I wanted to reboot this idea where a group of civilians in a small suburban town are slowly driven to psychotic serial killers by a hallucinogenic agent in the water or drinks. Anyone interested in helping me develop the story more?

@gogojojo331 Dunno, maybe start to fix the overpopulation problem on Earth and they decide to test it first on a small town to see how it goes. Beside, because of the killing sprees, there will have to be selective brething in the future based on physical and/or mental strenght of the individuals.
