Fandom Pokémon: shadow story

The paralyzation took over his body. He didn't bother to try and move for he knew he couldn't, however he could still fly as that relied on levitation. Backing away he fired a barage of shadow balls at the Deoxys. He couldn't possibly avoid all of them.

As Deoxys had backed into his shield again he was given some minor surprise as the Latios he'd paralyzed had forced itself up from nothing but its ability to levitate and attempted to strike back with a barrage of darkened orbs that flew through the air with a ghastly aura before colliding with the barrier in front of Deoxys and blowing up like shadowy-paintballs against the pink-hued aura of protection. Although a few did fragment past the shield, Deoxys had the time to use Protect, preventing the persistent shards from doing any damage to him.


Deoxys' crystal began to glow a strange, colorful mixture of turquoise and sapphire that spread down to the tips of his arms, which he threw into the flooring as he used Gravity to shut down Latios' only method of locomotion and immobilize him whilst the rest of the room creaked in response to the attack and Deoxys dropped an inch back to the ground to stand on his legs, patiently observing his target for a moment before he knew he succeeded and chose the path of seemingly least resistance to leave before anything else happened. His eyes glowed Violet like before and his body began to dematerialize in front of Latios, within a few seconds having disappeared entirely in particles of fading light that floated into the air as they dissipated.


Deoxys reappeared in the adjacent corridor he had visited before he travelled down the hallway to reach the radio equipment, catching himself on his right arms as he was reanimated just above the floor. He looked in front of and behind himself quickly before he turned around and started moving down the hallway to reach the entrance he made earlier, which was only a quick turn of the corner away if nothing else happened; Deoxys morphed into his Normal Form while he hovered up again, being out of the Gravity he'd created in the room and accelerating forwards to a slightly faster speed than before.

 

[Latios]

Latios struggled to move. Even without the paralyzation we would have a hard time moveing for levitationwas his only means of transport. He soon gave up and focused on another option. 'Emlas... Emals wake up.'


'Mmm... What is it you want. -yawn- I'm trying to sleep.'


'We have an intruder and I'm pinned down.'


'WHAT.' Latios mentality winced by her scream. 'I'll be right over. Stay safe.'


'Will do.'
