•FULL NAME•
Koephone (said like Persephone) Telonis
•NICKNAME/ALIAS•
Ko

•SPECIES•
Cervitaur (white tailed deer) (half human half deer): very similar to centaurs, most have nature related abilities
•AGE•
18, looks 18

•GENDER•
Male

•OCCUPATION•
Ko owns a small plant shop called The Dew Drop. He grows his own plants and sells many to potion makers and alchemists. He also carries a small amount of quest found items that are useable in potions and spells. Periodically he will close the shop to go adventuring and stock up on supplies.

•WEAPON (IF APPLICABLE)•
He carries a small dagger for harvesting pretty much anything but he does know how to use it. He also has a pretty tough kick using his back legs.

•TYPE OF POWER/GIFT (IF APPLICABLE)•
He is extremely in tune with plants. He's able to help them grow very quickly and is also able to revive dead ones. His plants also give a bit of a kick to potions (able to help them last longer or able to make them stronger or more potent) since they've been grown with the help of magic. His plants look more vibrant and respond to emotions.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

(I know in the picture he has blonde hair but I don't like that) Ko has long, curly, russet brown hair and fluffy brown ears. He has spots all the way down his back on both human and deer parts. His fur is extremely fluffy and soft and he often allows children to pet him. His antlers have soft velvet on them and just like regular deer, he looses them in the winter. Sometimes he'll allow others to paint his hooves or decorate his hair with flowers.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
Cervitaurs are not known for wearing a lot of clothing. Maybe just a simple jacket in the winter. They are, however, known for decorating their bodies. Ko wears many small, gold, decorations such as chains, necklaces, antler rings, finger rings, ankle cuffs, bracelets, and small gold chains around his waist. He will, however, wear many bags and pocketed belts when on adventures or excursions.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5' 5" (not including antlers)

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
Besides the abundance of gold colored jewelry, he at times will wear skin and fur painted designs.
—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Ko is a spunky, excited individual. He's extremely friendly and outgoing. He's also very loyal to his friends and will often give loyal customers or friends discounts on his wares. If you're his friend, expect many plant related gifts such as houseplants, flower crowns, and home brewed poultices. He loves his shop but he also loves adventuring with his friends. He's not very combat adept, but he does know basic healing and can easily defend himself with his plants.

•BIOGRAPHY•
When Ko was born, he was born to a cervitaur mother and an absent father. He lived with his herd and mother in a forest not far from Paradisia. Winters were harsh and summers were hot and Ko's mother soon noticed he had a hard time fitting in with the other cervitaurs. It was around his twelfth birthday that Ko's mother announced to the herd that they would be moving to civilization and to Paradisia. He was sad to leave but ultimately excited.

Paradisia proved to be a good fit for Ko and his mother. His mother opened The Dew Drop and together they ran the store. Ko made many new friends and fit in among them much better than he did those of his own kind. They lived a happy, bustling life in the city and would visit their herd every now and again. Now at eighteen, Ko runs the shop on his own while his mother is retired and spends her days hanging with other retirees and elders. She wants grandkids but is happy to let Ko live his life at his own pace.

•STRENGTHS•
Ko is an adept listener and remembers many things about his customers and friends. He's extremely friendly and able to code switch fairly easily. He's also very creative and kind.

•WEAKNESSES•
At times, Ko can be lead astray by his desperate need to fit in. He can befriend those who do not have his best interests at heart. He's also extremely naive and desperate for love which means that he'll place his loyalty in almost anyone who will give him the time of day. He can also at times be quite skittish when adventuring which can annoy his more hardened companions.

•FEARS•
Ko is very afraid of authority figures such as law inforcement. He is also afraid of missing out on fun stuff and afraid of not fitting in.

•LIKES & DISLIKES•

Likes:
Plants, food, water bodies, swimming, running, decorating, braiding his hair, listening to customers and other adventurers, adventuring, both sunny days and rainy, campfires
Dislikes:
Haggling with customers, being late, adventuring alone, crabbiness, coffee taken black, small dogs, stuff in his fur (besides paint)

•FULL NAME•
Maluon Towerwood

•NICKNAME/ALIAS•
Mal, The Drunkard, Tree boy

•SPECIES•
Maluon is a marsh-elf or swamp-elf, either name works. They are found in and adapted to areas where woodland meets water. They are tall and rather thin with extra long limbs, useful for when they are climbing between trees or wading through deeper water, their large ears are great for cooling off in hot weather,a nd their oddly colored eyes work well even in dim light. They can live for ludicrous amounts of time.

•AGE•
25

•GENDER•
Male

•OCCUPATION•
Former dock worker, he was often seen working at the docks lifting things most others couldn't, until he was injured. Maluon now works part time in a bar for drinks as much as coin.

•WEAPON (IF APPLICABLE)•
Maluon usually relies on his walking staff or other long, heavy object to basically beat people, however, he also has some abilities he rarely uses.

•TYPE OF POWER/GIFT (IF APPLICABLE)•
Maluon is capable of limited pyromancy. Basically he can manipulate fire to a certain extent. He rarely uses this ability, as it can be very dangerous. One example involves setting the robes of a thief on fire and watching him fall off the docks into the water and be fished out by the guards.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

Maluon has red hair and golden eyes, and tanned skin. He is very tall with his right leg being contorted and walks with an obvious limp. He always looks clean and its obvious he does take care of himself. Despite all of this, his breath reeks of booze.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
He usually dresses in clothes of muted colors, with tops that are a bit long to hide his scars. Although the clothes he wears are of muted or darker shades, he often wears flashy jewelry such as his many heavy rings, his necklaces, or his headband. His shoes are somewhat heavy and clunky, as evidenced by the sound they make.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
Maluon is 8 feet 10 inches, and rather thin, but is very strong.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES.
Maluon's ears are huge, and his upper body and legs are scarred although almost no one has seen them. He walks with a heavy limp due to having been injured at his previous workplace.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Maluon is rather shy, preferring to sit away from others and keep to himself. He almost never speaks first, and rarely smiles. He is also very self conscious about his body, and likes to have as little of it visible as possible, and he does not like talking about his past, as he believes the things that happened to him and the reason for his scars are shameful. However, he often talks nonsensically due to his heavy drinking problem, which also causes him to be very clumsy and dim witted.

•BIOGRAPHY•
Maluon was born into a wealthy family and was treated well by his parents and grandparents, each of whom had a different profession, although most of the family's money was made through the trade of exotic gems and spices. Maluon was taught the value of hard work and not taking things for granted. As he grew up, he did show interest in the family business, and learned it well, and as an adult, he went to work at the docks working with the cargo his family brought in. During this time he met his first partner, whom he thought loved him, however that was not true. His partner was very abusive, often beating him or otherwise hurting him physically and emotionally. This left him with scars that he is very ashamed of. Eventually Maluon got away, but his mind and body were permanently altered. Not long after, Maluon began drinking heavily, which may or may not have contributed to his accident.

Now, Maluon works part time in a bar, often being paid in part in booze, despite his obvious problem. Maluon works hard when he can, and is capable of doing good, however he often drowns his sorrows in alcohol and he refuses to talk about it even though it could very well help him to do so. Maluon once had dreams of going on to do greater things, however, he feels he will never be able to do what he wants, and has essentially abandoned them.

•FULL NAME•
Kuu Sapi Mikha

•NICKNAME/ALIAS•
Current title given to him by his former clan is, “the Disgraced”

•SPECIES•
Beastkin

Beastkin hail from clans in a faraway taiga forest known as the Moonridge Forest. Their range used to be much farther-reaching, but hostile humans and other races have long hunted them for their fur.

Beastkin are humanoids with fur and other animalistic features, like furry ears, wet noses, claws, tails, and more. Their traits can be mix-and-matched between animal species; so a single beastkin can have the ears of a lion but the tail of a fox. However, typically a beastkin’s animalistic traits will fall into one of two categories- carnivorous animals and herbivorous animals.

Their fur can come in many patterns and shapes, most of which seem not to be based on genetics but rather some kind of magical interference.

They do not often have magical powers themselves but do have enhanced senses- sharper sight, hearing, smell, and taste.

•AGE•
20

•GENDER•
Male

•OCCUPATION•
Servant-for-hire by day, compulsive thief by night

•WEAPON (IF APPLICABLE)•
Mostly, his teeth and claws. Sometimes uses a knife

•TYPE OF POWER/GIFT (IF APPLICABLE)•
Enhanced senses

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

Kuu is a brown and white pelted beastkin with a furry mane and unique markings. He has brown spots over his eyes and white, rib-like markings down his chest. Usually most of his pelt is covered by clothing. He has a long, silky white tail.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
He usually wears a blue cloak with a teal stripe going down the middle. A moon-shaped pattern is in the center of the stripe on the front of his cloak. At night, he wears form-fitting all black clothing to less easily be seen when doing thievery.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5”4, average body type

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
Nothing to note.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

When you first meet Kuu, he seems like a very quiet, asocial person. He works as a servant-for-hire for the more wealthy families of Paradisia, and is very diligent with his work. He does everything he’s asked as soon as he can, without complaint or even a word. Many families praise Kuu as a good worker, though do sometimes dislike his excessively quiet demeanor- he only speaks when spoken to, and even then doesn’t say much. Also, the amount of fur that he sheds during the summer is a bit of a downside!

He is also a little mysterious, often politely refusing to speak a single word on his history or what he does in his spare time. This is because he’s afraid that his employers will distrust him when they learn he was exiled from his former clan and why.

No employers so far have realized that he’s the one who steals various precious objects from the household…

•BIOGRAPHY•
Kuu was born in the beastkin clan of Sahkiir in the faraway Moonridge Forest. As he grew up, he had an impulse control problem, which mostly lead to him stealing things he didn’t need. When it was discovered he had a hoard of stolen items in his den, he was exiled from the clan as an adolescent.

He made his way to Paradisia for a fresh start, hoping he would be able to put his stealing habit in the past. But he was unable to fight it, and went back to taking things that wasn’t his several months into his residence in Paradisia. It even got worse- he started breaking into houses at night to steal. He does his best to keep it to small things, but sometimes something big catches his eye.

•FULL NAME•
Sven Alhornen Visus

•SPECIES•
Human

•AGE•
35

•GENDER•
Male

•OCCUPATION•
Career Mercenary, Currently Unemployed.

•WEAPON•
Great with a spear, but carrying around a staff at the moment.

•GIFT•
Sven can see everything within a 15ft radius, and has the ability to process that information. As he moves, he passively notices everything in the radius, as we would notice our surroundings as we walk. He can also focus in on peticular areas or objects for closer examination. This works through walls and other solid objects. Sven cannot see anything past the 15ft radius, as if the world drops off into darkness.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

Sven's resting face gives off a hostile impression. Along with his gruff voice you might think he is a dangerous person to be around. He walks slower than most and doesn't looks dead ahead while he walks, keeping a straight posture. While speaking to him you might get the impression his eyes aren't looking quite at you, or his eyes are focusing behind or in front of where you are.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
Sven keeps himself as well groomed as your average peasent, but doesn't know how to dress himself. Around villages and towns he just wears the slacks he would while on campaign. He has been thinking about trying something new once he settles into Paradisia.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5'8" Well muscled, on a somewhat bulky frame.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
A uniquely shaped face, angled and wide in strange places. Various unsuprising scars from old battles.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Sven is slow in many ways. He never really feels rushed outside of battle, so he takes his time. He takes a while to think through new ideas and concepts, and tends to come to incorrect conclusions. He is slow to change his opinion once it's been fully formed. He is also typically slow to like or trust someone.
He isn't peticularily charismatic or social, but he will talk up a storm if someone gets him going. Unfortunately most of the talk will be blustering and stumbling as he slowly makes a statement, however odd that statement might be. He is very loyal when it comes down to helping someone he trusts, whether they asked for help or not.

•BIOGRAPHY•
Sven grew up helping around the a mercenary camp. He never knew his parents, nor did he find out what heppened to them. Sven just assumes they died and the band found him. This didn't instill any sort of loyalty in Sven, as he was often mistreated. This was because he hadn't learnt about the social convention of pointing your eyes where your vision is focused. The worst he ever had it was when he mentioned things that "he shouldn't know". Once a soldier was searching for his lost pipe, and Sven let him know that it was in another soldier's bag. All that got him was a beating as he was accused of snooping through other people's stuff. So Sven never mentioned what he could see in people's pockets or bags again. Another unfortunate social convention that nobody bothered to teach him.

He still wonders why people pretend that they can't find lost things. He can understand that following someone's eyes can be a helpful indicator of where thier focus is, but why can't we all just relax once in a while and keep our head and eyes still. He now often gets compliments that he has "a good eye" or has "keen senses", so maybe he just has better eyes than most. Although he wishes he could see a bit further like other people can.

Eventually Sven's company was slaughtered and he was young enough for this new group to take him in. They were called "Sabel's Slayers" and that's when his long mercenary career began. It is a long tale filled with many rough battles, kind-of friends, and exaustive marching. Through it all Sven made it out through is reasonable skill and unique gift, although he never rose to a position of power. He managed to escape the mercenary life through his knack for cards. Everyone seemed to have some sort of agreement that they wouldn't look at each other's cards. Sven figured out you could usually make a good amount of winnings before anyone suspected you were cheating and decided they wanted to punch your teeth in. Always strange that nobody else really cheated. It's always made Sven feel like a bit of a bad person, but he figures if he can make a better life for himself then it's worth it.

That's why he decided to go to Paradisia. Try his hand at a new life in another realm of society. He figures he can always try for the gaurd if no other jobs seem to suit him.

•STRENGTHS•
- Comfortable with himself
- Very patient
- Not impulsive

•WEAKNESSES•
- Socially unskilled

(Thousands of years ago, we were created for the purpose of learning and magic. They were so invested in immortality and witchcraft. They built us to test their theories. I realize now that we were much more to them than slaves. We were built for war.)

(We faced the Dark Things and its manifestation. The Lich. A battle between us all shattered the earth and rumbled the heavens(metaphorically speaking) and we fought until there was only so few of us left. Our creator's homes and cities were desolated. So in an attempt to preserve whatever of their civilization they had left they face us our last order. To take their lives and seal ourselves away. So we did. This is when we realized the secret of the Dark Things. So we scribed their name and their knowledge on our swords and our crests and sealed ourselves away within what I now called the Fortress of Graves. It was our tomb. Me and 9 others have since slept and meditated within this fortress for thousands of years until the Dark Things would rise once more. It appears that now is the time. I'm the only one awake. I grab my sword and approach the stone barrier that separated us and the new world. With the power of a yellow hagstone, I broke it and fresh air greeted the stale walls once more. How I missed the light of the sun. It feels warm doesn't it?)

•WEAKNESSES•
-Hesitant at times

•PERSONALITY•

Jason is a force of conviction and will most have never seen in their life. Once he sets his heart on something, there is nothing he would not sacrafice, nothing he would not do to accomplish that goal. His kind heart and generally gentle nature pushes him to protect others and his intentions are normally pure. Despite his almost unthinkable physical capabilities, he generally prefers the peaceful route. This achieved through his size as no one really wants to fight with a guy his size. That being said, if he decides to fight, he fights to win. Through broken bone, blood loss and pain through which most have no clue of how to handle, he is unstoppable in his drive to see it through. It takes a lot to get him to that point. Few have seen him in that state and even fewer would challenge him still after seeing it.

•BIOGRAPHY•
His parents were never supposed to meet. His father was a simple worker, gathered medicinal herbs from the forest for the doctors in the town. His mother was a shaman, the spiritual leader of the great hill giants that populate the forests a few hours journey from the city of Paradisia. They met by chance. His father went to those forests to gather an herb that only grew there. As he gathered in the early morning, he happened upon Artimis, the giant shaman, beaten and cut up, left to die in a river by a group of humans looking to kill her. They were driven off by her, but she was far too wounded to move.

She woke days later, her wounds sealed with salve made from medical herbs and a strange human man fishing not 30 feet from her. Of course, having just been attacked by humans oh, she was skeptical of this man and kept her distance. She let him replace the paste on her wounds, but did little more than that. She was still much too weak to move. Overtime, she finally started to open up. They talked and talked all through the day. Told each other where they were from. He was such a strange human. She was a giant, standing at 20 feet tall. Why was he not afraid of her? It was a question she would never get answered. That didn't matter. It didn't stop her from falling in love with him.

They stayed there, building a life together. Neither side wanted to take the other to their home. He was much too afraid that other humans would attack her. She knew for a fact that her prideful people would attack him. So, they lived peacefully at the side of that river. It was not long till she was with child, soon giving birth to the half giant Jason.

When the boy was merely an infant, Artemis received word that her people were coming to get her. She sent the boy away with her husband. The Giants would never accept him, but he had a much better chance at living a normal life in Paradisia. They parted, never to see each other again, but she gave him a large chunk of Dragon Steel for their sun.

Growing up Jason was the odd ball out. Having become as tall as his father at the age of 9. That being said, he was not subjected to any real discrimination. Maybe it was because he was bigger than most, but he never faced any sort of is aversion to him. People were mostly accepting of the fact that he was half giant. His father was caring and tried to keep him safe. However, he wanted to give Jason something from each parent. So, when he turned 14, he gifted his son to axe's. One made from the strongest steel he could find from him (Second picture). The other crafted from the dragon steel given by his mother (pictures one and three), which gave the axe the ability to heat the blade and summon fire. Jason cherished them both.

By the time he had turned 16, his father had fallen gravely ill and relied on Jason to make money. It was near his death that he told his son of his mother and their life. He warned Jason not to get his hopes up. Telling him where they met and warning that there was little chance that he would ever see his mother. That did not stop Jason from dreaming of that day. He became an adventurer to prepare for the day he went to see his mother. Just as he was able to get to that point, his father passed. Having lost his father, he set out to try and see his mother.

He arrived at the river his father told him about early on a fall day. Leaves fell as he walked down the river bank. It took him the better part of an hour before he finally spotted what he was looking for. A makeshift home comprised of several trees bent over and tied together, walls made of weaved branches and the leaves. Approaching the house cautiously, thoughts ran through his head. Would his mother be there? Would she remember him? Would she be as amazing as his father foretold? Taking a deep breath, he turned and it looked into the shelter where once his mother and father lived happily.

No one was inside. Momentos the time that his mother and father were together laid about. The massive pile of Furs and leaves that made up the bed. Drawings of her sitting by the river clearly drawn by his father lay gathering dust at the base of the walls. This was where he was born. Tears filled his eyes, then he was yanked out and thrown against a tree. He groaned in pain as a massive staff was placed on his chest. It took a moment for him to recover from such a massive blow, but as he opened his eyes, the most amazing sight build them. There, pale grey and white skin with black markings. Hair as black as night and eyes pale white. Standing taller than even him, was his mother.

Artemis looked at Jason, ferocity filling her gaze "A much larger human than I have ever seen." She looked him over, noticing the look of shock and happiness on his face. She pushed the staff into his chest "Speak human! Why have you come?"

Jason was far too happy. Tears streamed down his cheeks. He remembered drawings of her his father showed him. They didn't even begin to capture her beauty. His heart ached with joy. Finally he had met her. The mother he had always wanted to meet. It took a few nudges from her for him to compose himself enough "I....I have waited my entire life. I've wanted to meet you for so long. I-I have dreamt of this day. The day I could see you. M....Mother."

Artemis heard the words, but part of her couldn't believe it. In the state of shock, she dropped her staff. Looking down at this tall human. It couldn't be. Could it? Her breath choked in her throat as she got down on her knees. Gently she moved her hands to touch his face. Tears flowed from her eyes as she looked into his. Those pale grey hues that filled her dreams and memories of a darling baby that looked at her so long ago. The eyes of a boy that once saw her as mother and god. The eyes that looked past all her bad and saw just mother. Small crying laughs came from her as she wiped his tears awa "My....my sweet boy. You've grow so big..." Her words choked as her happiness swelled. She couldn't contain it at all. She lost all control of her tears as she took her son into a hug, one that they both have been waiting for since they were separated.

Over the next few weeks Jason came back to this place everyday. He and his mother would just sit and talk, catching up on the years that they had missed. She told him of his culture, of her time with his father and how they fell in love. She was sad to know that he was gone, but it wasn't all bad. She still had a piece of him in Jason.

On the final day of peace Jason came to the river. There he spotted his mom along with four other Giants. All male and all seemingly from her tribe. They had her tied up and were speaking of the blasphemy she had committed. Weakening her Bloodline with a half human child. He saw one raise a club, preparing to strike her. He knew at that moment that they were going to try and kill her. He would not allow it.

With a mad dash he rammed one of them, toppling the other three like dominoes. He moved to his mother attempting to free her while she screamed for him to leave and save himself. He was unwilling to listen. After a moment of attempting to remove her bindings, she was struck from behind. The force flinging him into a tree. The Giants asked if this was her bastard child, to which she spat at them and was rewarded with kick.

Jason was down for but a moment, unwilling to stop fighting. He had just found his mother, he was not going to lose her to these brutes. Struugling up he dashed forward again, pulling the axe from his back and creating flame with it. He used the axe made from his mothers steel for adventuring as it was the most effective in combat.

He took out the knee of one of the Giants, attempting to swing again before he was hit with a club once more. As he fell his mother begged and pleaded for them to take her and not him. They were not too keen on listening. They started to beat him with clubs over and over again. bludgeoning him in an attempt to take his life. Jason would not go down that easy. He screamed as he rose from him prone position. Tackling the Giants once again. Swinging his fists and managing to catch a few of them before he was knocked down again.

The fight went on like this for what seemed like hours. Jason would get knocked down or beaten badly, only to get back up again and fight. When all was said and done the Giants had retreated. They called back that she should never show her face in the tribe again. Jason stood there Breathing heavily, blood covering his clothes and spilling into the river. His eyes swollen shut and one leg broken in several places. Despite all these injuries, he walked to his mother who was frantically asking if he was okay as he untied her bindings. That was all he managed to do before passing out, so close to death.

Artemis didn't know what to do. She was fully capable of healing smaller injuries, but as she got up and inspected her child, these were injuries that she had no qualification to treat. She sobbed hysterically, unsure of what to do. Soon she decided that she would take him back. There were doctors and healers in Paradisia. Scooping up her child as gently as possible, she took off towards the city, not stopping and running for an hour and a half.

As she approached the city, the royal guard and adventurers saw her coming. They prepared for an all-out fight, but a man from The Adventurer's Guild stop the attack, seeing Jason in her arms. When she arrived at the edge of the city, she laid him at their feet, crying and begging for them to help her son. They gladly did.

it was about a week before Jason finally woke up. He was not in a doctor's house, but rather outside, his crying mother next to him. She breathed out a sigh of relief for the first time in that week. Crying from the joy of knowing that her son would be okay. It was about a month later that Jason was able to work. He got a job cutting wood for fires and house building. A local farmer who lived close to the logging site allowed Jason and his mother to live in his old barn so long as his mother helped with farming tasks. She agreed so that she could spend as much time with her son she could. Now he and his mother live on that farm, just outside of Paradisia, never wasting a single second of their lives.

•STRENGTHS•
- He is of heart. He knows what is right and knows how to preserve that which is precious to others.
- His work ethic is second to none. With the ability to work and the drive to do it, there is no better worker to have.
- His cooking skills are very well developed. Since he is not well equipped to hunt, sometimes many families will come together with enough food for all to eat and have him cook it.
- He is a serious romantic. He dreams of finding a love and settling down. Having a family someday.

•WEAKNESSES•
- He is trusting to a fault. He will believe you until given reason not to. He has no suspicion of anyone or anything until it is too late.
- Some say his willingness for self sacrafice is too great. He will risk life and limb for someone with no expectation for compensation or even being prompted to do so.
- He, like all giants, takes up a lot of space. As such, living with such smaller races, he has found himself in very uncomfortable situations.
- He suffers from a lack of confidence despite his steadfast nature. This leads to him constantly second guessing himself and this tampers with every decision he makes.
- Despite being a romantic, he has pretty much convinced himself that he will never find love. This is not due to his personality or the way he looks, he just understands that he's much bigger than the other people who live around him. Not many women want a guy who is 12 ft tall.

•FEARS•
- Losing his mother
- Hurting someone he didn't mean to
- Not being able to help someone who needs it

•LIKES & DISLIKES•
The only thing he truly dislikes is people who hurt others for no real reason

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•OTHER•

- He uses to axe his father had made for his log cutting work. He uses the axe made from dragon steel that his mother gifted him for adventuring work.
- When he was an adventurer, he was considered the absolute best for guard dog missions. He was to best at these missions and he was paid handsomely for royal, diplomatic and merchant escots and guard jobs.

She can create and control monarch butterflies with seemingly no limit to the number he can summon or the range she can control them. These butterflies are an extension of her senses. She sees through their eyes, hear through their ears, tastse what they tastes and feels what they feel. As such she is super connected to the entirety of Paradisia.

The butterflies augment her ability to influence fate and luck. When she makes contact with a person physically or with a butterfly, she can influence luck or fate for the next 6 seconds. This means she can give favor good or bad. If she chooses good, fate and luck will favor them for those six seconds after. That implies that any small misfortunes will be avoided or luck will strike. If she chooses to, she can cause misfortune or bad luck. These will be small but impactful things. Tripping to avoid a spell or arrow, a crack in armor exposed. The effects are not known nor is the result. She just chooses a path for fate and luck to take. What comes out of it is up to fate or luck. She influences them in a direction, she does NOT control fate or luck.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

She is a slender, elegant figure with soft features. Her light orange skin color is marked with intricate black markings. Features and mannerisms can heavily resemble that of a butterfly.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
Her priestess outfit is flashy and very fitting. She is always dressed in a very elegant style that fits with her overall elegant way of carrying herself.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
She stands at 5'6" with a slender and slim figure. Graceful in movements and regal in demeanor.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
Her entire being is striking. Elven features, light orange skin, the hair that looks like butterfly wings. However, many notice her black markings that cover her body.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Syrlia is a holy woman in heart and soul. Her kindness knows no bounds and her philanthropy knows no equal. She prays for betterment, resents selfishness and loves all. Her influence is so great because her empathy and compassion has no limits.

That being said, she is much like a teenage girl in many ways. She gets flustered when she is called out for something, she has obsessions, passions and dreams. She placed all these things on hold to spread the word of Sabelina and care for others, but her childish personality still shines through.

•BIOGRAPHY•
Being a Fae is not easy or simple. Despite how many of them are well-liked, her kind was too rare to accept. Most people either didn't understand her or they just feared her because they didn't know what her kind was capable of. With this in mind Syrlia kept out of most people's business. She stayed by herself for many years, unwilling to let other people close enough to hurt her. She kind of just expected the world to disappoint her. It was during these years she understood what it felt like to be alone, to feel like nobody was on your side or cared about you. During these years it was loneliness that sculpted her view of the world. It was this that constructed her thought process around what it meant to be a good person. It was not something that was inherited through birth, you did not earn goodness through blessings or simply where you were born. Genuine kindness could be taught through the most brutal of pain. It all could be nurtured into a person. People are not born bad. People are born indecisive and it is circumstance that creates that.

With this new philosophy in mind, it was only natural that she would fall in line with the Sabelina faith. The idea that there is a Goddess that cared so much about good she separated her heart to preserve it was comforting. It was her belief in this faith that led her to leave home. She didn't really have any family that cared anyways. Through her journey she discovered many different things. The idea of famine, the concept of evil that sculpted her greater view of what the world was. Perhaps there was something more to this. She knew that life was complicated, but this New Concept she had of evil made it all the more complicated.

It wasn't long until she arrived in Paradisia. She was asked to take over the temple there and guide people. She did so, but by overhauling the entire established system. It wasn't a bad thing. She actually made a lot of changes very fast. Opened up a schooling system for children, created a place for the homeless and poor to sleep and even made jobs for people by creating a blanket crafting service. Her butterflies scattered the city, bringing joy, beauty, comfort and a feeling of safety. So much so that even the queen took notice.

It was a short time after she arrived the the queen called on her. She was given a blessing and her powers became even more miraculous. Somehow, she even managed to make the queen something of a best friend to her. It wasn't uncommon for the queen to take time to visit the temple. They would talk and Syrlia would give advice based on her findings with the butterflies. Now she stands with major influence only seconded by the queen herself. She is considered a beacon of good and is one of the most powerful people in Paradisia.

•STRENGTHS•
- She is the most informed person in Paradisia. Moat things cannot escape her sight or knowlege
- She is a gifted seamstress. She is the one that makes the custom clothes for Jason and his mother Artemis
- Her genuinely caring attitude has made her the confidante of most of the people in Paradisia, including the queen.

•WEAKNESSES•
- As her awareness is usually split between millions of butterflies, she can be scattered at times. She handles it much better than any other may take it, but she can sometimes lose herself in all the things she handles at once.
- Her good nature often leads her into seeing the best in others, even if that better side does not exsist.
- From the outside she seems like a genuinely well put together person, but keep in mind she is still young by her species standards. She is not as well put up as she puts out.

•FEARS•
- The day loved ones die.
- When she cannot prevent the bad or harm of others.
- Pure darkness, the void.

•LIKES & DISLIKES•
- She likes singing and weaving
- She hates violence and evil

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•OTHER•

-There is a law against harming her butterflies.
(This is Syrlia singing in a Sabelina weekly service. She is singing a Hymn of a Sabelina belief that love is one of the strongest driving forces for good.)

☀ FULL NAME
Su-Mi

☀ NICKNAME/ALIAS
Sumi
The Lady of Light

SPECIES
Human with sun like qualities

☀ AGE
22

☀ GENDER
Female

☀ OCCUPATION
Traveling Light Bringer

☀ WEAPON
She doesn’t like weapons!

☀ TYPE OF POWER/GIFT

-The Power of Positivity-
Yes, exactly what it sounds like. Through direct eye contact, Sumi can transfer positivity to whoever is looking at her! It usually takes about 10-30 seconds for the transfer to happen; and it lasts about a day. The user would feel a sudden wave of positivity, and the longer they’re near her, the longer they feel this high.

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS: nausea, dizziness, and new confusion. In rare cases, some may pass out due to the sudden emotion.

Sumi is basically like a walking prescription.

——

☀ APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION

Sumi's literally glowing appearance stands out in a crowd. To become stealthier (and less of an eye sore), she usually has to wear a cloak and gloves. The gloves are used to protect her from accidentally burning someone, oopsy-daisy! She also glows less at night, go figure...

☀ CLOTHING STYLE
Dresses; she likes frilly attire with soft fabric.

☀ HEIGHT & BODY TYPE
5'1 / Slim & frail

☀ DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
Her skin glistens when exposed to the sun, appearing yellow almost; her hair, being wavy and long, also emits an ethereal glow.

——

☀ PERSONALITY

As her sun-like qualities suggest, Sumi is always happy. She tries to find positivity in everything; no matter how dark it is. She gets excited with challenges and never wavers in the face of evil. The only time you see her frowning or otherwise showing a negative emotion, is when she’s taking the mood stabilizers or on random rare occasions.

☀ BIOGRAPHY
Since birth, Sumi's exposure with the sun has left doctors perplexed. Her parents claim that the work of some otherworldly being granted her strange powers. A gift from above. Her skin is hot to the touch, but gets less hot during the night. Others have noted a blindingly bright aura around her; often unable to maintain eye contact for too long. When looking at her for too long, they would see spots in their field of vision. If they tried to touch her, it would be like touching a steaming tea kettle. According to the doctors, there is no cure for her condition. Sumi says she feels fine, both physically and mentally. They gave her some drugs to help regulate her mood; since the loss of negative moods might make her seem less human.

Later in life, Sumi began quite the adventurous journey. She took a fancy to confronting wanted criminals, or just bad people in general, and helped them…see the light. One time, Sumi was able to stop a war and prevented several causalities! Another time in a bandit camp, she convinced the leader to make peace with another bandit camp after countless years of feuding. They started worshiping her, much to Sumi's embarrassment. After several more adventures, Sumi got word of a place with the most enchanting name she’d ever heard:

Paradisia.

Here, she hopes to take a break from her otherworldly duties.

☀ STRENGTHS
POSITIVITY!
Communication skills
Patience

☀ WEAKNESSES
Too positive?
Frail
The winter seasons (because she misses the sun!)

☀ FEARS
Sumi doesn’t really fear anything because of her constant state of positivity. However, when she is allowed some bad moods (when taking drugs, or rare occasions), she usually fears dark spaces with no light, demon-like appearances, and people that exude dark auras.

☀ LIKES & DISLIKES
Sumi enjoys anything that is positive energy inducing, such as festivals and other events. She likes animals but must wear gloves when touching them. She has a love/hate relationship with her gloves because they prevent her from physically connecting with something/someone. She does get sad when people react violently to her touch (without gloves), but she’s learned to smile through the pain.

——

☀ OTHER

When the effects of her positivity wear off…it’s possible for individuals that previously encountered Sumi to revert back to their evil ways. This would be the case for someone with a rather strong will that has been evil since an early age.

Also, she's not affiliated with any religion, church, or gods. If anything, she would believe in a "Sun God" -- buuuut, really, the only thing she "preaches" is positivity!

Illyana has the uncanny ability to manipulate heat - or rather, fire Though this magic is still very weak

She is unable to touch a normal person without burning them unless she wears protective gloves.
She has much to learn about control

► Stealth

► Enhanced Hearing
► Speed

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

Illyana is the exact carbon-copy of her human mother with her lithe frame, round nose and her long locks of fiery red hair. Her eyes however, she inherited from her father. A deep red hue that tells others that she isn't entirely human

•CLOTHING STYLE•
illya is typically always found in form fitting, black clothes, boots, the works

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5'6' - Long and Lithe, with muscle definition from years of scaling buildings

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•

• five piercings on each ear
• pink scar along her left rib, approximately 8 inches long
• fire emblem tattoo on her inner wrist, right hand

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Illyana is an introverted individual, who was never known to play well with others. A cool and often unreadable woman, Illyana gives an initial impression of a frosty composure. A barrier that’s difficult to get through. Bothered by seemingly nothing and invested in precious little else, she is able to neatly summarize just about every situation with a minimum drama and a maximum of sterile efficiency. She has an extremely inexpressive face and monotone voice, both of which are a good cover for the fact that Illyana is in fact extremely emotive and invested, in her own way.

Underneath the expressionless and cold facade, Illyana is a passionate, strong-willed woman who doesn't want to rely on anyone. She's daring, bold, adventurous, and courageous. She's far from lazy but is easily bored with typical girl activities and is more likely to be found playing in a mud puddle. She isn't subtle by any means and is very in your blunt even when she's attempting to be polite about something. She can be overly stubborn when she believes she is right about something. When she does get mad, Illyana temper runs hot and quick. Finally, she's used to being the one reading others, and when it comes to discussing her own feelings or needs, she can be extremely stilted, secretive, and evasive. She's not very good at taking her own medicine.

•BIOGRAPHY•

Native to Paradisia, Illyana was the first and only child born to a young couple living on the outskirts of city, in a little village nestled in the forests. Life was idyllic - peace had settled over the kingdom and Illyana wanted for nothing. Her childhood was carefree and full of love - she knew nothing of pain, or loss during her tender ages. Her mother was a human, who fell in love at the young age of 16 to man much older than her, though he looked no more than twenty. Fire Elves were still a rarity, so the family kept to themselves, teaching their only daughter all that they could. From her father, Illya learned courage and determination to finish a task no matter how difficult. She learned to wield a bow, knives and to ride a horse as well as any other man. Her father expected perfection, and when he saw that Illya inherited elven traits, he pushed her even harder. From her gentle mother, Illya learned compassion and understanding - gifts she desperately tried to hold onto over the years

Even years later, when her mother died, and her fathers mind broke with grief, Illya tried to hold onto the the intangible gifts that molded her character. It became more difficult as time went on, and Illyana found herself becoming more secluded. It was the first time she understood loss. She left her home then, seeking refuge at inns along the way, finding work wherever she could - sewing, sketching, cleaning. One night, starving for food - Illyana tried her hand at petty thieving. Small things at first, bread from stalls, small coins from merchants who travelled in the city. She found herself enjoying the excitement and thrill the little acts gave her. She soon found out there was a business blooming for her skills - Many people willing to pay to retrieve valuable trinkets and weapons without wanting to get their hands dirty. Soon, she caught the eye of a "retired" thief named Zoltan, who, amused by Illya's antics and curious about her breeding, took her under his wing and became her teacher of sorts and introduced her to the" Court of Thieves." Illya was enamored with the underground "community" scene, and before she knew it, fell deep into a world where morals were influenced by the highest bidder.

He introduced her to his other protégé, another member if the Court - Neal, and everything changed. At 18, she did what her mother did and fell head over heels for the human. Together, they pulled many successful heists, splitting the loot and began living quite comfortably with what they had. Her success came with recognition, and soon she adopted the alias and was known as "Black" in her social circles. The origin of the alias came with different stories, but Illyana was convinced it was just the shortened version of her last name. During the day, she trained furiously, perfecting hand to hand combat and increasing her stamina. Zoltan had her practicing around the clock. She was also starting to hone in on her elven abilities, knowing that during the night, when fires and candles were lit, she was at her strongest. Delighted by her progress, Neal continued to support, unabashed that she was half elven - more entranced than anything. Zoltan was ecstatic over the pairing - mostly because his profit margins had increased substantially rather then the couples actual happiness. The happiness didn't last long however.

The court was planning a large heist in the outskirts of the City. There was known nobleman who was responsible for many deaths and worse, owed a large debt to the Court. Illya and Neal had a huge argument on their involvement with the plan. Illya and Zoltan were for the heist, Illya for the excitement and Zoltan for the money while Neal just wanted to stay out of it. It was rumored the nobleman had recruited guards from the city and that wasn't accounted for in the original plan. In the end, after an exchange of harsh words, Illyana had stormed into their shared room and sealed the door - letting her husband find somewhere else to sleep. Illya didn't know until the following morning that Neal had eventually went with Zoltan to the heist - and like he had predicted, the heist was chaotic and fell into shambles. Dozens of court members were arrested and the unluckier ones were wounded or dead - Neal being the latter. When she got the news that he died, she understood what had happened to her own father when her mother died.

Illyana blamed Zoltan for how things unfolded, and left their shared dwelling, moving into an abandoned Clock Tower located in the lower district. She continues to be part of the Court but finds jobs on her own and keeps her profits. It was al around this time that Illyana's fire magic started to get out of control. She didn't know her touch was beginning to create heat until she was picked up a letter addressed to her from Zoltan and the paper became engulfed in flames. She began wearing gloves, that were made from a city mage, that neutralized the gift when worn.

•FULL NAME•
Serah Ashfield

•NICKNAME/ALIAS•
Red

•SPECIES•
Human

•AGE•
22

•GENDER•
Female

•OCCUPATION•
Merchant Guard/Caravan Guard/City Guard/Private Guard/Free-lance spear-wielder/Please give me money so I can eat and I will hold a pointy stick for you person

•WEAPON (IF APPLICABLE)•
Spear, Sword, Shield, Dagger, Sheer Bull-headedness

•TYPE OF POWER/GIFT (IF APPLICABLE)•
Serah's always been a bit of a survivor, so her ability to rapidly recover from detrimental effects is almost expected. Wounds, blood loss, diseases, poisons, mental conditions, even magical compulsions just don't seem to have much of an effect on her. Maybe it's because she's just too easy-going to worry about them? Not that she LIKES being stabbed mind you, but when it's pretty much an accepted part of the job, it's nice to have a safety net.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

•CLOTHING STYLE•
Serah's outfit is very utilitarian, as to be expected for someone who's primary occupation is reacting to threats and dealing with them in short order. Pants, shirt, belt, boots, gloves, cloak, good to go. Despite her firey mane, she mostly sticks to earth tones, but the cloak she wears is reddish orange as it was inherited.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5'8", Curvy, athletic build, as befitting a (semi)-professional soldier. Waifishness is hardly a benefit when trying to repel a band of highwaymen from a cartload of goods, so she makes sure to stay physically fit and takes advantage of any opportunity to scarf down food knowing the next meal may not be for a while.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
She wears a small golden colored clip in her hair, on her left side. Has several faint scars about her body from old wounds.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•
Serah is, at heart, low-maintenance, easy-going, live-in-the-moment come-what-may girl, especially if the possibility of free food is involved. Slow to anger and quick to forgive, she's at heart someone who wouldn't mind settling into a comfortable domestic life someday, but who at the moment feels a slight urge to try and make something of herself while she's still youthful and vigorous. She has a good heart and generally good intents, but is easily taken advantage of by schemers, who prey on her lack of formal education and humble upbringing, which can lead to her getting in over her head on tasks. Thankfully she also possesses a insurmountable perseverance, and once she puts her mind to something, one way or another it will get done. Afterwards, she's happy to just kick back at the local tavern and spend time with the regulars over pints of ale and warm bowls of stew. She loves music, and while she couldn't carry a tune with a bucket, she always finds herself enraptured whenever a bard comes to town, singing their almost magical songs.

Despite all this, she possesses an inextinguishable drive and the desire to to see and try new things that has led to her changing jobs a few times, and is now making her look for her next opportunity might be.

•BIOGRAPHY•
Serah hails from humble stock, the daughter of the local miller in a small town just outside Paradisia. Years of working the mill and toting and stacking sacks of flour have given the girl a strong work ethic and a sense of stability (as well as some serious abs), but sadly did little to enrich her mind, and not long after she become of age, she found herself restless at home, wanting to see more of this world than just her tiny hometown and its surrounding fields. Chance would have it that a passing caravan had stopped by the town briefly to take on a large load of flour for trade into Paradisia, and it was this caravan that Serah quickly pleaded with to take her along with them, such that she might escape this heretofore boring life. While at first the caravan leader scoffed at taking some no-name miller's kid along with them with nothing to their name other than a wish in their eye, many hands make light work, and there was no denying that Serah was indeed a strong back as she brought the sacks several at a time. Figuring "what harm could come", Serah was taken on under the agreement that she agree to be a porter for the group, which suited her just fine.

Paradisia was a complete change from life in her small town; at all hours the streets seemed to be abuzz, and life sprang from every nook and cranny of the city. Unfortunately, over the years she would get to see very little of it outside of the marketplace and occasionally the merchant's guild; the man who'd agreed to her employment certainly thrived in his business practices, and as such was dragging her and the rest of the caravan team around to attend to whatever recent wheelings and dealings he'd been up to. If Serah though sacks of grain and flour were heavy, she was nearly floored by how much chests of silver and gold could weigh when filled to their brims. Still, it was honest work, and at least she got to see the city at all, even if it was usually in passing. This all changed one fateful night when, just as they were about to have completed a return trip, their wagons full of wares to be sold anew in the city, they were beset upon by goblins in a well-coordinated ambush. Before anyone could react, one of the guards was struck down dead, and a second debilitated with an arrow in the leg. Knowing the goblins would not rest until all of them were dead or close to it, Serah did the only thing she could; she leapt out of the cargo pile that she'd been hiding in, and without a moment of hesitation, lifted the spear from the ground where it lay next to the fallen guard and thrust it straight through the closest goblin's head. The element of surprise had paid dividends on her strike as the green bandit fell limp immediately, but now she was a target for the remainder of them, and as goblins are want to be, there were many more of them than there were of her.

Thankfully Serah had been paying attention to the few times the guards had trained with their weapons; a spear was a weapon of distance, and she knew that the most important thing she could do would be to keep the enemy at bay for as long as possible, so she did just that, with quick jabs of the pointed tip towards any raider that ventured too close. But eventually they saw through her inexperience, and before long, one goblin slipped through her attempts, swinging up at her and carving a long albeit shallow wound straight into her left arm. Now the goblins were emboldened, watching the blood seep from her wounded limb to the ground and seeing firsthand that she was far from undefeatable, they closed in as one. They were expecting her to panic and flee, or panic and surrender, bleeding and debilitated.

They were not expecting her to wind up and skewer two more in a giant lunge, even as the remainder of their blades ensured that she paid for her hubris. But as they slowly watched, even as they seemed to carve an entire alphabet's worth of sword strokes into her flesh, she didn't seem to be stopping her assault, another few goblins falling as she stabbed them almost perfunctorily and moved onto the next set. Now they were left with an unpleasant choice to consider; either flee and lose their chance at the incredible haul that the caravan represented, or continue to fight against a foe who seemed to have little to no compunction fighting until she was little more than rags of skin. And so, goblins are want to be, they fled into the night, and as Serah saw that she'd held off what seemed to be a foregone conclusion, she slowly slid to the ground, and passed out.

She came too back at her family's home; apparently they had dropped her off there once they were able to get moving again. Later, she would come to learn that, unfortunately the caravan had been forced to continue its merchant duties without her, but that in a show of appreciation, they had given her all of the fallen guard's equipment and extended an open invitation to rejoin their crew once she was able. While unsure of whether she truly wanted to continue down the line of guard work with the memories of that harrowing night still fresh in her memories, there was no doubt that some spark of desire had indeed been lit within her that night, and that something like it might have been the sort of purpose she'd been searching for. So with her newly earned possessions in tow, she sets out towards Paradisa once more to find her way... and a good tavern.

•STRENGTHS•
Determination - My god it's like there's nothing that can stop this girl once she's got a mind to do it.
Level-headedness - If you just take everything in stride, there's nothing to worry about!
Flexibility - She went from being a miller's daughter to a porter to a armed guard in the span of like, two years. How hard could trying anything else be?

•WEAKNESSES•
Naivety - Fact is she just doesn't know a whole lot about the world at large, and hasn't really had much of a chance to learn such
Risk-prone - Always willing to take a gamblebecause "hey, so far it's worked out, right?"
Impulsiveness - She doesn't really take to planning out things and tends to just let the chips fall where they may.

•FEARS•
Isolation - She spent 18 years in the middle of nowhere doing absolutely nothing of importance, she doesn't EVER want to go back to that
Paranormal activity - Ghost stories have always frightened her, and being in the dark in the basement of a mill results in just as many terrifying noises
Snakes - You can barely see them, and by the time you do, they're in striking distance. You can't even hit 'em with a spear unless you're lucky!

•LIKES & DISLIKES•
Likes:
Stews and gravies. Having flour always on hand meant that any bit of meat and veg could be turned into a nice thick stew with just a bit of work and time. Also likes bread, both because of its composition as well as its complementary nature to said stews and gravies
Ale - Oh look, more wheat and grain derived food. The girl just really likes wheat, yakknow?
Meat on a stick - maybe it's because it reminds her of her livelihood, or maybe just because it's a novelty, but Serah really likes the concept of skewering a nice chunk of meat and roasting it over an open fire. Combine with the above two things for maximum happy Serah.
Friends - Devout believer in "the more the merrier", especially at meal time

Dislikes:
Cabbage - Had to eat a lot of it when she was young, it was always watery and tasteless, so it's not going to be the first thing on her mind when she sits down at the table
Idleness - There's a certain energy that seems to always well up inside her to drive her to do things, and when she's just sitting around, she gets fidgety as all get out.
High Society - The trappings and mannerisms of the well-to-do have always lead to an eyeroll whenever she sees it occur, usually followed by her returning to her ale.

•NICKNAME/ALIAS•
Varrick Gellus(Human Alias)

Frother(Underworld nickname, attributed to his reckless fighting style)

•SPECIES•
Ogrillion(half Ogre)

•AGE•
26

•GENDER•
Male

•OCCUPATION•
Brigand/Agent

•WEAPON (IF APPLICABLE)•
A halberd. Although it appears to be somewhat crudely made, that is because it was reforged from three different shattered enchanted weapons of his now dead tribe. It in fact holds considerable magic enchantments, albeit not to the level they used to be.

An amulet with a charred sigil of a boar's head. Although it doesen't really have any offesnive purposes, it is a powerful weapon in that it has two applications-For one, it allows him to change his shape to that of a shorter(although still rather tall) human, which enables him to move in Paradisia with much more ease. The second, allows him to teleport back to a specific anchor point, after ten full minutes of channeling, or back to the place he left from. This ability, once used, cannot be used again for four days.

•TYPE OF POWER/GIFT (IF APPLICABLE)•
War Magic: A special type of magic, combination of blood and curse magic. Typical applications include self(and ally) empowerment, several different types of debuffs, or leeching vitality from the injured foes

Ogre Ancestry: The Ogre blood in his veins gives him much of the same benefits as it does pureblood Ogres-For one, he is terrifyingly strong, even when compared to others of similar size. For another, his skin is much harder and resilient when compared to most other humanoids, allowing for even further endurance.

Expert Berserker: War is the only thing he's ever known, and as such he has become disgustingly proficient at it. Although he is adept with most weapons and fighting styles, where he truly shines is in relentless aggression, coupled with the uncanny ability to power through any pain or counterattack, as well as grappling.

Master Tactician: He was taught early on that the skilled warrior can kill a dozen men-the skilled tactician, a thousand. The form of combat which he shows most aptitude in seems to assymetrical warfare and guerilla tactics.

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•

•CLOTHING STYLE•

It is rare to see Gul'Baraz without at least some form of armor donned, although he has never been witnessed in anything heavier than half plate-after all, his fighting style requires some degree of mobility. Even without armor, his clothing style is relatively plain, although he particularly enjoys emblazoning his clothing with marks of his tribe.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
Gul'Baraz is an athletic mesomorph, and stands at the Astonishing height of 7"7.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
Apart from the size of the fucker, there are some other notable characteristics. For one, his body is littered with scars, remnants of battles past. They are quite literally too many to count, but notable ones include teeth marks across his left arm, a large cut across his belly, and burns all across his back. For another, he has several tattoos of tribal runes across his arms and lower body. He does bear some jewelry, either in his braids or slung around his neck, although the jewelry, much like it's wearer, is crude and primitive. Lastly, in the middle of his chest, there seems to be a large magical brand, despicting a horrible monster with it's maw open. This always seems to be warm to the touch regardless of his actual body temperature, and glows somewhat(increasing in intenisty the more violatile his emotional state)

—◦✧◦✧◦—

•PERSONALITY•

Gul'Baraz, to the outside observer seems like a horrible, horrible person. Which...earnestly isn't far from the truth. He is very quick to anger, and takes some demented pleasure from destruction and disorder, especially when those things are a result of his own planning. He is loud and brash, and often dominates any room he finds himself in not through charisma or an attractive appearance, but rather simple capacity to inspire fear into his surroundings.

And yet, those who manage to look beyond this incredibly hostile exterior might notice that the above is not all there is to him. Under the guise of the warlord lies a deeply troubled soul, filled with sorrow, pain and regret. They would also find a man motivated by some sort of martial sense of honor, something which earnestly hinders the brute more often than it helps him. Lastly, he is surprisingly honest and forthright in his dealings, treating his allies as brothers in arms, not expendable pawns to be used.

•BIOGRAPHY•
To understand Gul'Baraz, one must first understand where he came from. The Rova'Kher were a tribe, a collection of Orcs, Ogres, and Trolls. Since anyone could remember, the lands surrounding the tribe were hostile and infertile, filled with little sustenance but many a beast. Quickly, the tribesmen realized that in order to survive they would have to adapt to the land around them, to be more ferocious, more focused on strength. So they survived on what little sustenance they could, and on the veiny, tasteless meat of predators.

Until one day, a scout came back and brought news of other tribes. Tribes that, while never having lifted blade or javelin, had granaries full of supplies, and never had to watch a child die of starvation. The warchiefs gathered around, and talked, and soon, a decree was made. The strong would take what they wished, as they deserved. And so, the first raid happened.

The tribes and villages were not prepared for the martial prowess and skill of the warchiefs and the warriors. The tribe went from barely scraping by to thriving. Through combat, they refined their tactics, expanded their territory, and developed their culture. This was truly their golden age.

Then the Kingdom of Paradisia came along, and it's Royal Guard. And while the tribesmen fought many a battle against them, and inflicted heavy casualties, they were horribly outnumbered. Soon, they were forced to retreat all the way back to the wasteland from which they had first poured forth, and the only thing that stopped Paradisia from chasing them down was the fact that the land was so hostile, it was not worth the effort.

Thus they remained once again, facing the same challenges, barely managing to scrape by. But once more the coming of a man changed everything. This time, it was no scout, but an agent of the Shadows. He stoked the fire that had always shimmered in the hearts of the Warchiefs. He told them of how the Paradisians had hoarded all the land for themselves, how they grew fat while the tribe grew smaller every year. He spoke of a gathering darkness, and how, if they joined forces with it, they would finally be able to reclaim their lost glory! And so once again the Warchiefs went to war.

It was during this time that Gul'Baraz was born, although he then went by a different name. He was the Son of the most promiment of Warchiefs, called, uninspiringly, the warmaster. From a very early age did his training begin. The boy learned to use weapons, to hunt, to survive. He was whipped and starved frequently, as a way to learn to endure hardships without complaint. In spite of all this, Gul'Baraz was happy. Despite the harsh upbringing and the burning, he was at home. His father instilled many important values-courage, martial honor, duty. He heard the enchanting tales of Warchiefs past and would dream for hours without end of becoming like them, of leading his people to glory and reward just like they did.

Then the unthinkable happened. An assault. Gul'Baraz awoke to the sounds of fighting. The Paradisians had come. In spite of his young age, he wanted to help defend his home. And so he armed himself with a spear and rushed forth, into the fray. He saw her for all of a few seconds. Her blonde hair almost glowing, her sword slick with the blood of his kinsmsen, and her hand radiating light. Letting forth a warcry, he charged.

She struck quickly-much more quickly than he'd have thought possible. His entire belly was split open, followed shortly by his sword arm, and he collapsed. He watched her burn away yet more of his kin with light magic, his own father amongst them.

He watched him fall. He watched this brave warmaster fall trying to defend his people, burning alive by this horrific monster in the guise of a woman. His vision was dimming, the blood loos being too much.

But he refused to die. He felt a new feeling come over him. Hate. Hate, so strong it was impossible to put into words. He hated her. He hated them all for what they'd done. He refused to give them the satisfaction of dying. Even as his vision dimmed further, he stubbornly clinged to life, not out of a desire to survive, but out of sheer hate for the one who had done this.

When he once again came to, he was lying on a bed, and one of the shadow mages stood by him. He told him he'd sensed something great in the boy, that he'd taken him with him when they escaped the castle. He told the boy that, if he wanted, the pact could be over right then and there. He could continue living as a lame, one-arm ogrillion. Or....

If he continued to serve, he would restore his vitalty in full. He would arm him with weapons of his kinsmen and allies in this strange new land, for the kingdom they were in were no friends of paradisia. He would even give him soldiers to command. He would allow him to have his vengeance.

Gul'Baraz made the choice in a heartbeat. To seal the pact, the brand was placed upon his chest, with the very sigil of his father. An eternal, burning reminder of his mission. Then, the shadow mage stayed true to his word. The Kingdom they were in was the land of Limeria, a money-driven mercantile empire that despised Paradisia for all it's laws that prevented exploitation. They happily gave him a loan, and released many of their prisoners with whom he formed his first warband. The Shadow mage also found other loyalists of the Shadow, and set them to work training this new ragtag band. Many years passed like this, until it was time to collect.

Now, the band has temporarily split up. Gul'Baraz is in Paradisia, posing as a common Brigand and collecting coin and allies. His bandmates are roving the countryside, finding any remaining tribes and cults and recruting them to the cause. Clearly, he is preparing something....

•STRENGTHS•
Relentless- Nothing will stand in his way. Nothing.
Fearless- What does he have to lose? While everyone has something to fear, most things(death, pain, disease, imprisonment) never cause him to waver
Intelligent- A lot of now dead adversaries presumed Gul'Baraz to be a dumb brute.

•WEAKNESSES•
Honorbound- He still clings on to the warrior's code taught to him. A fact that more often than not hinders him
Traumatized- One night too many, he has woken up, screaming as yet another nightmare of that horrible woman fill his mind. He sometimes thinks he hears his ancestors in his head. This and many others hinder him on the daily, and a skilled opponent could find the right buttons to press in a crucial moment.
Arrogant- When one is this size and bred for nothing but war, it is no tall order to imagine he thinks none can best him. Because it is largely true.

•FEARS•
Failure- He must suceed. For the dead, and for the living.
Abandonment- He lost everyone once before. Never again.
The Queen- Sabelina despises him and all his kind for their affinity with the darkness, so he has been told. Her agent upon this world is undoubtedly going to put him through excruciating torture should she capture him.

The band he leads is called The Damned.
He often talks and cusses in his mother tongue, in an effort not to forget it
He is easily distracted, understandably so, considering he grew up in war camps.
Each of his tatoos is a runic marking of significance. Do not ask him about them unless you fancy overly long history lessons

Full Name
Viktorya Caledonia

Nickname/Alias
'Viktorya the Bloodthirsty'

Species
Human

Age
Twenty-six

Occupation
Royal Guardswoman

Weapon
— Longsword
— Daggers

Type of Power/Gift
N/A

—◦✧◦✧◦—

Appearance Description

Though Viktorya is assuredly a beaut by traditional standards, her sumptuous features are burdened by an air of dishevelment: clumps of ash blonde layer over each other in tangled expanses, unkempt and thrown into a short-cut, loose ponytail— tied together only by a silver ribbon. Her eyes— vibrant green— thinly veil a deadly disposition, set with pale, unmarred skin. She carries herself with an air of superiority, complimented by a pose set to strike with lethal grace at any given moment.

A beauty she may be... but one deadly if applied.

Clothing Style
Viktorya is always clad in her armor, seeing it as an avant-garde status symbol of her influence. On the rare occasions she is not adorned in her 'precious' metals, she wears extravagant dress, an attire choice offset by her generally disheveled visage.

Height & Body Type
Lithe and lean, Viktorya stands at an imposing 6'3" inches. For a female, she is extremely physically fit, taking pride in her regimens— of which she reaps the reward in lean muscle that can provide the deadly— yet graceful— force she requires in her various endeavors.

Distinguishing Features
An immaculate tattoo of a raven on her thigh, marking her as a descendant of the Caledonia clan.

—◦✧◦✧◦—

Personality

A beautiful and deadly force...

Viktorya's personality is where it all falls apart.

A thinly veiled authoritarian, Viktorya lives for control guised under a diaphanous film of 'justice'. One could say she craves the bloodshed of her professed position unto itself, brutally punishing those who she deems fit. Viktorya is deranged, to be sure, but she has mastered hiding it under a farce of prim and proper technique, all for the 'good of the people'. An excellent liar, it is a task against itself to see Viktroya's true colors in the form of unadulterated crimson blood and vitriol, of which she carries out with her own fingers. She has taken great care to be seen as a 'face of the people', even if it takes fear tactics put upon Paradisia to do so. This is only added to by a pure and utter vanity, further accumulated upon by an over assurance in her own abilities.

Viktorya lives for power...

A megalomaniac personfied.

Biography

The Caledonia clan is one of great prestige, born and bred from nobility for generations: of course Viktorya Caledonia was no exception. Living in the spoils of riches for her childhood and much of her adolescence, Viktorya was groomed into the perfect image of aristocracy. However, there had always been something... off, in Viktorya. Something unfit for her clan.

She lived for control.

Of course, any spoiled child does: give them too much, and they will look for more to fulfill their needs, as an addict to their vice. However, even from a young age, Viktorya would use brutality to get what she wanted. She'd employ fear tactics upon her siblings if they were given more than her, even if in the daintiest amount. Eventually, after her parents had endured enough, they sent Viktorya to live with a governess residing in Paradisia. For years, the girl feigned purity... until she was eighteen. Still lusting for power as she had in adolescence, Viktorya joined the Royal Guard, harking for any class of authority over hew new home. Eventually, through the use of tactics much like the ones she'd used against her own kin, Viktorya earned a reputation among Paradisia.

She seems to build upon it further, if only to feed her crude power fantasy.

Strengths
Intimidating: Viktorya is intimidating in both her personality and physicality, of which she uses to get what she wants, whenever she wants.
Deceptive: Viktorya is quite skilled at feigning a disillusionment of derangement, hiding her brutality behind a mask of 'love for her people'.

Justice-driven: Though she acts it out in the most horrible of ways, Viktorya truly lives for justice against what she sees as 'evil'.

Weaknesses
Deranged: Viktorya is truly devoid of sanity in its purest form, unhinged to the highest degree.
Megalomaniacal: Viktorya will do anything for power, leading to many foolish decisions in its stead.
Brutal: Viktorya gets her pleasure from the pain of others, finding reasons to punish people under the thinnest of crimes.

Fears
— Losing her source of power
— Being exiled
— Heights

FULL NAME
Goes by ‘Willow’

NICKNAME/ALIAS
Beast

SPECIES
Wulver

A Wulver is a species of werewolf from Scottish folklore. They are not like their traditional cousins as they have never been human. They are a peaceful and kind race despite their fearsome appearance and only become violent when provoked or disrespected. They are a solitary species who prefer to be left alone, but Wulvers are not above interacting with others. When given the proper respect and civility, a Wulver is fiercely loyal and protective to friends and family. Wulvers are carnivorous, mainly living on a diet of fish. They typically live roughly 100 years.

When in groups, Wulvers have a strict hierarchy and while they do have the ability of speech, Wulvers do 99% of their communication through body language amongst themselves, making them incredibly expressive.

AGE
Willow is 25.

GENDER
Female

OCCUPATION

Currently Willow works as an on-off fish merchant while drifting from place to place. She catches her own product and sells them outside of towns. Sometimes, during the night if she catches wind of a less fortunate household, Willow will leave a basket of fish on their windowsill. Before this, Willow had been previously captured and used in blood-sports. Willow makes a humble living as a fisher-merchant as it also allows her to eat properly and frequently.

WEAPON
The most Willow owns in terms of weapons is a pair of silver dirks that she rarely uses but carries with her within her cloak.
When they are un-needed, Willow will typically use her teeth and claws as effective enough weapons.

TYPE OF POWER

Apart from the strength and speed expected from a creature as herself, Willow's main "power" is her enhanced sense of hearing,
smell and tracking abilities.

—◦✧◦✧◦—
1604610814238.pngAPPEARANCE DESCRIPTION

Much like other wulvers as a species, Willow has quite a vicious looking appearance. She has the torso, arms, chest and neck of a bear and the head, ears, legs and tail of a wolf. Her fur is predominantly a dark bay with lighter markings around her face and body with a chestnut mane that her highly ears stick through. Her bottom canines stick out of her mouth, which is somewhat of an insecurity of hers. Her eyes are a startling orange, very hawk-like and the only part of her that seems human. She often gives off a threatening or stoic aura with her default expression.

CLOTHING STYLE
The most Willow wears is a blue cape with a black and white tartan on it. It is long down to her hocks and worn at the bottom. She sometimes drapes it around herself or holds onto the end of it when anxious or stressed out like a security blanket.

HEIGHT & BODY TYPE

Willow is roughly 8'7ft and weighs somewhere around 300 lbs. She is strongly built with a top heavy appearance.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
While Willow's appearance speaks for itself, the only other distinguishing feature of hers, which is hidden by her cape is that her back is littered with scars from various weapons and previous fights. There are small burn scars around her neck from a collar spiked with silver.

—◦✧◦✧◦—
willow full-body.pngPERSONALITY
Willow is typical of a Wulver. Solitary and more comfortable with her own company than being around others. She is easily annoyed by people and often does not seek people out unless she intends to sell fish or where social interactions are unavoidable. However, while anti-social and laconic, she is a benevolent creature and while she retains a great amount of resentment for most humans given her history; Willow has sympathy for others. Willow is a quiet creature and does not speak much, though she opens quite easily to people once she becomes friends with them. She has a strong moral code and sense of loyalty. Despite her serious demeanour, Willow is not above having a bit of fun. She greatly enjoys music and reading. When she is not fishing, she can be found reading.

Willow is adaptable and intelligent. She learned to speak during her time as a bait-fighter from listening to humans speak, but knew not to reveal this knowing it could potentially lead to more grief if they knew. She used her wit to outsmart opponents and stay alive while putting on the act of being a "dumb animal" around her captors.

BIOGRAPHY
For the first fifteen years, Willow’s life was quite typical. She lived with her mother and father in the northern mountains. The family was a part of a large tribe that were scattered around the forests of the mountains lead by a dominant male figure. The tribe lived off of the land, hunting, fishing and trading with human settlements. As an elusive species, the tribe was able to live undetected by unfavourable people.

One night, when Willow was sixteen, there was an assault on the Wulvers’ land. From what Willow remembers, they had been blamed for livestock being found dead in surrounding farms. In the chaos, Willow was separated from her family and captured by a group of the attackers. For reasons she still does not understand, Willow was sold to a group of men who, for the next five years used her in various blood sports, forcing her to fight against dogs, bears and sometimes just men with weapons. The only way for them to keep Willow under “control” was to force her to wear a collar with silver spikes in it, so whenever she rebelled, the collar would be tightened and it would burn. While Willow succeeded in staying alive, she eventually broke under the pressure and pain and allowed herself to be mauled by her opponents.

Unbeknownst to Willow, someone intervened and spirited her away from that life. Ewan, who took Willow in was a hunter who understood her species and was the one to give the Wulver her name, after the trees outside his cottage. After a few months of nursing, Willow recovered and spent two years with Ewan, where she learned to read. Once she had recovered, she left Ewan’s care to live independently. She still has contact with him through letters. Over the last three years, Willow has been quite content, travelling from place to place selling fish. Still, she does wonder what came of the other Wulvers, but she tries not to think too hard about it.

STRENGTHS
Intuition- Willow has a strong gut-instinct which is useful when it comes to fishing or hunting. It was one of the things that kept her alive during the darker times of her life.
Loyalty- This Wulver has a very strong opinion of standing by your own. She would be willing to take a bullet for anyone she deems part of her friend pack.
Durability- Willow is able to cope in the worst kinds of weathers and under most circumstances. Her fur insulates her from the cold and her natural lifestyle makes it easier for her to cope.

WEAKNESSES
Silver- Despite her strengths and durability, silver is poisonous to Wulvers . Touching silver causes irritation and burns while being slashed/stabbed could easily kill if not reversed immediately.
Social anxiety- Despite her good nature, Willow worries a great deal when speaking to others, especially those she does not know.

Food- The phrase "hungry like the wolf" would apply perfectly. It takes a lot to satisfy Willow's appetite and her mind often drifts to thinking about fish when unengaged.

FEARS
Silver- Willow, having been threatened with silver to make her comply in the past, is very afraid of the metal and would back down at the threat of it.
The dark- Despite her ability to see in the dark, Willow prefers to sleep with a light on.
Small spaces- Willow is claustrophobic and panics when confined.

LIKES & DISLIKES

✓ Willow greatly enjoys music and singing, though she does not sing much herself, she enjoys listening to it.
✓ Despite being a solitary creature, Willow enjoys the company of people she sees as friends.

✕ Being a strict carnivore, Willow does not like vegetables.

✕ If you stumble across this sleeping beast, do not wake her. Seriously. You will be sorry.

•APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION•
1607051040483.png

Diogenes is an older man in his late 50's with a grey well trimmed goatee and his hair long since left him due to his age. Sun spots and a perpetual tan seem to indicate he spent most of his life outdoors though his back bowed with age and his eyes stuck in a perpetual squint make it a mystery as to what he's been doing. His hands are calloused, burned, and riddled with scars showing that he's been using his hands for most of his life.

•CLOTHING STYLE•
Diogenes's clothing is rather muted dark earth tones and he prefers function over form. His clothing is form fitting, and filled with patches. He prefers to fix something rather than toss it aside because it was torn.

•HEIGHT & BODY TYPE•
5'9 slim build that hints he used to be quite fit when he was younger.

•DISTINGUISHING FEATURES•
Koh has a series of scars on his chest that stays with him no matter what form he takes. They are largely slashes and burns.

•PERSONALITY•

Koh is a man who seeks only one thing, what is best for himself and those he cares about. He treats everyone he meets with jovial kindness, but won't go out of his way to help someone if he thinks that doing so will put himself or those he cares about at risk. Koh is a man who sees stagnation as a fate worse than death and seeks to bring about change where ever he goes. Sometimes that change ends up being to the benefit of the vast majority of people, and other times it has brought great suffering. The only constant in Koh's life is the acquisition of power. Be it martial or political Koh will exploit any situation he can if he thinks it will help gain the power he needs to protect himself and his interests.

•BIOGRAPHY•
Ever since the day he was born Koh has been taught one thing, results are all that matter. He has not memory of his parents as Changelings are raised by the whole community rather than by a family unit. By the time he could walk he was being taught how to control his abilities: how to fade into a crowd, how to pick pockets, and most importantly how to kill without remorse. To be able to assimilate into any culture or any identity Changeling children are purposely raised while suppressing any sense of identity. A sense of Self would only lead to assuming someone else's life that much more difficult. Koh was raised, no programed, by his people to be as they were power hungry infiltrators that worm their way into positions of power. Using the identities they assume as a currency in order to gain more power and privileges within the greater Changeling community known as the Cabinet of Faces. Like many Changelings before him Koh left when he became an adult and quickly assimilated into the surrounding culture of a minor County within Paradisia. He was no longer Koh the face stealing Changeling, but Brook the wandering Cleric of the Traveler. A humble and Jovial man who preached the many dangers of stagnation and complacency. As he wandered around the County he did his best to bring about change in the best ways possible. Helping farmers tend to crops, healing the injured, or helping the local Count meet Sabelina sooner rather than later. Of course no one in the County would notice his passing, only the man had seemingly changed his ways.
In his travels Brook happened upon a young woman named Syble who stirred within him feelings he didn't quite understand. So he ended up becoming an adventurer and pursued after her hoping to understand what the feeling was. The two went through many challenges through their adventuring careers and became quite close. So close in fact that Brook broke the cardinal rule among Changelings and revealed his True Self to her. In that moment of vulnerability he was accepted for what who he truly was for the first time in his life. Unfortunately his happiness was not meant to last. Stagnation breeds ruin after all. In his happiness Koh was blind to the machinations of those around him. The pair ended up biting more than they could chew and a mission to clear out a brood of monsters went south. Syble and Koh were critically injured. When he awoke he found himself back home. His family had determined that the woman was a detriment to Koh's purpose and so had made sure that the two were set up for failure. Then they ordered him to rid himself of the stagnation that caused him to rot away to such an extent. Powerless against the control his upbringing had over him Koh was forced to destroy the one thing that brought meaning to his life. Seething with emotions that were supposed to be long dead Koh did what he does best and acted. Pretending to be just a tool in the hands of his elders. Now he has wandered into Paradisia City under a new identity: Diogenes the teacher. His purpose to bring about a regime change. He is no longer a simple tool however. He will bring about a regime change alright, and seize power from his 'family' that wronged him.
