Created from behind a huge and steep ridge. P.A.R.L was set up as a reserve compound where vehicles and old trains were stored. When the first great war broke out, P.A.R.L was quite unprepared. P.A.R.L is centered around a layered socialist military and development pyramid layout. This means that the political structure is laid out like a midevil society. With a king at the top, three secondary commanders below him, and six different types of military personnel who each control a specific section of the nation's whole military forces.
Social Structure
Steel factories dominate most of the nation, as well as the soldiers that protect the same nation. Civilians have jobs from carpentry and fabrication, to vehicle and weapons design.
