Phantom Thief Code Name:

Appearance: (I'd prefer they look like someone who'd actually be walking the street in 21st century America)
Phantom Thief Outfit: (Describe it with words)
Phantom Thief Weapons: (Both melee and ranged. They should fit with your Persona and/or your character's image in their eyes and the eyes of others)

Background:

Personality: (This is more about showing than telling, so you don't have to put much into here if you can roleplay them to show it)
Quirks: (What makes your character stand out?)

Persona: (Your character's Persona should represent both how they see themselves and how others see them. If you can't figure one out just message me and I'll be happy to help.)
Persona's Appearance: (Describe it with words)

I'd suggest checking under the Fridge Brilliance section of TV Tropes page on Persona 5 for more ideas on how to design your character's costume and gear to fit the backstory and personality you've given them: Persona 5 / Fridge - TV Tropes

Name: Victor Dziedzic

Phantom Thief Code Name: Feste

Appearance: Victor is a tall young man, around 6' in height, with a medium-thin build. He has short, dark blonde hair that exposes a somewhat large portion of his forehead and extends back to the base of his neck, brown-hazel eyes, a small beauty mark on his right cheek, and light skin. He's typically seen wearing a black, broad-shouldered zip-up coat on top of a white or light-colored t-shirt, dark-colored sweatpants or jeans (though he prefers the former), and grey laced-up sneakers with white socks. Victor is also never seen without his pair of black, rectangular-frame glasses resting on his face.

Phantom Thief Outfit: Victor sports a suit of light-grey, almost whitish suit of helmet-less armor. The cuirass bears a golden fox head at the top-center, along with a fur ruff at the neckline. Below the belt, Victor wears a set of platelegs and fur-topped boots. The other ornamental parts of the armor itself are the greaves above his boots which bear golden motifs that resemble the Polish Eagle, his gauntlets, vambraces, and pauldrons, all of which bear decorations resembling golden roses with thorned vines (a subtle reminder of his negative emotions), and a violet half-cape which travels along the right side of his back and can be pulled forward to cover his arm. On his back is a pair of leather holsters for his sword and crossbow. Victor's mask takes on the shape of a gold-colored metallic visor with wing-shaped ornaments near the ears. This armor, according to Victor, is "surprisingly more lightweight than it looks".

Phantom Thief Weapons: Zweihanders / Crossbows

Background: Victor was born in the southeastern states, but moved to the Northeast before he even turned a year old after his father found a job. Growing up, he had a particular fondness for his mother rather than his father due to his mother having a vast amount of knowledge and understanding with regards to his disorder, a form of autism spectrum disorder, on account of several Psychology courses she had taken over the course of her college career. Victor wound up becoming somewhat estranged toward his father, who lacked the necessary knowledge to act properly around him, resulting in Victor getting quite upset at him many, many times over. Nevertheless, Victor would still try to spend time with him, and even grow to like some of the things his father did, such as rock and alternative songs of the past, rather than the rap and hip-hop of the present.

His parents were both food service workers, with his mother working in school cafeterias and his father working in a bakery, though this didn't limit his ability to cook just about anything he set his mind to. This meant Victor's family was not exactly the richest family out there, but they still managed to get by quite well, and were never left hungry. His parents would go on to work in Central City when Victor and his parents moved once more, wherein his mother would work in the cafeteria of the high school he would attend (to provide moral support when he felt it necessary) and his father would eventually become a head fry cook at a popular teenage hangout spot called Chrome Star, a burger joint known for its retro flair, jukebox, dancing waitresses, and more.

Victor, despite his shortcomings, proved to be a very bright young boy who was able to read from his teacher's manual as early as kindergarten. Through grade school and middle school, he developed a fascination for science and, to a lesser extent, math, under the notion that he was learning how the very world around him worked, and it was this fascination that created a genuine desire in himself to learn more. In due time, he put his mind toward obtaining a good career in the sciences in order to help bolster his family's economy.

To his dismay, however, that road was not as neatly paved as he first assumed. Between less-than-stellar, disruptive classmates who seemed to care little about the material and teachers that lacked any amount of passion toward their chosen profession, Victor had to put in much more effort than he would have liked in order to pull himself through. He succeeded and passed his courses with fantastic grades, sure, but this led to him harboring emotions of distaste and a complete lack of respect for such individuals.

It was in one of his Resource Room periods in his 10th grade year where Victor discovered his ability to help others. He had noticed one of his fellow Special-Ed peers trying to solve a particularly difficult math problem, and by simply explaining how he would go about solving the problem in his very own step-by-step, thorough procedure, Victor had not only helped his classmate solve the problem, but he had also helped them get a substantial foothold in the material as a whole. Victor's heart was warmed to see such an outcome, and it was not long before he decided to extend this help outside of the classroom, toward others who sought help. His mindset was, "if you have a desire to learn, and someone has a desire to teach, bringing the two together can only light the way forward". This mindset was only further reinforced by his mother, who was thrilled to hear her son was doing such a wonderful thing, and even Victor's father was impressed.

Personality: The best way to describe Victor, perhaps, is that he's a human cat. He can be quite shy around new people, often hardly saying a word to them unless he feels like he is either required to (as is the case with most adults), or if he genuinely finds a desire to speak. When he does talk about topics that interest him, however, he can sometimes have a hard time keeping himself quiet. Sometimes, when the situation feels right, he may even give an amount of philosophical insight as to the current situation. It takes a great deal of effort to make him actually laugh, and more often then not he'll just flash a smile and end it there. Outside of that, he typically wears a soft frown.

Victor can be judgmental toward people that do not perform their jobs seriously enough, and this certainly applies to the teachers in his school. He believes that teachers are meant to be the main guiding force in creating a bright future for this or any country, and detests how they seem to bear such lackadaisical attitudes in preparing students, especially the less-privileged or otherwise disadvantaged. It is for that reason that he enjoys tutoring his peers when they ask for it, as he feels he is doing his part in helping to fill the gaps in the metaphorical bridge where he believes they exist. Victor takes great pride in his ability to help others, but it is a double-edged sword, since he also realizes that he cannot do this forever, which results in a great deal of weight on his self-esteem if he thinks too far ahead into the future.

He is very loyal to those he can call friends, and will defend them to the best of his ability. Despite his semi-monotone voice, he can be sarcastic, and may bring more than one or two laughs to a group.

Quirks: Victor has a fascination with retro and otherwise old-fashioned things, from music to foods and even locations. That's not to say he doesn't like more modern technology, though. He also has a fondness for furry animals. On top of this, he is an avid on- and offline gamer. Despite being a high school senior, Victor has some childlike aspects to him due to his disorder, and adores spending time with younger relatives on account of his quite active imagination. It's also become something of a running gag that every teacher he presently has, or has ever had, nearly winds up with a headache upon trying to pronounce his surname.

Persona: Hershel of Ostropol (shortened to "Hershel")

Persona's Appearance: Hershel is a rather common character in Jewish humor, hailing from the small river town of Ostropol, in Ukraine. He was an especially witty, impoverished trickster who was known to target the rich and powerful, regardless of who they were. He also played tricks on the common folk as well, albeit without being punished too severely. However, he was also revered as a folk hero of the Ukrainian gentiles, as someone who was able to overcome even the most powerful of forces with his wit alone. A particularly well-known story involves Hershel bringing the Festival of Lights back to a village by challenging and outwitting a band of Goblins and eventually their King.

Hershel appears an an old, sagely man with a long white beard and a cheeky smirk upon his face. He wears a patchwork hooded cloak and a light grey coat with matching gauntlets and brown, fur-topped leather boots. In his right hand is a brass trident that bears eight, small flame-shaped blades, a reference to his accomplishment in restoring the Festival of Lights in the aforementioned story. At Hershel's feet is a large symbol of an eight-pointed star that is circumscribed within a magic circle. The star rotates clockwise, while the circle rotates in the other direction.

Name: Devon Alvarado

Phantom Thief Code Name: Romeo

Appearance: Devon has fair skin tone and brown eyes. His hair is black and kept long and smooth, with his bangs swept over his right eye. He often wears dark colors, his favorites being black, red and purple (but not all together). He usually wears black denim jeans or sweatpants, and won’t be caught dead without a flannel over his shoulders. His undershirts always either match or compliment his flannel, and finding new and interesting combinations is one of his favorite hobbies (though the colors are always dark as mentioned above.) He has also been known to apply light makeup, mostly eyeliner and eyeshadow - "because what true goth, emo, trash can of a human being wouldn't paint their eyelids?"

Devon Alvarado.png

(Fairly accurate representation of him)

Phantom Thief Outfit: Devon’s ‘thief’ outfit is deceptively normal - he wears a simple black tuxedo with white undershirt and collar, red necktie, and completes it with an equally red rose boutonniere. His mask is not unlike one you would see at Carnivale or a masquerade, white with ornate swirling patterns similar to vines along an iron fence … at least, the left side is. When he pulls this mask off to reveal his Persona, the right side of the mask is shown to be black as night, with a sinister red slit like an eye printed upon it where the eyepiece of the mask would be.

Phantom Thief Weaponry: A dirk and several throwing knives.

Background: Devon was born in Los Angeles, California to a Business Consultant and an ex-Real Estate Agent. His father, the Business Consultant, is a very stern man who holds education and professionalism above all else. That man made sure that Devon learned how to read at a very young age, that he excelled in all his subjects in elementary school. He tried to do the same during middle school … or at least, he would have tried.

The biggest issue with the relationship between Devon and his father has always been that Devon’s interest have been the kind his father would consider a “hindrance.” When he was taught how to read, Devon started reading comic books. When he was learning in Elementary, it was like he passed without even trying and spent most of his time playing with friends. In middle school, Devon pulled the last straw by joining his local drama club, a practice his father believed to be frivolous in the extreme.

That is not to say that Devon’s relationship with his mother has been spotless, but it has definitely been better than his father’s. Devon’s mother dropped her job as a Real Estate Agent shortly after she married his father, and instead became a stay-at-home wife. This began when Devon’s father sold his third small business and took on the job of Business Consultant, giving them enough money to have a child with reasonable likelihood of that child’s life being well off. It was a calculated decision on both their parts, the two of them being very calculative, logical people.

Of course, this calculated decision had a single negative impact on Devon’s life - or at least, it should have. The job that Devon’s father had taken up required their family to travel quite often. This was supposed to mean that Devon wouldn’t really have the time to make strong friendships before they’d have to move to another city, and that if he ever did meet with his ‘friends’ again by chance it would be when they’d had time to grow up and grow apart. This, too, was a calculated decision - Devon’s father didn’t want his son to be distracted from his studies.

However, that decision is the one that backfired, for Devon grew to display a character trait that his mother had very little of, and that his father seemed to not have at all: charisma. There was something innately attractive about the young boy, and he seemed to make close friends as quick as lightning. He also quickly adjusted to the changing times, and with the information age allowing people to stay connected over long distances more easily, Devon seemed to have amassed such a large assortment of friends by the age of twelve that he didn’t need to worry about getting along with the kids at school.

That is all not to say that Devon didn’t get along with his classmates after that point, of course. The boy’s charm was quite impressive to anyone that didn’t see social attachments as a waste of time. While Devon’s father gave up on his son ever being successful by the time the boy had started Middle School, Devon’s mother saw his calling in life as a counselor or social worker, and so tried to direct Devon’s learning and studies to that end which Devon found no reason to refuse.

Near the end of Devon’s middle school days however, he slipped and fell on a pen. Rather, that’s the story Devin gave his parents for how he lost his right eye. They refused to believe him, of course, but no matter how much questioning he received about it Devon would maintain the story. “I was being careless,” he would say, “and messed around with my backpack while I was walking. Honestly, it could have happened to anyone.”

And so Devon’s parents were left with no one to charge for the loss of his vision, and while the medical insurance they had most certainly covered his treatment there was quite a lot of argument to be had over it in the Alvarado household. In the end, Devon’s father and mother wound up divorced and his mother won custody of Devon. She managed to get a foothold back into her job as a Real Estate Agent and they relocated one last time to the place where Devon’s real adventures begin.

One might wonder what spirit of rebellion lies within Devon. After all, he has lived his life without showing any dislike or distaste towards his situation whatsoever. He barely heeded his father’s wishes to be a good student, it’s true, but he was never truly a bad student either. He never did anything his parents forbade him to, and he always followed the rules quite obediently and without complaint. One would think that Devon Alvarado, the friendly, gothic teenager with a love for people would have much to be upset about and yet he just … isn’t. As if he won’t ever feel upset about the difficult situations he is put into.

Indeed … it is possible that rebellion is the very thing Devon Alvarado rebels against.

Personality: Devon is a very friendly, outgoing person who will quite easily strike up conversation with random strangers. He always puts other people first and foremost, and is always happy to help those who need it. Just don’t ask him to study with you - Devon has no desire or interest for education, and his lackadaisical manner displays as such. He’ll sometimes be caught reading romantic novels during study hall, or on certain occasions texting in class.

Quirks: Devon will never be seen without a flannel on, as mentioned. He will also never reveal what is under his bangs, no matter how many times he’s asked. If anyone tries to pull his bangs up to see what’s under them, he will more than likely never speak to that person again until they apologize and promise not to cross that line. Other than that, the most quirky things about him are his general appearance and love for various kinds of metal and hard rock.

Persona: Angelo

Persona’s Appearance: Angelo is based on Michael Angelo Buonarotti, who sculpted the Statue of David - the first time man was depicted in a beautiful manner. Angelo actually matches this very statue quite well, with the alteration that it is painted to appear to have skin and blonde, curly hair. Unclothed apart from the white ribbon, this ‘man’s’ eyes glow a pure white, and ‘his’ body is crumbling at the left shoulder and the calf of ‘his’ right leg, the paint in those areas worn away to reveal what he truly is as the pieces of stone that parted from the whole remain floating inches away from their break-off point, as if still tethered to the shell from which they parted by some invisible force. Angelo moves only ever in grand sweeping gestures of the arms and legs, like a ballerina twirling through the air behind his master.

Name: Scarlett Austin
Phantom Thief Code Name: Shades

Appearance: 560326

Phantom Thief Outfit: She has a rather basic outfit. It's an all black suit save for the gloves and boots that are red. Her boots go up to her knees and her gloves go up to her elbows. Spikes littered the sides of her boots as all as on her knuckles even if she doesn't use them. She has a short red cape as well that goes ends at the middle of her calves.
Phantom Thief Weapons: Large hammer | Darts

Background: Scarlett was originally born in Massachusets and lived there for many years of her life, but when her parents finally decided on getting a divorce her father moved to New York where she currently resides. The move was big and took a toll on both of them. Her father became more distant from her and eventually, it drove her to do stupid antics for him to begin to notice her. At first, it was only small things, getting scraps here and there so he could take care of them but that eventually got old and she needed to resort to bigger things. She began to stay out late and go to places she knew her father wouldn't allow her, he slowly became tolerant of her behavior and it pushed her further. Scarlett began to get into fights at school and get detentions it got so bad they expelled her one school already.

When this happened her father got harder on her and wasn't as lenient as before and forced her to do things she didn't to do and claimed it was all her own good. All of those things made her rebel against him more and she would do anything to stay out of her home just to piss him off. It was an endless cycle. She would do something bad and he would punish her, she would get angry at him and then do something worse to show him that nothing he was doing worked and it ended with him punishing her again.

Personality: A feisty young woman who rough around the edges. She doesn't like to be messed with and if she is it usually ends up in a fight. She has very little respect for many adults and tends to stick to a small crowd since she isn't one to open herself up to people. Scarlett is a determined girl but also really stubborn and refuses to accept that she is wrong in most situations. She hates being wrong and even if she is proven to be she won't give in.

Quirks: She gets her Codename from one of her quirks, she is never seen without a pair of sunglasses on. It does not matter the occasion nor the outfit she will match them with a pair of sunglasses, she even started a collection of them along with a little case to hold all of them. She also stashes food away in clothes such as chips and sweets and small things she can hide in class.

Persona: Anne Bonny - Called Bonny
Persona's Appearance: Anne Bonny was an Irish pirate who trolled the Caribbean Sea with pirate John Rackham in the 18th century. Rackham was wise to go against common thinking that women were bad luck on board a ship. Bonny and the crew had a successful run hijacking and pillaging merchant's vessels. When they were captured in 1720, Bonny escaped execution because she was pregnant. When she was released, she went to live in South Carolina, where she proceeded to lead the rest of her life in an uneventful domestic fashion.

She has shoulder length ginger red hair with a dark brown hat to go with it, and when she is summoned all of her hair will flow backwards. She wears a black jacket and has a belt around her shoulders where she holds her two guns. Bonny also has a red cloth tied around her waist with a brown belt over it and black leather boots that go up to her knees.

In combat, she is summoned Bonny will stand atop a canon and be aiming both of her guns at the enemies before tipping her hat and attacking them.

"I can say little more than I have studied, and that question's out of my part."Name:
Charlotte Blackwell
Phantom Thief Code Name:
Viola
Appearance:
Charlotte is a fairly attractive individual if you base it on looks alone. Her figure is rather lithe and reserved which causes her to appear thinner, her muscle isn't extremely well-defined nor is it excessively apparent in being there. She stands about 5”5’ with a lighter white skin-tone, her skin appears to rest on the cusp of tanning and yet it never seems to go through with it. Her chestnut brown hair is neatly cut in a bobbed style, which works to outline her face and further accentuate her hazel eyes. Her figure doesn't have any notable scarring or birthmarks, so for the most part she appears as a fairly average individual.
Phantom Thief Outfit:
Charlotte's metaverse outfit is a rather large change from her typical outfit, the mask she sports is similar to that of a motorcycle helmets visor. It begins on either side upon the temple of her skull, and extends out over her eyes. The lower boundary of the mask comes in from the same location and crawls along her cheekbones before getting to the center of her cheeks, from here it seems to curve downwards before jolting back up once more. When approaching the nose they actually go over it, causing the center to be creased and forming an outward jut in the center of the mask. The total area that this mask covers would be from her forehead to the upper-half of her cheeks, at the tip of the downward extensions this reaches to the center of her cheeks but doesn't hide a ton more. The mask itself is as black as night and appears almost impossible to see into or out of from the outside, it can be seen through just to clarify.

Changing course from the mask itself, Charlotte is adorned in a skin-tight black bodysuit that cuts off at her wrists, and at her shins. Down the back of this outfit there are numerous red "X's" with the largest resting directly in the center of her back. Accompanying this bodysuit is a pair of knee-high lace up boots, they fit quite snugly as well and emphasize the structure of her legs. Her gloves come up to the elbow and are each dual colored, the first color on both of them is black and this spans from the elbow to roughly her wrist. Along with this it does manage to snake around, the underside of her glove remains black past the wrist and encompasses the palm in the same coloration. The left glove's second color is a pale white while the right glove's is a crimson red, but faint traces of white can be seen throughout it. The white and red aforementioned encompass the fingers and upper side of the glove where the black would be absent.
Phantom Thief Weapons:
A Crowbar and a model AMT Hardballer (Handgun).
Background:
Charlotte was born to a single mother out in North Dakota, the father was a fellow party-goer that her mother didn't even remember. So for as long as she could remember her mother was a single parent who struggled just to keep them going- but she did her best. Her mother wasn't the best example of how one should life though, more often than not she'd leave the younger version of Charlotte alone for many hours so that she could go and party with friends or do what she wanted to do with her life. It wasn't really unprecedented, she was still quite young when she'd given birth to Charlotte so letting that hold her back just wasn't her style. Once she was enrolled in school she'd immediately fit right in, which in itself was unexpected as she hadn't had friends prior, and even managed to become the top of her grade. Granted elementary school didn't make that difficult for her.

Progressing forward she still maintained that status, being the top of her grade throughout middle school and even into the start of high-school. They had to move to Central City due to the job her mother was in, so moving to a new high-school and abandoning all of what she knew was worrying. But her mother prompted her to try more, and experience everything she could so that she had the full high-school experience. So she joined the first club, or after-school activity, that interested her- the Swim team. Being there went well in the beginning, people are usually civil when they start out. But soon she began to upstage the vast majority of her teammates, and having the role of "Best in academics" and "Best on the swim team" proved to pull too many eyes. So when swimming practice came around that afternoon a plan had been devised, to cut the situation short an attempted drowning had occurred.

This ended up drawing more eyes and she quickly quit the swim-team, ever since then people have looked down on her for some rumors that the more popular members spread around. Her life devolved into one where she could come into school and exchange pleasantries with the few friends she made to becoming a total outcast, one who's only friend was a stray cat that wandered around the school. When everything changed her only choice had been to change; personality, actions, everything except for her academics changed. That was the one thing she couldn't let go of no matter what. Because of that rumors still fly around here and there, and people do as they were meant to. Gossip says that no one likes a know-it-all.
Personality:
Charlotte tends to be a bit reserved in her daily walk of life, not really bothering to approach people for reasons outside of academical purposes. She's a nose-to-the-grindstone type person where studies take priority over social interactions. Due to this behavior and her history, she's often times avoided- commonly due to the fact that she's a target for drama and a negative spin on who her accomplices are. Due to this social deficit she has found a different way of making up for it, specifically in the affections of animals. Cats in particular are her favorite, in many occasions she's taken in a stray or two and they've served as her friends. After all, cats don't care about their public image.
Quirks:
Loves cats dearly, they can be big cats or just house cats and they're seen the same way. Aquaphobic, from certain events, but this only acts up when it's enough water be fully submerged. Receives at least twenty-four letters a day while in school, and stores the unopened letters in boxes under her bed. Favorite food is dumplings, the reason why is unclear.
Persona:

Eris
Persona's Appearance:
Much alike how she's described in Greek mythology, Eris is an embodiment of strife and presents such a thing while her form seems to be in conflict with itself. The base form of her figure is that of a relatively smaller girl, her body appearing as a thin girl with black hair that comes down to her neck in length. This is the end of her semi-normality. The jet black hair appears to be made up of raven's feathers and seems to constantly be billowing in a violent maneuver, it pushes away from her head and then almost like the waves of the sea crashed back towards her skull only to repeat the process once more without ever reaching it's end goal. Next we move on to her skin, it's pigment is all but gone- because of this she turns into a shade of sickly grayish-white. This coloration is extremely unnatural in the world, much alike a ghost or specter from another world. Her face is completely lacking in human facial features, the only thing visible is that of eyes, sunken back into black pits are two glowing red embers. They appear to exude a red vapor that travels up a few inches above her head before dissipating all together. Surrounding these horrific eyes the bone appears to come forward and the skin around this area turns to an ashy gray, as the bone-like structure continues upwards it protrudes from the standard skill and turns to that of twisted horns that go to either side of her head. They jut upwards about six inches before moving outward and curving down slightly, towards the mid-point they begin to sharply ascend before cutting off with sinister points.

From her shoulder-blades two large crow-like wings escape outwards and curve forward as a sinister purple aura flows from them. This same aura can be found in multiple areas along her body, more detail here shortly. From her chest, presumably starting at the clavicle and ending just below the breastbone, a protrusion of glowing red crystals shows itself. This spans in width from nearly shoulder to shoulder, only cut short slightly to leave the shoulders visible. Her left arm appears human, however an inky blackness appears to grow as you pass her bicep. By the time you hit her wrist the entire arm is enveloped by this blackness, her fingers still appear human for the most part. The only difference being that they instead come into sharp, claw-like, points. In spite of this the hand still holds true to the daintier aspect of Eris's initial figure. Her right arm is quite the opposite, the shoulder itself has already been enveloped in the inky darkness and as you continue downwards it looses it's resemblance to a human arm and instead reverts into some sort of warping darkness. This warping darkness can shift it's form from the undetermined from to one resembling a long-rifle with it's stock cut off. This causes the other 'arm' to appear as though it's had a gun melded to it, the gun itself appearring to remain in it's more mechanical construct while being fused to a biological being.

Returning to her torso, the blackness from before follows her right side, and comes to cover half of her rib-cage before curving off and leaving the remainder of the stomach as white. It comes back in to cover the entirety of the pelvic region all the way down to her feet. However around her shins it seems that the body looses it's materialization and instead turns into the same flowing vapor as the arm, the only different being that the vapor that makes up her feet cannot transform. She lacks clothing for the most part, namely due to her chest being replaced by the red crystals aforementioned. Upon closer examination one could notice that the pelvic area doesn't appear to have a gender, leaving the persona as appearing androgynous outside of their voice. This could also be interpreted as appearing much alike how a swimsuit would behave, hiding anything that should stay private. This is the form of the persona known as Eris.

"I am thou, Thou art I."

l.Name: Travis Forrester
Phantom Thief Code Name: Horatio

Appearance:
562242

Phantom Thief Outfit: Travis wears a rather complicated get up for his Phantom thief outfit. He wears a brown stripe black vest, a black dressed shirt with an intricate design on the outer arm, wrist guards put on with belt straps, as well as red heavy duty gloves, he has a belt around his waist that holds his shotgun bullets and guns, black pants, brown cowboy boots, and finally a red and yellow poncho.

Phantom Thief Weapons: Sawed-off shotgun + Revolver

Background: Travis was originally born in Houston, Texas and lived there for most of his life. Travis' father died while he was very young so he doesn't remember a thing about him so it has always been Travis and his mother as long as Travis could remember. Travis' mother was a good person and mother but she had troubles with money she was a professional sharpshooter and gambler which doesn't equate to stable finance or life. But despite her vices, Travis' mother did her best for Travis' sake and give him a good life even with her odd set of skills. She wanted to give her son a life better than's her. And in her own opinion, she did a good job with her son. For once Travis' started school back in Texas he was a natural go-getter and social butterfly. His grades were great and stayed steady for all of his elementary school years.

Travis' time during middle school went smoothly all things considering, he stayed near the top of his grade, had many friends, had a stable enough home life even though his mother started working longer hours to better support them both. But when Travis' mother hit it big in a poker tournament they suddenly unrooted and moved to Central City so Travis could get a more stable life and a job that Texas wouldn't provide. She didn't want Travis to be a two-trick pony like her and instead become something much more stable. After moving to California Travis' mother got a job at a business so she could provide them a more steady livelihood.

Travis took a while to adjust to living in the new environment, actually, he's still adjusting to living in Central city. He finds the new city all so weird and overwhelming and he was always stared at due to his fashion choices and southern drawl, but he managed to get out of being bullied or picked on by being as charming and as witty as he could be which after a couple of years at Central city he learned how to get quite the silver tongue. But something seemed off about the city in recent times and Travis can't quite put his finger on it, but he has learned that if it doesn't inovle him he shouldn't get invovled. But you know how fate is.

Personality: Travis isn't the smartest guy around but he's a charming smooth talker and a hard worker. He can come off as rather free-spirited and carefree and a bit of a doormat due to this. But despite his charm and carefree attitude, he is actually worried about his future and his place in the world and has a bit of a rebellious streak. When push comes to shove Travis will push back and is determined to prove himself to himself and others.
Quirks: Travis speaks in a deep southern drawl and often uses southern slang and vocabulary in his everyday speech and he dresses like a modern Cowboy with scarves, cowboy hats, and boots and flannel, so much flannel. And weirdly enough he's an animal lover and loves seeing and petting animals even if he really shouldn't. He especially loves cats. Travis was taught how to use guns by his mother who was a famous sharpshooter and their home town. He's also a huge mama's boy. Travis is half Latino and half white.

Persona: Black Bart
Persona's Appearance: Black Bart is named after the famous outlaw who left poetic messages during a few of his robberies - he was also known as Black Bart the Poet. Black Bart is not what you expect of it to look like. Black Bart is reptilian in nature from his long muted green scaly tail and claws to its massive toothy maw which is often hidden by his brown and red poncho. Black Bart has black leather pants, a brown sleeveless jacket, black gloves where the fingertips are clawed out as if it suddenly changed while wearing them. Black Bart carries a rifle, a shotgun, and two revolvers on its body at all times.

“I’m rather proud of my ability to tell lies. I can trick not only others by even my own heart.”

Name:
Eira Petrov

Phantom Thief Code Name:
Macbeth

♧⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞♧

Appearance:
573223

Phantom Thief Outfit:
Eira’s outfit does appear at first as completely inappropriate. It is long sleeved dark teal gown, similar to those they’d wear in 19th Century Russia with a button up petticoat and a skirt made up of ruffles underneath accompanied by black wrist length gloves and a small navy blue hat with a translucent ribbon wrapped around it. However upon closer look, the skirt is revealed to have a slit in it, splitting it in half which reveals she is wearing black pants underneath with a belt and hanging on the insides of her skirt are her weapons. She wears boots with platform heels with this.

Eira’s mask is a dark teal felt masquerade mask with a golden outline and golden accents that appears in the mask as swirls in the interior.

Phantom Thief Weapons:
Eira uses a weaponized parasol as her melee weapon, its sharp tip allowing her to use it as a rapier, following her motif of deceit yet as well as her revealing the truth behind her lies to protect those she cares for rather then her hiding behind them.

Carrying on the motive of deceit, Eira’s firearm is a rifle disguised as a cane.

Background:
Eira was born and raised in New York City. Her birthmother was a street walker who unable to care for a baby, left it with her brother, Samson Petrov, a wealthy CEO of a conglomerate business, having only agreed to that . The male, having longed for a personal connection that he never strove for in his prime, took the child in, treating her like his own daughter. Eira was risen in luxury, living in a penthouse apartment and having everything served to her on a plate. She was tutored by the best early on in her youth, had every desire of her’s was filled, and she went to the best of private schools. All she had to do was remain a good girl and smile for the public.

However as soon as Eira begun attending school, things begun to change. It started when she was almost kidnapped at age 9 by a criminal, wishing for a ransom from the CEO who knocked out her driver and picked her up from the lower school. She was barely rescued by the police when a teacher noted the sudden change in driver. The event traumatized Eira as soon as she realized how truly in danger she was as the daughter of a wealthy CEO as well as realizing how often these kidnappings were in her area. Many more kidnapping attempts were made but all of them were prevented by Eira’s bodyguards. Over time, the female begun to suppress the trauma and fear, rather focusing on looking good for the cameras and being her father’s daughter.

This was not all unfortunately as soon, some of Samson’s coworkers begun to show interest in her, harassing her as she matured. She managed to push them away but it was an intimidating experience for the young female. One she was afraid to tell her father out of fear of ruining his business. So she suppressed it and rather just kept up the persona of how she was her father’s smart and studious daughter. And that everything was okay.

These personas soon begun spilling into the rest of her life as soon Eira found herself lying to herself and everyone around her simply to protect herself and push back the trauma. In high school, she rose to popularity through her charismatic facade and wealth and now, to keep herself in the best place she could be in, retains the position. Even if it meant lying about who she truly was to ever herself.

That was until she discovered the Metaverse.

♧⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞⌝⌟⌜⌞♧

Personality:
Eira has a variety of appearances at first glance. She’s the bright and studious daughter of Samson Petrov who is brimming with potential. She is the giggly and social savvy chatterbox who knows all the gossip in the school. She is the charming and charismatic woman in the dress during any event her father holds. Truly these are all acts Eira puts up simply to be what would be best for her in the situation. In summary however, Eira comes off as a social butterfly who seems to always know what to say and adapts to any situation with ease.

Behind this act is a cold and calculating female who is able to easily lie with a straight face. She is fairly intelligent, her social experience having caused her to be eerily observant as she attempts to act exactly how they wish while subtly achieving her own agenda. That said, the female is quite ambitious, never having taking desperate measures, but willing to fight to the end, even when she is cornered, having quite a short temper when she is being beaten, feeling as if she is being exposed for being weak.

Yet despite the confidence she displays, Eira truly has low self esteem. She is afraid of showing herself as someone with weaknesses. Flaws. Because that is something something someone weak would do. And she convinces and lies to herself that she is okay. When truly she is far from okay due to her trauma and out of fear of anyone discovering this, she pushes everyone away. That is until a certain group of thieves cause her to awaken to her true self.

Quirks:
Eira is a liar and does tend to use that as her first method of escape, able to come up with the strangest explanations just to avoid telling the truth when it’s ugly.

After her Awakening, Eira attempts to be more true to herself. Which is a strange process for her as she struggles with opening up and not caring about what the others prefer and tends to come off as socially awkward while doing so. Nonetheless she remains quite intelligent and does her best to act as a voice of reason for the group.

Eira is most definitely the kind to overanalyze things, even the smallest details. While she hides these details with others, with the Phantom Thieves and those she’s close with post Awakening, she begins to be much more blunt with her observations yet still is quite nonchalant about them.

While Eira acts as if she enjoys her status as a popular, interacting with them honestly is a chore for her as she shares nothing in common with them.

Books are life for her.

Eira is as blind as a bat without her glasses. She doesn’t know how she can see with her mask on though seeing as her glasses just sort of dissipate. She is theorizing

Closet conspiracy theorist.

Persona:
Sonya the Golden Hand

Persona's Appearance:
Sonya appears as a headless and armless feminine figure dressed in a billowing long sleeved dark teal furlined coat. Replacing her head are multiple white full face masquerade masks with golden accents that each depict different expressions and different shapes and extravagance. They are organized in a circle, spinning around slowly over her headless body. Her arms are also separated of her body and float beside her as glimmering golden gloves.
