Power Stages: (Please create three Power Stages. The beginning stage will be the one your character currently possesses. It is a basic control over the respective Element, much the same as the regular Elementals. The secondary Power Stage will be more powerful than the beginning. Aspects like range, endurance, and accuracy will improve. Finally, the last stage is guaranteed to be over-powered. This is when your character reaches his or her zenith as a Council Member.)

Appearance:

Dishwater blonde hair, and rose colored eyes. . .


Personality: Eugine is a really nice person that likes to help when he can. He's warm and friendly to most, but mildly cautious towards strangers as one should be. Despite appearing to be a softy and too nice for his own good, Eugine can be known for taking a leader-like stance should the situation call for it, and is a sort of natural leader but with the addition of his natural kindness.


But he does have some complications; one being that, should he be surprised, it takes him a moment to recover and not behave clumsily before acting in response. Second being that he doesn't want to always fight if he can help it. Towards his twin, he'll try to avoid fighting him - and killing him for that matter - and act only on the defensive as he tries to convince the other to rethink his actions and become good.

Brief Bio: Eugine is the youngest of the two twins, born and raised in Gladus by his father and aunt; his mother was unfortunate enough to pass away from illness a month after the twins' birth.


Hometown: Gladus


Power Stages:


First Stage is the basic creation of electricity and the conducting of bolts through materials and items. It also includes very minor magnetic energy (i.e. He can remove a piece of metal plating from a wall with his electricity and launch it/use it for defense) But when used with full metals, it can be draining.


Second Stage adds more powerful bolts and can be fired from his own body instead of a regular conductor. Metal is easier to manipulate, and not as draining. What is added - that takes energy - is a thing called Conversion (where the user sort of becomes a bolt of lightning themselves and become capable of crossing large distances quickly).


Third Stage should be imagined as either Zeus or Jupiter of Greek and Roman culture. It includes all of the named abilities above, with the addition of overpowered all natural strikes from the sky.


Weapon:

He can use the metal to hold onto his electricity and use it for shocking attacks.
