Help Question about the 'Private Workshop'

I've roleplayed before on another site for a pretty long while, so I'm not new to roleplaying at all - but I've never seen a 'private workshop' before, and I was wondering if I'm able to invite people to my private workshop?

(Not that I need to right now, but I was just wondering for the future or something)

Or is it just a place to hold my coding or forms and other unfinished stuff?

Yeah, the software doesn't support inviting unfortunately, but it something we have on our to do list to eventually make!.
