Fandom Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, but with a twist

So I really shouldn't be making yet another role play, but this one's been on my mind for a while. Basically, the twist is that there are a special group of Pokemon that have unique abilities, and are often shunned from society. There's a guild in Port Town, however, that specifically takes in Pokemon with these rare abilities and trains them to be explorers. There is one rare ability for every type, and Pokemon with two types may only have the rare ability of one of their typing.

I haven't nailed down every ability yet, so if you have suggestions, please do share.

The abilities are as follows

Normal

-

Fire

Green Flame

Instead of harming the Pokemon doused in green flames, the flames will actually heal whomever is enveloped in them. While the flames cannot change color after leaving the Pokemon that made them, and do not spread to new objects or Pokemon like normal fire does, Pokemon that produce green flames risk accidentally triggering this ability while trying to attack with normal flames, and may wind up healing the opponent.

Fighting

Buff

While not actually displaying an increase in muscle, Pokemon with this ability tend to be physically stronger than even the strongest Fighting-type, almost to the point of Legendary proportions. The downside is that there's no way to turn this ability off, meaning if the Pokemon in question is not careful, they can very easily wind up squashing or otherwise harming their friends.

Water

-

Flying

Whisp

Whisp Pokemon have the ability to turn into the wind at will, allowing them to pass through anything that isn't airtight. Great for infiltration, their biggest weaknesses are fans and other flying types, as they may blow whisps off course. Whisps also have to stay moving in order to not lose their mind and literally become the wind. It's highly recommended that whisps don't use their wind form unless nesscicary.

Grass

Overgrown

These Pokemon have limited lifespans, as slowly but surely they become a plant. Typically a berry bush or tree of some sort. Initially, they'll start out as more in tune and connected with the plant life around them, making them stronger with Grass attacks. Slowly, however, their feet will start sprouting roots, and if the Pokemon doesn't stay on the move, they will anchor to the spot. After anchoring, the Pokemon will only have a matter of months before they fully progress into becoming a plant. Overgrown claim that they can hear the voices of other overgrown that have fully become plants in their mind, and will often spend their time around each other so that they might anchor close together. No one wants to live in solitude, after all.

Poison

Infected

The poison produced by these Pokemon is not poison, but a liquid form of a virus. What virus, you ask? Every virus. A direct shot from an infected Pokemon could leave you with something not so serious, like five strains of the common cold, or something even more deadly, like ten cases of Pokerus. You'll most definitely come out stronger if you survive, but that's a big if. Even Steel-types are affected by this ability. It's not uncommon to find people who willingly take vials of poison daily from infected Pokemon on purpose to strenghten their immune systems, because many of the viruses in the poison cannot be caught twice.

Electric

-

Ground

-

Psychic

-

Rock

-

Ice

Frosted

Pokemon with this ability have the unfortunate pleasure of being made entirely of ice. A such, it's very important that these Pokemon are kept in chilled environments and never let around any Pokemon that has a type advantage over them. Pokemon with a type disadvantage will find it nearly impossible to win a fight against frosted Pokemon. Because of Port Town's tropical climate, the guild doesn't have many frosted Pokemon in it, as accommodating for melt would be impossible.

Bug

Hivemind

These Pokemon share a collective mind, and will almost always be seen travling in packs. If they require a stone or some other specific criteria to evolve, you can bet that the majority of the hive will not be evolved. Typically, one can single out the leader due to how far evolved they are. If you can eliminate the leader, the rest of the hive will scatter. Due to the hostile nature of Pokemon in the hivemind, it's rare for the guild to get a group, and impossible for individuals that aren't the hive leader to join individually.

Dragon

-

Ghost

Spirit

With a strong connection to the lifeforces of other Pokemon, spirits are very dangerous enemies and very powerful foes. If a spirit gets close enough to another Pokemon, they can posess and manipulate the Pokemon's body. They're also able to manipulate the life force of a Pokemon once they've been possessed, allowing the spirit to kill the other Pokemon on a whim. Their biggest drawback, however, is how fragile these Pokemon are. One hit from anything, even on accedent, will result in damage against the Pokemon. They're also naturally effected by Normal and Fighting-type moves, the ability eliminating their natural immunity.

Dark

-

Steel

Robot

Similar to the frosted ability, robot Pokemon are made entirely of steel, if they weren't already. Their insides are made entirely of some form of technology, wether it be pistons and coals, cogs, or circuitboards. Like normal robots, they're almost entirely lost on emotion, depending on how advanced their internals are. They can also accurately calculate and predict enemy movement, making their attacks hyperaccurate. Their biggest weakness is water, however. Rain, puddles, snow, ponds, lakes, rivers... anything wet can potentially get beween their plating and disable them until someone can repair them.

Fairy

Divine

These Pokemon are conditionally immortal. They can only die in combat with other Pokemon. Accidental deaths, sickness, and other natural causes will not end this Pokemon's life. It will probably incapacitate them for a bit, and will definitely hurt them like a normal Pokemon would, but they will not die.

Seems good, I'm interested. A suggestion for a Dragon ability would probably be an ability that allows it to hit anyone with anything.

I was trying to make it so that the abilities would have something to do with the types, hence why the poison ability focuses on damage over time, and the fighting ability makes the pokemon stronger. The ideas behind the abilities aren't to make you stronger in battle, but to add an interesting twist to the characters.

I have an idea for the electric type

I don't know if it should be called Shortage or BlackOut.

The ability makes the electric type unable to use electric type moves and drains their energy. It could happen randomly and depending on how big the Pokémon is the more they feel the energy drain and power loss.

That's the ability Justified, which already exists. They meant an entirely new ability, not one that already exists.
