The land of Arcadia, the home of the Fae, is a land full of wonderment and enchantment. The land is ruled by King Oberon and Queen Titania fairly and with an even hand. But, there is a dark side of this land, a land ruled by the Unseelie Fae. Centuries ago, when the worlds of men and fae mingled commonly, Oberon disinherited his son Prince Kornoss from getting the throne, due to his callousness and cruelty. He then gave it to his daughter, the kindly Princess Deulara. In his fury, Kornoss vowed to take the throne one way or another. In his anger, he released a Darkness that was imprisoned by his Father centuries ago and became its new vessel, becoming The Dark Prince. The Dark Prince and his followers, who themselves The Unseelie Court, then proceeded to war with Oberon and his army's, harnessing Darkness as a weapon.

As Darkness started to cover Arcadia, Oberon decided to do something desperate to save his kingdom. He scoured the human world and chose worthy warriors to serve as Knights to fight against the Darkness, and it's Prince. After a long war, the Knights were victorious and sealed The Dark Prince in a dark limbo for all eternity and placed seals in his prison to keep him from ever escaping. Centuries passed by, and the worlds of men and fae grew more and more separate as science replaced technology. The Dark Prince's followers fled to a part of Arcadia where darkness ruled permanently, the Dark Realms, striving for ways to release their ruler from his secret prison.

In the 21st century, the Land of Arcadia was enjoying a time of great peace and a young fae squire just slew a fire-breathing dragon. Upon entering its lair, he found a door with seven seals on it. The foolish squire broke the seals and freed The Dark Prince from his eternal prison. The Prince fled back to the Dark Lands and gathered all of his servants together and rebegan his war with his now old father. However, centuries of being trapped in limbo have made his thirst for conquest unquenchable and after Arcadia and it's throne are his, he desires to conquer the Earth as well, managing to contact and recruit human servants during his long imprisonment and granting them powers of Darkness., these servitors, along with his almost endless army of evil fae, are primed to help their evil prince with his goals.

Oberon army's put up a grand fight against the forces of the Dark Prince. But, Darkness continued to slowly inch its way across Arcadia, corrupting more and more of the once pristine land. Princess Deulara and Oberon, desperate to save their kingdom, sent out a royal servitor, a fae by the name of Gransky, to go out and find worthy mortals to stand up to The Dark Prince as the first Arcadian Knights in centuries and to defend both Arcadia and Earth from his insidious plans.

Personality:
While not stupid Calvin isn't a strategist, instead he is better at planning for the short term. He is willing to help out others with important things but also knows when to stay out of something because either he isn't good at whatever they need help with or because they have to do it themselves. On the other hand with not so important stuff it can be tricky to get him to lend a hand. He isn't lazy, being on his school basket ball team, but in his free time he just prefers to take it easy as much as possible. Thanks to his parents he loves both children and animals though the first can annoy him from to time. His father also managed to give him a love of reading with fantasy stories being his favorite.
History:
The only child of a Veterinarian and an elementary school teacher Calvin really can't complain too much about his childhood. The biggest one he has is that since he turned ten both his parents started putting more time into their jobs. He was never neglected though and during vacations at least his father had a lot more free time to spend with him. Going to the school where his father worked as a teacher didn't exactly do wonders to Calvin's popularity but he managed to avoid becoming a target for bullies, it definitely helped that for the most part his dad was liked by the students. With his mother working as a vet it shouldn't be too surprising that she wanted Calvin to learn at least basic aide and while he will never be a doctor he managed to complete the basis lessons before his fourteenth birthday.

Personality: Will is a generally gentle and friendly young man. He likes to make jokes with people and help those in need. He has a keen interest in history and the arts, often citing various bits of information about random academic topics. Will also has a very noticeable interest in swordplay, inheriting it from his father. A man who dislikes needless conflict, Will prefers not to draw his swords unless he feels it is absolutely necessary. Though he will always stand up to those he thinks are rude, boorish or wish to harm the weak.
History:
Will grew up in a very unique family environment. His father was a swordsman of great renown who worked on a lot of Hollywood Movies and various TV shows. Will held a blade in his hand since the moment he could walk. Clashing swords with his brother, sister and especially his father. Will could never beat either of his siblings with just one blade. So he began practicing with two, becoming proficient in dual swordsmanship. His training proved fruitful and he soon beat both of his siblings. However his father was simply too skilled. Will's father made him promise to NEVER use his swords on normal people. One day while at school, he saw a girl being violently harassed by senior students. Jumping into action, he used a pair of nearby batons to knock them around. This got him sent to the principals office where he was suspended due to the leader of the bullies being the superintendents son. Scolded by his father, he was stripped of his swords and retreated into himself.

Personality: Gwendolyne is a very kind and caring person although she can get extremely competitive and then can get overboard. She is very studious in school and makes sure to get high marks due to her overbearing parents. Her parents also ensured that she had strong extracurricular activities such as archery and rock climbing.

History: Gwendolyne Lambert was always on the move. Her parents are with the military and she constantly moved from base to base never getting to stay in one place for too long. Never getting to stay in one place for long, she threw herself more into her studies on the prompting of her parents. Her loner nature ushered in some bad habits such as being overly competitive which pushed people away.
