Fantasy Noble doghouse (ooc for 3N6D)

In game the Noble Doghouse is a bar/establishment close to the university. A classy place that somehow became a hotspot for the staff of the various elite in and visiting the city to let loose. All manner of butlers, maids, guards etc visit in their time off. Many with a preference for maids and butlers go here attempting to pick up.

Its also a host/hostess section for higher paying customers and patrons looking to earn tips/pay off damages after fights.

As far as what characters I'm making
Its a mix between butler fist old man whose there for absurd comedy and winning fights with one hand.

Or a young man who can be apart of the love drama...
By drama I mean things like,
Has had a life long crush on the noble they protect but the noble assumes they're just friends because they grew up together. They may not even realise their friend is hired help.
Or having a crush on the guard of a another noble etc etc.

If guard A is assigned to Noble A but is inlove with Noble B who is at odds with most other nobles... drama

the noble i made is more or less a side character who will push the plot at times for the noble trio and their dogs

Assuming the noble trio each has one dog whose been around as a guard under the guise of friend it should be a love drama that makes a mess rather than a shape. A love triangle is to small for anime drama.

It's up to the players but i saw it like each noble having a guard dog and a ninja dog. In the way that one is usually on scene as a friend or servant and the other is hidden but still there as needed.

If we have five ninja and one guard that's fine I'll make it work, but for best drama there should be lines crossing.
Even if its as simple as guard A likes Npc maid who works for noble B

I'm definitely going with the guard and I was thinking which ever noble she serves, going for a male one, she would start with her not realizing she has feelings for him until later but then tries to keep it a secret.

I'd say make what you like and don't worry about what's needed. Assuming I get five players I'll have shit for the characters to do in a dumb episodic way.

Im also thinking up a high school version of this with less of the dumb anime element. Though I'd probably need a hand with it to be honest aha

Basically a school for the rich elite but the academy offers a "Service scholarship" that is basically courses specialising in being a elite butler/maid/guard and the school assigning students of said program to serve other students.

Basically good to go, without other characters to weave everyone together I'm wondering how and when the jump from military to bodyguard/maid would of happened for pinkii aha

The rich of this world are the sort to head-hunt employees they want. Also the demand for maid/butlers with combat skill is large enough that there there are academies, government run and family owned that specifically train people into the "elite help" that the rich want to employ.

K sooooo like I was thinkin that CoCo might have gotten the job as a replacement guard for Khione's old one?

Cocos bff named Daisie, used to be a renowned dancer before she was in a horrible accident and lost some limbs and had spinal damage. Maybe khione and Daisie trained as dancers together at the same school or same mentor? Maybe then like Daisie recommended Coco as a personal guard to Khione?

Id also like to add into Cocos bio that she served in Japan for like 18 months and learned Japanese and some of cultural ways too.

Edit: but like I'm pretty easy going and can change bio as needed too k?

It was gonna be a mix of player choice and me picking it out determined on variety of dogs and nobles. Probably would be best to wait till we had a more filled out roster

Oh poor Daisie!

Cool idea, though I might need to change it a bit. So, instead of going the same school/mentor (not sure if this is doable because Khione will have her own private session in her house), she might meet Daisie when the girl performed for their families' events or any noble events. Several times that Khione was familiar with her already.

We can work on it later yes? When we have more people coming. So I can also see which one Khione fit most

My mc dog is still up in the air but I'm thinking they'll be the sort of dog that was assigned as a child

cant we just choose our own? so we can do our character sheets properly that and some of us probably already know who we want to pair up with

Besides technically speaking... it should be the players with Nobles picking two dogs each
