Even nightvision cannot pierce the darkness.

Abilities: Flagg is able to fully control Captain Trips, as well as see through the birds eyes. The creature is not independent from Flagg, but rather, a litteral extension of himself. If one were to destroy the bird, it would weaken Flagg by unprecidented levels
