BIO (OPTIONAL):

Elle was born to a King and Queen of a kingdom shrouded in darkness, Aurora. Elle was a huge blessing to her parents, considering her mother had been thought to be barren. Not only that, on the day Elle was born, light and peace was brought back to the kingdom, the darkness shrouding it being chased away.

Skip ahead a few years, the King and Queen have been raising Elle and preparing her to one day take the throne. They taught her everything they felt they could at her young age. Elle excelled and surpassed all the lessons, showing that she was smarter than most children her age.

Skip ahead yet again, to Elle's tenth birthday when she begins to show signs of a great power no one realized she had. This power purifies anything corrupted by darkness or evil, returning it to its original state of goodness.

This power gains the attention of many enemies, but one in particular had Elle's parents frightened. Alvah, a dark sorceress, who was the original ruler of the kingdom and sister to the queen, that brought about the darkness that had surrounded it before Elle's birth. Alvah wants to take Elle and her parents down, so that she may reclaim the throne and her darkness regin once more.

Elle's parents, fearing for their only child's life, makes a descion to send Elle away to live in a tower high above and far away from anyone that could harm her. Elle, a young child at this time, is devastated to be parted from her parents and doesn't understand why it had to be this way. Her parents just tell her it was to keep her safe and that no matter what they love her. Tears in their eyes, and with heavy hearts, her parents order their most trusted guard to take Elle away in the middle of the night.

After their daughter is gone, however, Alvah storms the castle with a corrupted army of fallen souls, and murders the King and Queen. She then takes the throne by force and darkness begins to regain over the Auroran Kingdom.

Elle, having safely made it to the tower, begins to weep suddenly, for a reason unknown at the time. She realizes a few days later, she had been weeping over the loss of her parents.

Now, several years have passed. Elle is twenty three. She's been living in the tower with the guard who brought her there. The two lived comfortably in the tower, looking out for one another. The guard left the tower often to retrieve supplies for them, warning Elle to never allow anyone into the tower. Alvah was still out there and searching for her and would do anything to have her dead. Elle always heeded this warning, but, deep down she longed for a companion besides the guard.

One day, while the guard is gone, Elle's hidden wish comes true when a handsome man approaches the tower. The man knocks on the door, claiming to be in need of water and food. He tells Elle that he's been traveling for days and that he hadn't come across a single soul since everyone was in hiding from Alvah. Elle, being the kind person she is, allows the man to come inside, but only for a little while. She gives the man what he asked of and starts to send him on his way before the guard returns. This isn't the last time she sees the man, though, for he returns the very next day, while the guard is out. He thanks Elle for her kindness and just ask that she speak with him for awhile. Elle agrees, glad she found someone to talk to other than the guard. Again, time comes for the man, whom Elle finds out is named, Adrian, to leave, but he promises to return again the following day. This continues on for some time before a romance begins to bloom between Elle and Adrian, all the while, the guard still not knowing.

It was several months later, that finally, the guard finds out about Adrian and scolds Elle, warning her the dangers of someone knowing her whereabouts. Elle, completely trusting of the stranger, tell the guard about being in love with Adrian and they get into a heated argument. The guard forbids Elle from ever allowing the stranger into the tower again and that she was to remain on the top floor now, being locked away.

Adrian returns for his routine visit, to find the guard answering the door, telling him Elle no longer lived at the tower. Adrian, baffled, leaves the tower and goes searching for his beloved.

Months pass and Elle is still stuck at the top of the tower. Her hair having grown down past her feet, she gained the nickname "Rapunzel" from the guard. She leans out the only window in her room, singing a song that calms her. Down below, a tired looking man hears the song and looks up, spotting Elle. He shouts out to her, knowing it's his beloved. Elle, hearing his shouts, becomes overjoyed and desperately wants to go to him. She frowns, telling him about how she's locked in and has no way out since the guard is gone. Adrian asks if she has any rope and when she begins looking around, spots a long curtain. Quickly, she yanks the curtain down and creates a makeshift rope with it. Draping it out the window, Elle climbs down it and to her beloved. She embraces him and they run off together.

As they're running away, however, they run into an Evil Queen from a neighboring kingdom who kidnap them and lock them away. Upon realizing who Elle is, this Queen releases her from jail, but forces her to use a long forgotten power to do her deeds. Elle would have objected to this, but the Evil Queen ripped Adrian's heart out and is using it for leverage. Elle was trapped in the Evil Queen's hands before Snow White and Prince Charming show up and somehow free Elle and Adrian. The couple thanks their rescuers, and believing they could have a happy ending, choose to find somewhere to live in the Enchanted forest.

Their happiness is short lived when Alvah shows up, almost killing them before Snow and Charming save them again. Alvah, defeated for the moment, disappears. Elle and Adrian, having nowhere to go, are offered to stay with Snow and Charming. They agree and live comfortably for a short while when the Dark Curse is cast, sending everyone to Storybrooke.

In storybrooke, Elle is Mary Margaret's student teacher who lost her parents at a young age and who's fianceé disappeared. The two women enjoy working together and become great friends, Mary Margaret even allowing Elle to live with her. Adrian is an patient in a mental ward who doesn't remember his own name or age.

When Emma Swan comes to Storybrooke, Elle and Mary Margaret befriend her almost immediately, feeling a close bond to her. After Emma breaks the curse on everyone and they know who they truly are, Elle goes in search of Adrian. Once reunited, they start to kiss when Alvah appears and shatters their happiness.

Also, in Storybrooke, Elle meets a young girl, named Anna Marie, whom she becomes best friends with and practically inseparable from her.

Her face has colored a shade of white that hardly gains any color unless she blushes, which brings some life to her face. She, however, makes up with her chocolate colored eyes and long black hair which falls down to her shoulders and ends a few inches past them. Her body frame is an average slender size which isn't too skinny or too fat and stands at a height of 5'5
Bio:
Part 1‣ She is the only child born to the king and queen of Nox Aeterna, life as a princess did not serve to be as glamorous as one would imagine. That could be definitely said especially with the girl having a mother like her own. The queen Amélie had plans for her child even before giving birth and regardless of the gender. When she gave birth to a daughter she was more than thrilled, for she could see the young child’s life right before her eyes. She began to teach her daughter from a young age the proper ways for a lady of her status; along with showing her what was inappropriate as well. The proudest moment of her mother’s life was when her daughter displayed magical talent; only increasing her delight. As a child, she didn’t think much about her mother’s words and simply went along with them, but as she grew older she began to pull away. Her interests and wants began to stray in different directions. Ana wanted more out of life; she wished to see more of the outside world and associate with other people other than stuffy royals and other people of nobility and such. The only person who seemed to not pressure her was her father. The girl’s father Godric was not like her mother, he would allow her some freedom. The two of them going on walks together and talking. He truly did see her as his little princess and loved her very much. The two of them going on walks together and talking. He truly did see her as his little princess and loved her very much.

However, there was one person the female found herself able to lean on for comfort; her cousin Regina. The two were close like best friends. Despite the age difference between the future evil queen and the princess, the two were quite close. Almost like sisters they shared common interests and lived similar lives; such as dealing with their overbearing mothers. She was the only one Regina told about her relationship with Daniel; aside from Snow which wouldn’t happen until later on. And like Snow, she made Ana promise to never tell anyone; which was a promise she swore to keep and she did. The last time the female would see her cousin was when she learns about her forced marriage to the king and the events that led to the arranged union. She tries to be as supportive as she can. But isn’t blinded by how the death of the woman’s lover as effected in an obviously negative way. Regina blames Snow for what happened, although Ana doesn’t. From what she’d heard it sounded as though the young girl was manipulated by Cora into telling her about Daniel; she knows how manipulative her aunt could be. But it was obvious her cousin saw it in a different way. The female finds herself coming to blows with her mother constantly but the woman always puts her daughter in place and back where she believes she belongs. Her mother always excuses her behaviour, however, telling her daughter that she knows best and everything she has taught her will make sense when she’s older. It never does, however. She never understood her mother and didn’t think she ever would. Unable to stand another minute behind castle walls, she does the only thing she thinks she can run away.

Her travels bring her to the Enchanted Forest, a place where she will call home for quite some time before moving elsewhere. In order to survive she hunts and within time she begins to learn her territory rather well. She learns just where to find fresh resources and the like. One day during a hunt she spots an injured wolf which becomes easy prey for the approaching creature which she trailed into this particular area of the woods. Before any harm befalls the fallen canine she does away with the troublesome beast and tends to the injured animal. The female is surprised by the animal’s reaction afterward as it seemingly leads her about the forest. Much to her surprise, she is taken to a wolf den. The pack of wolves which occupy this den is the same wolves which raised the Huntsman. This how the two meet and how her alliance with the wolves begins as well as the two of them being partners. At one point or another, he is called upon by the queen who has a job for the man. Ana knows not that this queen is actually her cousin, had she known she would have truly been in disbelief. He tells her to remain here and that he would deal with the queen; hopefully returning to her. If not and something should happen he wants her to leave. The female is alone for quite some time until realizing that something obviously must be wrong. She leaves her Sanctuary after quite some time and is on her own. She never did forget the man who she traveled with once upon a time and could only wonder what fate had befallen him.

Part 3‣ Now on her own she must fend for herself, she does this by using the skills she learned when she first started out and even after that. One evening while out on a hunt she is led through the forest by a particularly fast rabbit. The chase takes an unexpected turn when she winds up taking a tumble down a rabbit hole. Only to find herself in the strangest of places, a land different than her own. This world is known as Wonderland. She regards this place as curious yet strange, for she had never laid her eyes on such a place. She attempts to find her way back, but her journey leads her through the Queen’s garden, the vast maze of green unknowingly acting as a path towards her castle. Her presence draws the attention of the Queen’s guards which starts an old fashion game of cat and mouse. A tedious task yes, but she does manage to outwit a few of them. However she isn’t able to evade them for much longer, soon she was taken into custody by them; captured and taken before the Queen for trespassing.

The Queen of Hearts is said to be a ruthless woman, known to also punish those who cross her the wrong way. The female is greeted by the woman by name, something that takes the female by surprise. At the same time, she cannot help but notice that her voice sounds familiar. She will so learn why for the Queen is revealed to be none other than her aunt Cora. Who was unknowingly banished here to Wonderland by her cousin Regina; although when Ana questions the woman she does hint that her being here had something to do with her cousin. But she says nothing more. After an interesting reunion between the two; Anastasia questions her fate. She wonders if the Queen’s reputation precedes her. Cora announces that she shall spare her niece, after all, why on earth would she harm her? They were family. Not to mention how useful the girl could be to her. But despite this, she does not get off easy. Not by a longshot. The Queen tells her niece that although her life is spared, she will not be leaving this place. Instead, she will be staying here as her new pet.

The girl becomes a pet to the queen. With the use of her magic, Cora had taken the term pet to a literal sense as the girl was now given a new form. While still retaining her looks, she would be gaining characteristics of a cat; upon her head were now a pair of cat ears and from behind was now the tail of a cat. This alone mortifies the former princess who has been reduced to this. For countless hours of countless days, she will feel the sting of the queen’s wrath; which will slowly but surely break her resolve. What she endures alone sends her to the brink of madness until she is finally tossed off the edge. The trauma on her mind was so damaging that it caused for the repression of the memories of her life before this which rests deep within the depths of her subconscious but far too out of her reach. Her new twisted personality differs so much from who she once was. The Queen is in for more than she bargained for when this mad little kitten isn't as submissive as she thought she'd be.

During the curse in Storybrooke, the young woman has been reported as missing and therefore is being searched for. It is Sheriff Graham who finds her not only unconscious but in the possession of several injuries. He takes her to the hospital where she is treated, concern is raised when the doctors discover that she suffered a blow to the head which could have some suspected consequences. This is soon confirmed after she wakes up and shows to be suffering from memory loss. Before, she can be questioned further Regina appears with the claim of being family. Anna Marie learns the woman is not only her cousin but also her primary guardian. The woman explains that there had been a disagreement between the two which caused Anna to flee from home; she had been missing ever since. She, however, remembers none of this. The relationship is good for the most part, although Regina proves to be strict in regards to many different issues which she makes sure to justify. This leads to the two not seeing eye to eye about certain things. The company Anna chooses to keep is one example, she barely tolerates Ruby who she sees as a poor influence. But, she is exceptionally not keen on Emma or Mary Margaret for obvious reasons. In this world, she seems to suffer from trauma which is deduced to be from whatever she endured that put her in the hospital. Instead, it actually comes from her past; specifically what she underwent in Wonderland. She experiences delusions and hallucinations; as well as problems with her moods and emotions. The symptoms seem to mimic someone suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder or bipolar. Because of this, she is required to sit with Archie for counseling sessions which she detests. She dislikes having to divulge the content of her nightmares, but also she doesn’t wish to be judged by anyone else and labeled crazy; she feels mad as it is already.

Name: Born Name: Cecillio “Cecil” Morgenstern

Curse Name / Sometimes Alias: Karmen "Karma" Stentor

Sometimes Alias: The bar sometimes calls refers to him as their own "Johnny be good." although he really doesn't get why.

Age: Appears in his 20s (actually centuries)

Bio:

Early Life

The world that Cecil was born into was war torn but recovering. Generations before had fought and died for during the ogre wards and the eldest among the people still bore the scars of those battles, and told tales of the great sorcerer who had stopped the fighting. It was on those stories, and others that Cecil was raised on, learning them at his grandmother’s knee even as she taught him how to weave reeds into flutes. He would need to know the truth after all to be able to sing the tales of his people once he was old enough, the same as his mother and father and grandparents before him.

Minstrels, bards, wanderers, storytellers, musicians. His family bore many names throughout the lands and were generally welcomed. They spread news after all, and were known for their skill not only in playing the instruments but for making them.

Not all of the nobles were so happy about the wandering families however, occasionally demanding that they pay taxes, or take their turn working the land. The family generally took that as signs to move on and leave those lands until they came under new power. It wasn’t like they stole after all, or just casually accepted handouts.

As Cecil grew older however it became more and more difficult to simply roam. Kingdoms demanded that the musicians belong to one of them. As it turned out the one that they chose, one that was known at the time for its great patronage to the arts, came under a new power. The new king saw things a bit differently, and had a greed in his heart. He began to raise armies, placing heavier and heavier taxes on the people. When they went to war with the neighboring kingdom he placed a draft on the populous. All those who did not have land to farm were to join the war effort. Cecil, at the time caught between a boy and man would soon be called. Rather than out and out run however, he decided to go a slightly different route.

Apprentice

Rumpelstiltskin was…not quite as agreeable to deals as he would later become. Certainly he didn’t come when Cecil called out to him, forcing the musician to track him down. Not that it was hard. The dark one had recently acquired a castle, something about growing tired of all the reminders in his original home. Cecil didn’t much care. He braved the…less than friendly greeting. Once the problem was explained Rumple interrupted him to ask if he wanted some kind of deal where Rumple walked out to stop the fighting like he had with the ogres.

Cecil corrected him with that the musician had no interest in Rumple winning the kingdom’s fight for them. He held no loyalty to the nobility there and was only doing this so that he could continue to play. What he wanted was the power to stop the fighting in general. That power was to be found in a handheld harp which could put any who listened to it to sleep. All Cecil had to do, was play it and all of the nobility would fall into sleep in their castle. Rumple’s price was simple enough too. Cecil just had to play the harp in the castle of a certain foreign king.

Cecil upheld his side of the bargain, playing for long enough that Rumple could do…whatever it was. Then he took the harp. Rather than play for the nobility of his declared kingdom, he took it right to the battlefield. There he settled, fingers playing and voice rising into a song that echoed with magic. The spell didn’t just affect the nobility but beyond, weaving through the armies and lowering them into sleep where they stood. Rumple appeared swiftly, demanding to know where Cecil had learned that kind of power. The musician just shrugged. He didn’t know. At best he knew that the harp’s magic responded to emotion, and his emotion responded to the harp’s song.

The second deal with Rumpelstiltskin was as simple as the first. Rumple would teach Cecil magic, and Cecil would allow Rumple to study the power Cecil could produce. Of course, the deal became more refined as they aged, Cecil growing into actual adulthood while Rumple began to become the deal maker most know today.

Enchanted Forest

The pair actually split rather peacefully all in all. Cecil felt that he had gained all that he could from Rumple, while the Dark One finally acknowledged that while he could understand the flow of power that was Cecil’s to command he was not capable of it himself. That Cecil was completely inept at the spinning wheel helped with the whole thing.

A (arguable) journyman sorcerer Cecil set out the same way as he had been raised to do. He traveled with only what he needed to play, trading his music for food and shelter and whatever other items he wanted. He met back up with his family briefly, exchanging tales before setting out once again. This time Cecil traveled farther, passing over the sea, and even farther as he followed rumors of different styles of music. It was during this time that he gained his version of immortality.

He had sitting out by a pond, playing one of the lyres when he was overheard by the deity of a nearby temple. Impressed by his skill the deity asked him to continue to play, and at only that request, Cecil did. When his fingers began to hurt he moved to voice, and when that began to grow raw he changed to the flute. The deity sat through the entire time, as entranced by his love of the instruments as his ability. At the end she granted him a gift, payment for his time, a harp that when played would take the player back to the age that they were when they played the harp for the first time.

He had a brush with Neverland, during which time he determined that he was most certainly not fond of Pan and was unimpressed with his flute. Pan in turn was rather furious that Cecil believed he could play better, and had no issues about showing it. Rumpelstiltskin took to his former apprentice returning shaken and with tail between his legs surprisingly well. This probably had a fair amount to do with Cecil having been gone for nearly 30 years with no word of goodbye, and he only stayed in the actual castle for a few weeks. After that he set out to search for his family only to discover that they had passed away in the between time.

Cecil retreated from the world for a while, focusing on learning to craft instruments rather than playing. It was during this time that he worked some of the most powerful magic, including crafting the golden harp although it was later stolen.

When he chose to return to playing for people himself it was with a newer instrument, the violin. He made it a subtle thing, his return. He played for a little tavern, then another, passing through the world trading his skill with the instruments for food and shelter each night. Occasionally he would make better trades to acquire the things that he wanted. The whole lead all of the rats away from the village thing was one of those. Not that he got paid for that little ordeal but the consequences got his point across.

The little evil was forgotten by the time that the current powers settled in, although oddly everyone seemed fascinated with the tale of a deal he had made for one of his violins. He never did understand that one. People must have just been fascinated with the fiddle being gold.

Storybrook

The curse affected Cecil just as it did most others, although it didn’t last near as long. He isn’t sure if this is just because Regina never bothered to take notice of a wandering musician, or because she misunderstood how his power and his love works. His curse self had been a musician still, given a guitar rather than any of those he knew. It took about 3 years for the cursed Cecil to decide that he had mastered the guitar. His cursed self’s next instrument of choice was the violin.

The curse was broken about a week into playing the lovely fiddle he had found in Gold’s shop. Not that Cecil minded Storybrook at all. He wasn’t traveling but the types of music were fascinating enough to overcome that. He also had steady gigs to play at the bar and on the evenings he wasn’t playing he would take the older instruments, the flutes and the lyres, and he would play them down by the stream. The schedule hasn’t much changed since the curse had broken either.

Powers:

Sorcerer

A sorcerer powerful enough to have the Dark One himself as a teacher, with centuries of practice at his craft. He is capable of all the standard magics: conjuration, heart-ripping, pryokinesis, teleportation, alchemy. Cecil also holds a specialized talent, one that allows him a rather impressive immunity to any kind of spell being laid on him, and actually allowed the musician to slip the original dark curse within a few months. Where Rumple's power comes from the curse and his emotions, and Regina's comes from her love and hates, Cecil's comes from his music. Granted, he can cast without an instrument, and holds enough built up power at his command to be scary should he choose. The power part isn't entirely intentional, at least not at this point. It is simply that when he gets into playing, the magic is made. Some of the magic is used of course, things like the specific song he plays which undoes the effects of time and returns him to his ideal body condition. This song is the key to his version of immortality and is the direct reason for how long he has survived. It is also partially responsible for him breaking the curse, although he places the feat more on him picking up one of his two "true loves", the pair of instruments that are favored above all others.

Musician

Arguable if this counts as a power or not. Certainly it is an ability. Cecil loves music, and makes it a point to learn any instrument that catches his fancy. He does however favor two instruments, the flute that was his first instrument and the violin that appeared later on. Both of these instruments appear every time he plays a concert, even if it is the standard Thursday night tavern show.

Powers:

Sorcerer

A sorcerer powerful enough to attract the dark one himself as a teacher with centuries of experience. He is capable of all of the standard magics: the conjuration, heart-ripping, pryokinesis, teleportation, alchemy. Cecil also bears a rather impressive immunity to any kind of spell being laid on him, and actually slipped the even the original curse within about 3 hours. This has a lot to do with the source of Cecil’s power (or at least some of it). Where Rumple’s power comes from the curse and his emotions, Regina’s comes from her hates (and love), and so on, Cecil’s comes from his music. He can cast without an instrument, but any truly elaborate spells are done with notes playing. He also recharges his power by playing, and has a specific song that he plays which undoes the effects of time, returning him continuously to his ideal body condition. This is how he has survived as long as he has. Cecil is also capable of breaking spells laid on him by playing one of his two favored instruments, jokingly calling the pair his true loves.

Musician

Arguable if this counts as a power or not. Certainly it is an ability. Cecil loves music, and makes it a point to learn any instrument that catches his fancy. He does however favor two instruments, the flute that was his first instrument and the violin appeared later on. Both of these instruments appear every time he plays a concert, even if it is the standard Thursday night tavern show.

Age:
22 (She's immortal)
Picture:

Bio: WIP
Lysandra was born to Merlin, the immortal Sorcerer, and Nimue, the first Dark One. Before they had cursed each other, they cared for Lysandra deeply, tending to her needs. Oxleigh was her home for the first five months of her life before her parents vanished. Her mother had disappeared soon and her father was cursed by her mother, so the baby girl was left to be taken care of by the Apprentice and his family. The Apprentice and his family had been very kind to her and taken her in as their own, and Lysandra had repaid her as much as she could. When she reached the age of 15, she left the family, but not before she'd used her magic to create crops for the Apprentice and his family.

Lysandra rarely ever used her magic growing up, only twice in her life. Once, by accident, transforming the mouse she had been trying to catch into a piece of cheese. The second had been when she left, repaying the family with produce. The Apprentice had warned her to be cautious and meticulous with her magic, to only ever use it if she or someone else was in danger.

Lysandra left for the Enchanted Forest, settling in a nice house near the castle. She'd made friends with her neighbors and those who worked with her at the local tavern. She always asked about what else was around, other lands and realms near the Forest. They spoke of many; an island of children that never age, a land lost of all magic, the world of stories untold. None of them quite piqued her interest, so she kept asking around, looking for a place to go.

Then, one day, one of Lysandra's clients told her about a realm of madness and absurdity. It had caught her attention, her curiosity spiraling. She'd taken everything of importance and gone on her way, finding a portal in the ground that led to the place. Wonderland was amazingly crazy.

When Lysandra was asked for her name, she gave the nickname her surrogate family always called her; Alice. She went on her well-known adventures with those she met when she'd first arrived.
