming from a family of corvid Rito, Trill was born a magpie. His feathers are black with patches of white and a spread of iridescent blue-green along his wings and tail.

Personality: Trill is friendly but can be a bit awkward and nervous at times. He often rambles or talks a little too much, but he does usually realize when he's doing it.

Raised into a family of healers, Trill is highly compassionate and sympathetic. He doesn't like to see others hurt or upset and does his best to help.

He may give the impression of being carefree and happy go lucky to passersby, but Trill is simply trying to allow himself to be happy and enjoy what is there to be enjoyed. He has as many concerns and worries as the next person.

History: Ever since he was born, Trill was meant for music. Only days after being born, he'd do his best to join his mother when she'd sing to him. He could recognize music all around him- in the wind, in the water, in the sounds of the night. Melodies and harmonies came naturally to him from the aether.

As he grew up, after his mother's passing, Trill wanted nothing more than to sing, play instruments, and relish in the pleasant sounds of the world and hear the music of Hyrule's people.

He was taught the trade of his family: Healing. His grandmother, a raven who practiced her healing in a highly traditional, almost mystical method, taught him all about what it meant to help people and ease their pain. His father, a crow, on the other hand, took a more clinical and scientific approach to all of the herbs and materials and the various anatomies and illnesses of Hyrule. His mother, when she was alive, loved plants and gardening. She was much more of a song bird than Trill's father.

Many arguments and much drama ensued in Trill's late teens. It could be called his rebellious phase. He felt such a strong calling to pursue the music of Hyrule, he could practically hear it over the distant mountain ridges. There was magic in it and he knew it. He just had to figure out how to wield it. Unfortunately, as being a healer was such an important role, especially in the current day and age when so much knowledge was lost in the calamity, responsibility won out in the end.

There was a compromise (Thank you, grandmother). Trill would continue his studies and practicing healing and medicine. He'd aid his father by helping to care for his garden, keeping his shop/lab in order, and taking over and trading off with some of his father's traveling doctor routes and trading for rare herbs, insects, and books. So long as he didn't fall behind on his responsibilities, Trill was free to see Hyrule and absorb all of the music of the world he wanted.

Extras:

-Trill sometimes can't tell if it's wishful thinking or coincidence, but he thinks he may be starting to see his singing having magical effects. Favorable wind currents, arrows flying true, medicines having more immediate effects, and many small things that would be easy to write off.

-Trill can be a little clumsy on his feet, but is a very good flyer. Some compare it to dance or maybe what it would be like to see music in the air.

-Trill is an excellent cook. He got in trouble quite a few times as a child for using his father's herbs for cooking rather than medicine.

-Trill can mimic sounds and voices. He's taken a liking to the way more humanoid races hum rather than tweet.

-Trill has a bow. He's not particularly impressive with it most days, but he knows how to use it.

-His father's lab and garden are in a cabin in Upland Lindor. It's a slightly more central location than Rito Village and is easier to grow a larger variety of plants in. Rito typically prefer open air housing, but for his research and elixirs, Trill's father needs a more controlled environment. There's still a structure similar to Rito housing on the roof.

-Trill can be very dramatic.

(Left: Nessa Right: Saran)

Name: Saran
Race: Gerudo
Gender: male
Sexuality: Queer/Questioning
Age: 13
Appearance: red fluffy hair with tan skin, and a shorter height compared to most gerudo. He has that of slight muscle definition and build, but, not too much as he has yet to grow into his full gerudo body. His eyes are a shock of green upon his dark face.
Clothes: A flower crown of blue hues made by his sister Nessa, and light mint pants. When seal surfing in the desert he wears a mint mask to protect himself from the sand. Around his neck is a golden wedding ring, one of a duo that he shares with his sister.

History
Saran was born as a twin into a loving Gerudo family, as the first male in the tribe in thousands and thousands of years. Gerudo legends had spoken of this prior, for-claiming that every 100 years a male Gerudo is born unto the tribe, he is destined to become the ruler of the people and lead the tribe to power. The last male Gerudo was Gannon, and his leadership lead to the downfall of Hyrule, and the disgracing of the Gerudo tribe for his actions. His mother and Hylian father did all they could to protect and hide him within the Gerudo roles, and for the most part it succeeded. Saran blended well into the Gerudo tribe with his twin sister Nessa, appearing as a woman due to his mother's disguises.
Five years of childhood bliss passed, but one hot summer day that all came to an end. A group of people found Saran. It was never clear whether they were Yiga, or apart of any other Ganon worshiping tribe; yet whoever they were, they targeted him within the village and started to make their plans to kidnap him from his family. Through trusted sources, his parents heard of the plot, and with little time to react, They ended up taking their children to the edge of the desert to hide from those that wanted to hurt Saran, at the great fairy's fountain. They prayed to the fairy that she would protect them, and let them survive, before giving the two of them their wedding rings strung upon string and wrapping it around both of their necks. They hugged their children goodbye, and soon went back to town. There, they encountering the group that wanted Saran in their home, and in a gruesome struggle, the parents, and other Gerudo soldiers who had come to help upon hearing the commotion, ended up killing the group of misfits. But, no fight is without its consequences. Both the Hylian man and the Gerudo woman died from fatal injuries, and with everyone in the town clueless as to where the children were left, the two twins remained lost in the desert
Saran and Nessa had to learn how to take care of themselves, for awhile they stayed in the great fairy's spring, drinking the water, eating the fruit, and sleeping there all the same. One day, Nessa gained the sudden ability to manipulate plants to her will. Equipped with this new strength and hope, they decided to venture out to the desert to look for their parents. The sand storms were brutal, the days hot as hell and the nights freezing. Nessa's magic helped them just barely get by, surviving on voltfruit and hydromelons grown from Nessa's hand for food and water. In their search It didn't take long before they heard of their parent's death by some travelers passing by. Heartbroken, the twins grieved, and eventually moved on with heavy hearts, clutching their ring necklaces. Neither of them quite understood why they left, or what had happened, but the loss of their parents still weighed heavy on their hearts like a weight sinking down the gerudo sand. Over time, they learned how to fend for themselves in the desert wilds together, retreating initially to petty theft on desert wanderers, and after some years working in Sand Seal Rentals to earn money for food.

At the age of 14, this is where Saran stands now, working a Sand Seal Rental with his twin sister Nessa at the Kara Kara Bazar, and sleeping nights away under their own little hut and blanket of cloth.
Whenever he goes into town he most wear a woman disguise to enter, but at the Bazar he's free to be himself and take the disguise off. Times have been rough for his sister and him, but they've always managed to get by together, so that's how they plan to do anything in the future.
together

Abilities
Saran is skilled in close sword and knife combat from fighting lizafalos at a young age. He doesn't possess magic like his sister, but he can fight very well, and is always looking to learn new forms of combat for defense (edited)

Personality
Saran is essentially a "gerudo soft boy". He's got a heart of gold, and is more calm/laid back than his sister is. He's led by logic, yet a bit on the nose at points. There is a sinister dark side to him if anyone dares mess with those close to him. He's kind to those close to him, and opens up like a wild flower in a desert oasis. He's most close with his sister as they've done everything together. Though the two of them can fight, he knows he can't stay mad at her for long.

other random things
Saran probably likes guys but as he's around women the most of the time he's not fully aware of that yet.

He enjoys heat as it's a sort of nostalgia for him, but finds snow absolutely beautiful, and wondrous though he isn't used to the cold.

Saran has no acknowledgement of why his parents hid him from his entire tribe. He always assumed it had something with him being a boy, and thus not fitting in well, but he has no idea it had to do with the fact that he is in some way a descendant of Ganon. He's completely oblivious to what his dark lineage holds

History: B-206 is an ancient device created by the sheikah at the height of their technological and magical innovations. A prototype of their own master sword. The masters of the Sheikah in their hubris decided that they would make their own sword that could content with gannon and the malice. They were of course not Devine themselves so could not make a soul from nothing. This meant they needed to find one, and find one they did. The exact way they managed for force a soul into their creation as they made it , is best left unsaid. Still despite this the sword was just another failure and more annoying retained some of it's personality and memories making it very uncooperative. Eventually the kingdom would fall and the project to remake the master sword would be forgotten. even when the old technology was rediscovered the swords locked away were left to rot, most having long faded away leaving only B-206 alone in the dark. Still nothing is lost forever and what is lost is often found. Someone would in time find the swords and sell them off scattering them tot he four winds as those that could be sold were sold. Where they ended up B-206 doesn't know or care she id on the surface now.

personality: B-206 is a bitter spiteful and sarcastic person. She is honestly very annoyed she hasn't faded away and managed to die yet. She has in truth lost faith in the gods and holds a bit of a mocking attitude towards them not feeling they could do anything more to her. B-206 doesn't like to talk about her past before becoming a sword and just says she always has been one and is defective.

  • Name: Grima
    Age: 25
    Race: Sheikah/Hylian
    Sexuality: Bisexual
    Gender: Male
    Pronouns: He/Him

    Physical Appearance:
    itoya_concept.png

His right eye, normally covered by his hair, is the usual Sheikah red, while his left is a deep blue green.

Personality: Grima is a gruff if observant man, due to his current parental role he's grown much more protective and somewhat strict of his charge. Even so, when given time to himself or when in a safe environment he can let go of his hardened exterior and let his softer side peek through the surface, especially when around the child he now claims as his own.

History: As a Sheikah, Grima was raised with a weapon in hand and with the idea in mind of protecting the royal family like his people have done for generations. His Sheikah father trained him in weapons while his Hylian mother trained him with a paintbrush. While no master in painting, he grew to enjoy painting scenery more than he did fighting, wishing to leave Kakariko to see the beauty that Hyrule had to offer. It took some convincing, but his father allowed it with hesitation and armed with a sword and traveling light he set foot outside of Kakariko Village at 16. Despite finding trouble with monsters, Hyrule had a tragic beauty to it. When he returned to Kakariko, it would be some years before he would venture out again, though at 20, he ran into the dilemma of a few traveling Hylians and one half Gerudo being overwhelmed at their camp by a few Bokoblins, with one Hylian dead and the half Gerudo being injured while protecting a young child who, admittedly, put up a rather good fight with a simple spear.

While there were only three of five Bokoblins left standing, Grima rushed in to assist, helping to slay the last three. The mixed Gerudo/Hylian woman had thanked him greatly, offering to repay him kindly for his help. While he had initially refused, he offered to protect both her and the child during their travels for a time while helping her with her injuries until they went their separate ways.

He got to know her as Farah, and the child was Farah's younger half sibling Uriah, who had asked him if he had seen their elder brother that had disappeared one day.

"He's kinda tall, like, almost your height, with black curly hair like mine that he ties up cause it's kinda long, and he always looks tired and sad. Oh! And he has a sword too! He said he'd be back but it's been too long, so maybe you've seen him?" The child had described with a hopeful look in her wide eyes that made his heart ache as he informed her that no, he didn't see anyone like that in his travels.

They traveled for months, and sometimes he'd help them try and figure out if anyone fitting that description had been in the area, whether they remembered the man from months prior when traveling with the two girls and he just happened to be in the area relatively recently. In that time, Farrah had healed before tragedy eventually struck. Farah had been killed while the trio were out in the wilderness. Wounds from a close encounter with a bear that Uriah had not spotted when wandering the forest and Farah had been quick to try and protect the child from, along with limited and dwindling medical supplies to hold her through until they reached a village led to Farah's untimely demise. So, he took Uriah in as his own after learning the girl had no other relatives besides her 'lost brother' and now dead sister, training her in basic sword fighting and bowmanship as he took her to Kakariko to settle for the next five years.

He did end up finding out about the man she called brother recently, though, and from what he knows, the man had, in some form or another, had encountered a Yiga Clansmen who had taken his life. Though the finer details aren't clear, he has yet to find a way to tell Uriah.

    Extra:
    -An okay cook

-Has to fight Uriah to eat vegetables that aren't just mushrooms

    -Strong swimmer and climber

    -Quiet as a mouse

-Flexible in the "I don't like that, looks painful, please stop" kinda way (think Kaycee Rice)

-He calls Uriah his child and has a few affectionate nicknames for her

-He blamed himself for Farah's death, and tries to let Uriah know that she was not to blame for it and that mistakes happen, and is trying to help the child on the road to recovery, though he himself is barely there and admittedly isn't a therapist

Name: onnen
Age: ancient
Gender: female
Race: demon
History: onnen is am ancient demon alive when demise first walked hyrule. She didn't personally take part in the war, but like all other demons she supported her lord and hatec the gods. When demise was sealed she abd many like her despaired at the loss and watched the dark realm fall into war. Onnen again mostly stayed out of it deciding to hibernate and wait for their lords return. She woukd wake from time to time as new supposed lords rose and the dark world slowly grew more empty.

In time there wpuld be few demons left and the power of the true demonlord was needed to remove the demons that had fallen. To long they had been at war and unable to stop the killing they no longer revived.

Onnen one of the last demons was selected to find demise the though being just about the last demon she also was selected to be demon queen. Something she didn't mind.

Personality: onnen is best described as innocent evil. She bosent really harbor Hate like demise, but can be just as cruel. She is similar to a child who has yet to understand others pain when playing with insects. She hates the gods and wants her lord to destroy them. She also liked those touched by malice as it is the essence of demise.

Gender: Nonbinary

Physical Appearance:

Personality:
"I don't know who I'll become but I know what I'm supposed to be..."

Zada doesn't know who or what they're supposed to be outside of a Yiga. This is something everyone feels based on where one was raised, right?

Zada is one who always wears a mask; a person who can seem like an easy going and friendly person who isn't above biting back on occasion, a shy well meaning though meek individual, or as a cold indifferent individual who doesn't bat an eye at spilling blood.

Like the many before them, Zada was trained to become a person of many faces that lie through their bloody snarling teeth as they grin in your face one moment, then stab you in the back the next.

Unspoken to anyone for fear of being considered a traitor or possible deserter and hidden away in their heart; a small part of Zada desires for something different, a change of some sort, though isn't quite sure what.

History:
"You were sickly, left out in the wilderness to die. So by Ganon's grace, I brought you here and nursed you back to health. Made you the strong person you are now."

"So you pitied me–"

"No, my child, never."

Their mother always claimed this, and yet…

Zada, for as long as they could remember, was raised by the Yiga who treated them well enough and never really questioned the why's and how's after a while. Though their mother loved them dearly, she was harsh with her way of training, pushing them to be stronger and better and to go past their limits. Sometimes they felt as if they would break, but found the resolve to keep going so as to not disappoint their adopted mother nor the Yiga.

The farthest they've been outside of the hideout would be the Gerudo Canyon Stable, spending most of their childhood when not training is playing what they saw as harmless (while others saw it as harmful) pranks on travelers. Otherwise, they'd go people watching. They told themselves that it was important for training to know how people held themselves, but really Zada just wanted to see what other people did, see how others outside the Yiga interacted with each other with the hero hiding somewhere like a coward as far as they're aware.

Eventually, they began testing their disguises and let their slippery fingers grab anything that shone or glittered if it caught their eye once they gained enough confidence in doing so, and if caught was quick to try and make a get away.

Extra:

-Isn't all that crazy over bananas

-Not the biggest fan of sweets

-Likes music

-Can only do minor illusions to their appearance, such as changing their eye color or hair color

-Has many different styles of clothes, some of which is to help with their illusions and disguises

-Likes jewelry yet doesn't wear much of it. Likes shiny things in general

-Bit of a pickpocket

-Has a few scars on their mid to lower back

-Likes Gerudo style clothing

-Was trained in swords and bows, but is not the best with magic compared to their peers though they're trying

-While pretending not to care for things such as tales of heroes and romance, had on occasion imagined themself in a few as a younger child overhearing a few but nowadays think it's just a silly pastime
