In the Realm of Elysium, magic had been once deemed no more than a myth, but, soon the world was crawling with magic wielders. Some used their powers for good but most for bad. As the magic wielders fought for dominance, they ripped the world to shreds. The leaders of each nation needed quick solution so they gathered together. It was a dangerous plan but they believed it was the only way to put the world back together and create peace. Many of the corrupted magic wielders used things called Dark Stones to call creatures from other realms to help them fight battles. The leaders decided to use a Dark Stone to call creatures from other realms to kill all the magic wielders. They scoured the Earth for a Dark stone and finally found one. To control the stone, all you need to do is give it orders. Little did the leaders know, the more you commanded the stone, the more the dark power devoured you. Even though they started out using the stone for good, the stone slowly began corrupting them and they turned into malicious evil creatures. It took years but they finally thought they had killed every person with magic. Unfortunately, they had not. Once they found more magic wielders, they imprisoned them. After lots of scheming, they finally decided that they would use the Dark Stone to banish the magic wielders to another realm.
What is the magic wielders goal?
To escape the realm and get revenge on the leaders. They also want to get rid of all the Dark Stones and banish all the monsters back to their realm.
More About the Dark Stone:
The Stones came from a dark realm. It is not known how it appeared in Elysium but they are all hidden deep beneath the ground. It seems like when one stone is taken, another replaces it. With the Stone, you can only control things, you cannot make things. With the right command, you can open a gate and let monsters from another realm come through. For some reason, a Dark stone is like a magnet. The monsters from the other realms are somehow drawn to it because of the wickedness that radiates from it. The monsters become so transfixed on it that it hypnotizes them and poisons their mind. That is how the leaders control them. Same goes for humans. Many of the people working in the prison where the magic wielders are kept are also ruled by the Dark stone.
Types of Magic Wielders:
1. Elemental Magic - These are people who can control any nature/weather elements (fire, water, air, etc.).
2. Shapeshifting - These are people who can shift into anything they desire (animals, humans, otherworldy creatures etc.)
3. Warpers - They can manipulate an object into whatever they imagine, as long as the size and the type of object is relatively the same. (If someone had a cup, they could change it into a bottle but they wouldn't be able to change it into something like shoes.)
4. Telekenesis - They can move objects with their mind.
