Persona 3 (1x1 with kiri and forest)

this was a REALLLY awkward day for Kirisuto Nagano. She just moved into a new school after her parents died at the Moonlight Bridge in the accident. the the voice that gave her the message "Time never waits. It delivers all equally to the same end. You, who wish to safeguard the future, however limited it may be... You will be given one year; go forth without falter, with your heart as your guide..."   For her it all began at the terminal station in the evening everything was fine..and she was getting her bags for her 1st day.It was almost midnight and she knew she was late. that was when it happened.  the moment the clock struck 12. everything was strange. even people were in...COFFINS!If the errie gigantic moon  didnt scare her that did.  she hurried to the dorm and when there signed the 'mysterious contract.'  the moment she signed he was gone and so was the contract. "Uh.." she said confused. Over the 1st day it was 'fine' to say the least. besides the dream about the velvet room regarding the mysterious contract  but the 2ed day in the dorm was weirder.


a man walked over to mitsuru as she and yukari were watching her sleep. "How is she?" he asked and mitsuro sighed. "Same as last night." the man was in awe. "Not even any signs of symptoms or anything. Surely she has potential." then they hear the emergency becon go off and mitsuro answers "Akihiko is that you?" she asked

"You're not gonna believe this! This thing is huge!" Akihiko said in response. "Unfortunately, I don't have time to talk, it's chasing me..." He continued to egg on the giant shadow as it followed after him. "I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm almost there." This'll be a doozy. The boxer thought to himself with a small smirk as he knew Mitsuru would yell at him for this. He could just imagine what was going on back at headquarters.

yukari went to get kiri as mitsuru joined akihiko. "Akihiko i cant believe you brought it here.you know you gotta fight too right?" she said wanting to scold him but cant at the moment.  Yukari and kiri went to the back entrance for the moment yukari  gave kiri a naginata in case of an attack. "t--that was close. i think were safe now."yukari said smiling a little bit.

"No time for scolding me Mitsuru. We've got bigger things to worry about." Akihiko said motioning to the thing outside. "We've got to protect our kohai!"


On the roof, a rumbling sound could be heard coming from below. Pretty soon, a hand holding a mask could be seen off the ledge turning it as if it were a neck and once it saw the two girls, it fully climbed to the top and revealed the many swords it held before slowly crawling towards them.


"Igor-dono, shouldn't we intervene here?" A young man said to the familiar long nosed proprietor of the Velvet Room. They were watching the situation through some method. 


"Not yet, this is an important event that cannot be altered." Igor said in a somewhat quiet voice.

yukari couldnt shoot the gun and was hurt. kiri however picked up the gun and heard a voice 'Go on. You know you can do it..'  she put it to her head and was nervous at first but whispered..."Per...so...na.." and triggered showing orpheus. The power was so strong that it changed the form of orpheus for a moment as it killed the shadow. Kiri killed the smaller shadows with her naginata..after that. her mind went blank and she passed out. Yukari freaked out. "K-kiri! c-can you hear me!" Mitsuro saw the other shadows retreating an saw what happened on the tv. "Come on we have to help her!"

kiri awoke to what looked like a hallway "ow my head owowow." she grumbled and looked around. "Where am i?"

There was a door ahead of Kirisuto but no matter how much she tried to go towards it, it remain elusive to her. Something was keeping her from reaching the door. Because of that, a large monster had started sneaking up behind her.


"I art thou and thou art I. I call upon thee from the depths of my soul. Come, Saburo!" A male voice exclaimed as a sound similar to shattering glass rang out and a large humanoid figure began to take form and charged at the monster. The figure carried with it a long rifle in its left hand and a large katana in its right, wearing black armor and a red cape. "Agidyne!" At his order, the summoned Persona raised its rifle and fired shots of concentrated fire magic, effectively thinning out the enemy numbers somewhat. The young man took the opportunity to charge in himself and began slashing at his foes. His Persona fought alongside its master.

she blinked in confusement as the large monster and when it was gone she shook. "Okay i got a dozen questions and you better answer some or so help me i will kick your.." her sass was interrupted by the door opening and igor standing waiting for them at the end of the hall. "Those pesky things. Come now boy its improper to keep a old man and a lady waiting." Kiri blinked in confusement

yukari was nervous seeing kiri toss and turn it was about 3 days since she was in the coma. she got a call from mitsuru "Ya?? oh shes still in the coma. she tosses and turns sometimes.How is senpai?" Mitsuru sighed. "Not taking it well...the fact he let the original one escape and it almost hurt you two is eating at him. He hasnt even left his room."

Without much of a word, the young man dispersed his Persona and led Kirisuto to the Velvet Room. However, he didn't go in himself and closed the door behind her.


"It's so nice to see you again." Igor greeted Kirisuto as she came in and motioned for her to sit down. "You became unconscious after awakening to your "power". It's nothing to worry about though. So just relax." He said this with his weird smile. "By the way, I see that it was Orpheus that heeded your calling. That power is called a Persona. It is a manifestation of your psyche. It may take some time to fully comprehend. A Persona is a facet of your personality that surfaces as you react to external stimuli. You can think of it as a mask that protects you as you brave many hardships. That being said, your power is still weak. When you use your Persona ability, you must channel your inner strength. The ability evolved as you develop your social links, your emotional ties with others. The stronger your Social Links, the stronger your Persona will become." He paused here as he was done explaining. 


"Now then, time marches on in your world. I shouldn't keep you here any longer. Next time we meet, it will be on your own accord. Until then, farewell." With the wave of his hand, he sent Kirisuto off and back to her world. Soon after she vanished, three figures walked through the door. "I trust you three can accomplish the task?" The three figures nodded.

"So, you're finally awake Miss Sleepyhead." Akihiko said as she woke up in the real world. "So how you doing?"

kiri goaned and looked up seeing yukari and akihiko. "I feel like i got hit by 2 trucks and one of them had my favorite energy drink.." she groaned yukari tried to explain. "The doctors said they couldn't find anything wrong with you and think it's because of stress. Me and senpai were told to pick you up." Chrissy nodded but noticed yukari upset when she was going to sign out. "Ya know..im like you too..i like my parents as well..i wanted to tell you kiri so you didnt feel alone."

"So, any idea of what you just did and what you fought last night?" Akihiko asked wondering if she had a grasp on what was going on. "What you summoned is called a Persona and the monster you had to face was a Shadow. They've been causing quite a ruckus over the news lately. And they're rather fun to fight. Unfortunately, I'm put out of the action for now due to injuries though."

Kiri shook her head trying to remember. "All i remember is that blob.the gunshot..and that headache..like i knew what to do a-and i wasnt scared." she nodded understanding him..and yukari comes back "Okay i got her signed out. senpai. Let her get dressed into her clothes so we can take her back to the dorm.Do you need help getting dressed kiri-chan? you still look a little dizzy."Kiri just nodded and yukari just gave a polite 'get out' look hoping he would understand.

"Right, I'll just leave the room." Akihiko said as he left the room, leaving the two girls to that. "Now then, let's get back to the dorm and let you have some proper rest. We've still got school after all." He said after they had finished and came out. "We'll make sure to explain the whole situation in detail to you soon."

she nodded and when they were walking home kiri was humming a song. Yukari was curious about it. "Hey thats a nice song." Yukari said smiling. Kiri smiled "Thank you..its one of my favorites because my mother used to sing it to me.I sing it when im nervous or scared. It got me through alot. You want me to sing a verse?" Yukari nodded and kiri sung the verse her mother would sing.

Yukari was in awe. "Holy crud. You can be a singer with those vocal cords!" kiri blushed in embarrassment. "thanks but im a little shy..your the first two i sung my mother's song to."

"That's pretty cool. The song's in English too. From what I can understand from it, it has a rather hopeful message to it." Akihiko commented, only knowing about half of what she sang because they were native Japanese people who learned some rather pointless stuff conversationally in English class. But that was enough to get the overall message. "Maybe you can treat us to the other verses later. I'd love to hear it."

kiri smiled "W-well i was raised in america so english comes natural to me..i can say it in japanese." yukari smiled. "Nono dont butcher your mothers song for us. When you really want to we wanna hear the whole song when we know enough english." And with tht they go to the dorms to explain everything. Kiri shyly walked up to the 4th floor seeing everyone and mitsuru smiled. "Ah Kiri im glad your okay."

"The Doctor said she's completely fine, she just needs some rest. Let's save the explanations for tomorrow." Akihiko said. "It'd be better for you to go to bed early since you're probably still tired." Once Yukari escorted Kirisuto to her room, Akihiko and Mitsuru were in the lobby alone. "The Chairman says he's got her Evoker prepared. But are we sure we want to involve her in this?" He asked her.

mitsuru nodded  "She has the potential and that power we could kill her if its not under control. I understand you want her and yukari safe however if we let her go she will be food for the shadows. she will be a great member and that shes in the same class as yukari will keep confidence" she shows a photo of another potential member. "Also i wish for you to check this student. I believe he has potential as well."

"Oh? You just found somebody?" Akihiko said as he took the paper with the information with it. "Junpei Iori huh? He's in the same class as the girls. It'll be nice to have another guy around. The female presence recently has been rather overwhelming." He said this in a rather joking manner. "I'll go check on him later. Maybe he'll have awakened to the Dark Hour already."

she nodded and went into work. she knew kiri would have qustions and the answers will come in time. 


meanwhile when the dark hour struck junpei was crying seeing all the coffins at the convenience store.

"Wow, Mitsuru was right. This guy really does have the potential." Akihiko said as he came across Junpei. He hadn't originally planned on finding him, he was out getting some training against the wishes of Mitsuru and the chairman and he had just found him there on a bench. "Hey there, you're Junpei Iori from class 2-F right? Must be pretty scary in a place like this huh? Well, you'll get used to it eventually." He hoped that Junpei would recognize him amidst the tears. Not that he really liked it but he was rather well known in the school.

"A-kihiko senpai?!" junpei said still freaking out.as he got up "What the hell is going on!One moment at on the convience store getting a snack and next im surrounded by coffins!"

"Well, if I explained it to you now, I'm betting you won't remember much of it so the explanation can wait. Just know that monsters appear during this time so it'll be dangerous." Akihiko said rather nonchalantly. "You doing okay? We should get moving before any of those said monsters get here. They tend to attack people like us which makes it all the more fun."
