Advice/Help Opinions on Introducing Personally Created Roleplay Systems?

I am a prolific and frequent designer of roleplaying systems, some of which I hope to one day share with the world, however I am curious as to what the opinions of this site are in the sharing of roleplaying systems that they have designed? Is this generally something that is appreciated, if it happens at all? Additionally has anyone ever had there system stolen from them? I have encountered virtual spaces where this has occured, and im just trying to see whether or not I would be safe in sharing my games with people?

I assumed as much. Or hoped as much at the very least! Follow up question that you may be able to answer, is there a dice mechanic on this site? And if not are you at all aware as to how dice are then adjudicated?

I use random.org, but there is a diceroller on RPN.
