Backstory/Lore:

After Wa's successful revolution against the primordial Warui Katui, he left Dejii with his children and encouraged birthing new races to experience the joys of life. They were numerous and plentiful, with dozens of types of Wai (Elves in this case). The rebellious spirits passed through Kona and into the Konawai he created. In the year 33, Aku led the first revolution and became the first Emperor in 41 when he conquered Konajii, the heartlands of the different types of Wai. His Empire fell soon after in 74 and the different types of Wai began warring with each other once more. After four years of civil wars, the Nefuwai came into power due to their vast economic resources capable of hiring the largest armies mostly made of Wavuzawai and Fiwai. Near the end of the first century, a conflict between the gods Fi and Nefu caused the Nefuwai to become extinct after Fi's races marched into their lands and slaughtered all of them.

In 104, the Wavuzawai became the dominant race and made the conquered city of Nefu the capital of Konajii. Wa became the first dead Founder Spirit in the year 113 which began the Era of Fulfillment where most of the main creator gods died after giving all of their power to their races. Nefu was the next Founder Spirit to die in 134 at the hands of an Imikawai assassin. In 156, the Poiwai, Hara's race on Poi Silu revolted against the Wavuzawa of Fi's militaristic rule. A race of half-fish, half-Wa, born from the mixture of Wai's divine essence and a creature of the sea had joined the Poiwai's rebellion a year later, taking the waters around Qo Silu to the south of Poi Silu. The Imperial forces of the Konawai begged their god Kona for Ubaka's magical aid in crossing Qo Silu to reach the Poiwai and crush their rebellion. Unable to defeat the Poiwia, the Konawai went to the villages of the Harawai, Hara's personal race, and murdered them all in hopes of ending the war more quickly. A few years later in 161, Hara died as the third Founder. The grieving Poiwai submitted to the Imperial forces and mourned for their god, vowing to always keep Hara close to their hearts. The High Priests of the Poiwa then cut open Hara's body and sliced it into thousands of small pieces for each of the Poiwai to eat so that their vow would stay true. As the second century came to an end, Teko became the Fourth Emperor of Konajii and led the Konawai back to dominance. By now, Nefu was the capital of all royal ruling houses and would stay that way for over a thousand years.

In the years 231 and 237, both Fi and Imika die respectively, both at the hands of each other's races. The Era of Fulfillment came to an end afterwards with most of the Founders dead. In 276, Emperor Teko dies and Konajii is passed to his daughter, Kasane. Kasane's rule starts off with civil strife begin the wizards of the Ubakawai and the Poiwai who were being used as test subjects for spells. Kasane dismisses the changed Poiwai and they leave Konajii to the south, near the lands of Dejii where the Dewai of the primordial gods live after being forced to accept creation. In 299, another mass genocide occurs at the hands of the Fiwai who nearly wipe out the Imikawai for murdering their goddess, Fi.

At Kasane's death in 371, the Empire fell into petty kingdoms once more. The goddess of magic, Ubaka, fails a spell in 390 and falls through space and time to the magical realm of existence called Aterine. Four years later, the Wavuzawai and Fiwai lead joint-conquests to reform the Empire of Konajii.

With no single leader, the Empire splits into a large civil war in the early 400's which sees the Fiwai go extinct in 405. Fourty years after that, Kona, the god of the Konawai and husband to Ubaka begins his famous adventure throughout the world and starts sailing east. In the east, he discovers the Temuwai led by Temu who willingly join with the Empire becoming the first set of lands outside of Konajii, the Kona Silui. The civil war in Konajii ends in 470 with the Wavuzawai victorious under the leadership of Emperor Tuko. At this time Kona leaves Kona Silui with a band of travelers who head further east.

In the sixth century, Kona and his Temuwai followers find a new continent and form their colony there, called Wa Jii. The goddess Koku, daughter of Kona and Ubaka, goes searching for her parents and travels north where she finds a rumored continent full of a strange race completely different than the Wai of the Isles. She travels to the cities of Mrthirn and Idgenk where she learns of Imika's involvement in the north under a different name, Ymx. While Kuko is travelling, the now mad Emperor Tuko attempts genocide of the Poiwai for being historical enemies. It is at the this time that the word for Emperor, "Ekasha", was merged with the word for crazy, "Shinja", to become "Ekashinja".

As Ekashinja Tuko's madness grows, the Qowai declare revolution and aid the Poiwa, honoring their cousin Waiwai who did the same centuries before. The seventh century is filled with general hardship for all and a fracturing of the Empire.

The eight century opens with Imikawai assassin's murdering Ekashinja Tuko in 701. In 703, Haja agrees to divide his power and rule with a Council from all of the race's royal families. In the Eastern continent where Kona founded Wa Jii, he concludes treaties with two nations of men called Sirdiumas and Itan. In a Sirdiumasian port town called Oma, he is accused of being a demon on part of his grey skin. The peasants attack him and a small massacre occurs before Kona and his Wai leave in search of new lands to find his long lost wife. Back in Konajii, the races of Konawai and Ubakawai start fearing their for their gods much more and Suiki, daughter of Kona and Ubaka, enlists a Qowai army to sail north. The Qowai army raids a city called Hasurdabk ran by the Northern Men, unaware that Kona and Koku had met in the city of Vohk on the other side of the Northern Lands.

Kona and Koku find the Awawai in the most northern parts of the Northern Lands where men cannot live where they travel to the city of Eyani and meet with her. It is there that Eyani journeys north through time and space to pull Ubaka back into reality. The Awawa king Hatsu of Awaji submits to Kona and Ubaka and becomes part of the Empire if Ubaka would acknowledge Eyani as her re-birth mother in hopes of elevating his status since Wa leaders are traditionally the closest to the gods. In 850, Kona, Ubaka, and Koku travel back to Konajii and rebel against Haja who had violated that ancient tradition by allowing peasantry into the Council, thus beginning the Era of the Great War. Kona and Ubaka's son, Doken, travels to the forbidden lands of Dejii where the Dewai, who men call demons, rule. While there, he finds an ally in Jina, a goddess of chaos in ever-changing form who grants Doken the power to be a dragon. With few allies, Kona and Ubaka take war to the rest of Konajii and use Jina and Doken in dragon form to neutralize the Qowa navy and attack Poiwa cities. The ash god Sujare unleashed ash storms on the Wavuzai and hindered their war effort. After that, the ice god Hoi froze the water of Konajii for summoned Dewai armies reportedly as large as two million to cross through the Isles at ease. The Northern Men get retribution at the end of the ninth century when they invade the islands of Poi Silu and Wavuza.

Being loyal to Kona's side, the Temuwai set up magical barriers on the northern icebergs of Konajii. In 907, some long-lost forgotten race of Wa called the Iwai, who live in the bowels of the world, came to the surface for the first time. They accepted neutral refugees and their expansions of underground cities to accommodate them caused the volcano of the island of Sujare to erupt, doing great damage to the Konawa war effort. The goddess Eyani joined the war and sent ice storms all throughout the Northern Lands and Hatsu led Awawa armies on campaign. Fleeing Konajii due to the war, Ekashinja Haja, Dasune, Suiki, and the Founder Wai go to Wa Jii and help found Owae Wai as a neutral refuge. Fearing a war on their own land from the refugees, the Sirdiumasians declare war on the entire empire; Konajii, Kona Silui, Wa Jii, and Awaji. The Itans join in war against the Wai, but the Sirdiumasians declare war on the Itans to preserve their image as global enforcers. Doken and Jina leave the war in Konajii and fly north with legions of dragons under their command to terrorize and fight the Northern Men.

In the 1010's Koku travels to Owae Wai to try an arrange an alliance with the city and attempt bringing the Empire back together where a disagreement ends with her killing her wife, and another goddess, Suiki. Following the murder, Koku takes her own life in her misery. The Northern Lands, Sirdiumas, and Itan, forge an alliance and march on Owae Wai where they murder the Founder Wai. Ekashinja Haja and the goddess Dasune flees Owae Wai before dying and end up in the Kona-aligned Kona Silui under Temu's command. The couple falls in love, and with Temu's permission, marries. Temu decides to stop supporting Kona's losing side and supports Haja. Kona and Ubaka commit suicide at the end of the eleventh century when it becomes clear that there was no way to victory, their bodies are preserved by Eyani and kept out of time in Aterine.

In 1111, Ekashinja Haja reclaimed his leading position in Konajii and the Era of the Great War ended after 262 years of fighting. The Great War saw many new inventions and creations as nations converged in one area and began working together with their combined resources. Such inventions were Sirdiumasian Fire, the crossbow, halberds, new armor techniques, and the creation of a new language; Enishi, which was used between nations as a mutually understood language. A period of peace and reconstruction begins and war criminals are imprisoned in the island of Sujare near Mt. Kyakejijun, named after a Dewa Katui.

The period of peace ended in 1223 when the kingdom of Awaji attacked the kingdom of Norsnd in the Northern Lands. In 1257, Ekashinja Haja was poisoned and died soon after, leaving the throne open if his wife, the goddess Dasune could take it. The Iwai declare war on the isle of Sujare and the Konawai release their prisoners from the Great War who form the Kona Gui, a guild of assassins and guerrilla warriors led by Hoi, son of Imika and Eyani. In opposition to the Kona Gui, Temu forms the Shijani as elite guards working to undercover plots and investigate murders. The dragons Doken and Jina manage to penetrate the cities of the Iwai in 1283 and burn most of them down, quelling the conflicts. In 1298, Dasune is officially crowned as Ekashinja and is the first Katu to claim the position.

Wa Jii officially joins the Wa Ekashi in 1348. Afterwards, the growing radical tension began growing as Enishi started spreading more in the Ekashi and all non-Konaishi languages were banned, including Enishi.

In 1421, the Dewa Ekashi, which included Dejii, Kumika Dejii, and Fujijika, declared war on the Wa Ekashi. The dozens of minor nations of Northern Men increase the amount of times they raid ships and get into a conflict with Norsnd and Eftng who take a more foreigner-friendly stance. Sawajii joined the Wa Ekashi peacefully in 1439 in order to defend their continent from the Dewai. In 1456, the Wa Ekashi succeeds and gains part of Kumika Dejii which is renamed Kumika Jii. Following the war, Ekashinja Dasune reforms the ruling Council of the Wa Ekashi. From 1476 to 1480, the rulers of Sawajii, Keme and Yaki, manage to leave the Wa Ekashi.

During the 1500's, the nations of Wai wage war against the Northern Men and Ekashinja Dasune dies during the siege of Ungumor, a small fortified isle where the collective leaders of the Northern Men rule.

In the 1600's, the Wa Ekashi returns and negotiates peace between all foreign powers.

During the 1700's, the Sirdiumasians storm the Wa Ekashi en masse and force them to relocate underground to the cities of the Iwai.

The Aka Plague ravages the entire known world in the 1800's when a band of Okamawai adventurers descended from Poiwai exiled in the days of old returns. It is brought through a parasite that consumes blood and multiplies to fill and effectively take over its host. The host either gives in to the parasitic blood craving or resists until the parasites start dying along with themselves.

The Wai emerged from the depths in the 1900's after the Aka Plague had taken its toll on the Sirdiumasians and they pushed the emerging Empire of the humans from the Isles. This caused another great war in which the Sirdiumasian grand wizards flooded the world. The lands of the Sawai were the first to become fully flooded and the Wai living there began to wear the shells and armor of the underwater crustaceans in their new sunken cities. The rest of the Wai moved to the seas and became a nomadic seafaring people, beginning the Era of the Great Migration.

In the 2000's, they moved east in search of a fabled continent from where the men of Sirdiumas were rumored to originate from. As the ships landed on the shores of a new landmass, the races of Wai divided themselves and became wanderers. It is unclear how long this period lasted as there are varying accounts, but one generally accepted consensus is that space and time are distorted into infinity. As the Wai went further north, time itself accelerated until a time that is on average about 20,000 years had passed. Some report having been sent millions of years through time while others report that nothing happened at all. In the end, careful leadership among the fractured tribes had managed to solve the issue and they came once more to the open sea.

In the 22,100's, they discovered Magna Sirdiumas and lived peacefully for a time. The older generations of Wai, however, had remembered the purpose of their journey and set out. Remembering their dead gods, they brought Kona and Ubaka back to life and sent them as emissaries to the advanced men. The Emperor of the men attempted to murder them, but caused Kona to self-destruct instead. This caused a massive outburst which killed everyone besides Ubaka in the blast and utterly destroyed the government of Magna Sirdiumas. The races of Wai rebelled and began slaughtering the men, hailing Ubaka as their new Ekashinja of the Wa Ekashi. In 22,178, the Wai had secured all of Magna Sirdiumas and renamed it Kuukyojii. They had killed every man on the island and harvested their souls to power the machines of the men as a replacement for the fuel. The blast area had become a toxic lake that made the upper half of the island inhabitable, but the gases coming from it were used in the explosives of Kuukyojii's Infernals and Fire-Breathers.

Nation Name: The High Kingdom

Religion, if any: The Dwarves of the High Kingdom follow Malinor, creator of Stone, Earth, and Dwarves

Backstory/Lore: The Dwarves of the High Kingdom are descended from Erik Ironmaker, first dwarf to settle Khazad Nurn, the capital of the dwarves and where the Great Gate of Dainur was built, 8642 years hence. The journey began with 2647 disgruntled Dwarves who journeyed south from the Barren North after the Overmining Catastrophe happened there. They ventured south until they found the mighty Mountain range of Onodrur, where they placed their banners at the tallest peak, beginning work on a road and mining into this mountain, which was veritably mighty. The first halls of Khazad Nurn were built and finished in BG 626, under the leadership of Erik Ironmaker, after which he died. His grandson, Borur 'Cleavefist' Continued the excavation and building of the halls, with mighty galleries where gold was common were found. Orcs attacked often from the east, usually repelled but at the cost of many good Dwarves. Four hundred years ago, in 7266, the mighty High King Dain began the gate of Dainur, which was finished 60 years later, and the Orc Attacks were easily repelled in those days, especially with new gunpowder weaponry en route. However, 42 years ago, in 7622, the Dwarves and Elves formed a mighty alliance to kill Garogg the Great, the mightiest Orc High Chief in 6000 years, with a great many Orcs and Goblins and Trolls under his control. Historians estimate his numbers to be 1.6 million strong, with the Dwarf and Elf alliance having only 1500000 men. Seeing the danger of this, Dwarf smiths worked day and night creating new weapons, bullets, and other weapons and items needed, often supplying them to the poorly armed Elves. The final battle of Brookrow, where the Dwarves and Elves, outnumbered 10 to 1, entrenched behind a river and crushed the enemy force with cannon and rifle, killing Garogg with a shot in his head and destroying many orcs. the Orcs who lived, some 660k warriors, disappeared, not to be seen again until 42 years later.

The Dwarves are a picky folk, not liking orcs and being tollkeepers between the east and west roads. They live in the Onodrur Mountain Range, with great works of masonry and metalwork lining the Halls of the High King. The High King Falir fought off a mighty host of fifty thousand orcs with just two thousand dwarves, defending the Men of the West from a mighty blow from the Orcs. The Dwarves of the High Kingdom fight tooth and nail and make the best guns in the realm, though Dwarf Guns are rare in Human and Elf realms. The Mighty gate of Dainur is a marvel of Dwarfkind, being a massive gate two hundred feet wide and sixty feet tall, with mighty gears of steel and silver and winches and axles of black iron. The Dwarves population steadily rises these days, with the Orc threat diminished after the creation of the handgun. However, always on the horizon is the rise of a new Orcish Chief, who will use his host to attack the Gate of Dainur. The Dwarves are slower than Humans to reproduce, but they are populous these days under the wealth and relative power of the High Kings.

There are 12000 Sentinel Dwarves who guard the Seventeen Towers along the road to the Dainur Gate, armed with a longer ranged rifle and light cloth uniform. 75 Whirlicopters, used for quick travel. 42 Air Ships, roughly the size of a caravel with a balloon attached to the top for leisurely rides. 4 Monitor ships and 26 steamer ships for escorting merchant ships.

Leader & Leader Personality: High King Dain IV Ironmaker is the current High King of the Dwarves and is a just king, with a good eye for craftsmanship. The Reich

Religion, if any:

None

Backstory/Lore:

"The Reich was forged by blood and fire" some might say. This is because in the early days, there was no Reich, only constant war between city states. That was until a man by the name of Franz became the ruler of the Gusenburg city state. From there on, he strengthened his state's military using rifles, cannons, and pikes and with a strict military training course that the Reich still uses today. He then launched a massive military campaign against his neighboring city states. Confused, not well trained, and lacking in numbers, none of them stood a chance. Franz continued this military campaign until he conquered the territory the Reich occupies today. By that point, he declared the new empire to be known simply as The Reich, citizens be called Reichians, and declared himself the Kaiser. Widespread magic use is banned in the Reich as the Kaiser deemed magic a nuisance, except for magic users in the army. The Reich depends more on technology than magic.

When he lived there, he used to get pushed around by magic users, and so he saw them as a menace. When he became the ruler of Gusenberg, he locked up most of the cities magic users in prisons. He also put in place strict military training course that the Reich still uses to this day. Sometime into his reign, he invaded all neighboring city states with the goal of creating an empire. He eventually achieved his goal. He named his empire "The Reich" and declared himself as the ruler, under the title of "Kaiser."

Great Kingdom Of Harukadia

Religion

Harukadians worship the almighty sea god, Harukad. He is master of serpents, provider of currents and fish, birther of worlds. Legend has it that Arret was once a Great Desert, wandered only by nomads. However, the Lord of the Dark Gods, Dakos, desired to kill the True God, Eneshihem. Dakos killed Eneshihem, who exploded into infinite seawater. Harukad, then a great wizard, saved life by dragging up continents from the sea, and so became the new True God, destined to fight Dakos.

Backstory/Lore:

Harukadians have existed for a long time. While it is possible that their origin myth is true, scholars who reject the worship of Harukad say that they were peaceful seafarers who soon began to have petty wars until they united under Harukadia. They become notorious sea raiders and conquerers, and retain that strength and renown to this day.

The Cascadian Hierarchy
"For God, King and Country."

Religion:
Protestantism

Backstory/Lore:
Formed from the peaceful agreement at the end of a civil war that had rocked the nation before it. Cascadia was formed under the Jefferson family as they had been the ones to lead the charge against the once oppressive regime of a government and they had been the ones to broker a deal between the two warring factions that would ultimately benefit all Cascadians. The Mounta Stona declared the formation of the nation of Cascadia with King George Jefferson as its first ruler, there had at first been an era of prosperity, peace and rebuilding under his kind and gentle rule. However as does everything, all good things must come to an end and he unfortunately died of a stroke an impressive 55 years into his reign, the nation went into a period of mourning for 55 days and he had been given a full Royal funeral and military honors. His successor and son, the now-King William Jefferson hadn't been as kind, focusing on imperialistic and aggressive expansion into the neighboring regions and nations, under his brief 9 year rule, the now Cascadian Empire had invaded 4 countries and annexed them into the Empire, William however had been assassinated by one of his Field Marshals during a base inspection in the Outland regions due to the amount of Cascadian troop deaths the King had caused, the Field Marshal was not punished due to the vast unpopularity of William among both the people, the military and his advisors and enforcers.

Fast foward another 120 years and three reigns later, the annexed nations of past had now fully integrated into the Cascadian Empire and were happy subjects of King Harold Jefferson, who inducted multiple tax cuts to the lower class citizens of the Empire, vastly increasing his popularity which he then used to fund further expansion into the Outlands however this time they were peaceful inductions into the Empire rather than militaristic conquests, under Harold's rule however the military did increase by 29% despite his passivist nature, this type of "Peace and defense go hand in hand" type thinking became widespread in the Empire both to a political, military and civilian level and the succeeding members of the Family followed this rule rather strictly. However 115 years prior to now, the people had grown discontent with a lack of representation. They were concerned due to the few bad apples that the Jefferson family had produced and didn't want the family having complete and utter control over every aspect of their lives and so peaceful protests were held, King Edward Jefferson the 2nd having ignored these protests at first, however when some of them turned violent he had quickly grown cold feet and decided to hear them out in fear of rebellion. Their demands simply consisted of a new form of government which had been gaining popularity in the years beforehand, a Constitutional Monarchy it was called where the Jeffersons would still have power but would be regulated by a Parliament, elected representatives from each region of the Empire who would meet annually to discuss the Empire's problems and how to solve them and the Jefferson family would have to obide by the Mounta Stona to the word in-order to prevent any abuses of power, as the Mounta Stona had not been required for the head of state to follow beforehand.

He accepted these terms and as a result the Empire was changed forever. But in a positive way, with a new Parliament in order the country ran far more effectively and smoothly as the electorates had been wisely chosen by the population and were some of the Empire's best and brightest minds, this trend having continued all 115 years up until now. The following successors to King Edward the 2nd obided by the Mounta Stona and followed Parliament's rules and advise on certain topics, the Empire grew and grew, economically, militarily and in population as a new, democratic era of peace and progression arrived. Skip ahead to 30 years prior to now and the Empire's newest King has just been coronated, King Donald J. Jefferson and so far under his rule Forward-Defense, standard of living and economic stability have been put at the forefront of the Empire's priorities leading to him becoming a rather popular figure in the Empire compared to some of his predecessors.

However as time went on he won them over by improving the Empire's economic situation ten fold and proving himself to be the leader that they needed, he had his daughter Catherine at the wise-age of 48 and has been teaching her on how to rule since then as one day she will become his successor. King Donald has shown to be stubborn and willing to stand his ground, he will do anything to get what he and his Empire wants and is a master of the Cascadian art known as "Stumping" he has never lost an argument.

Mainly none, but the people believe in the Dragon that lives in the caves of the capitol province to be their protector.

Backstory/Lore:

The Republic of Corina was originally the Croinian Empire, but through a revolution some three hundred years ago. After the emperor was disposed much of the land was lost and left out of the control of the former empire. Now after the past three centuries with democracy the Croinian people have cherished this system. In these centuries Half-Elves, Elves, and some Goblins have immigrated to the republic. While Elves are treated fairly, with the previous president being a Elf himself, Half-Elves and Goblins are discriminated against. Within the last one hundred and fifty years however gunpowder has become the mainstay of the military, with magic users seen more or less as ceremonial or special forces. These innovations have allowed the Republic of Corina to be not only a strong land nations, but have also having a formidable navy.

Nation Name: The High Kingdom

Religion, if any: The Dwarves of the High Kingdom follow Malinor, creator of Stone, Earth, and Dwarves

Backstory/Lore: The Dwarves of the High Kingdom are descended from Erik Ironmaker, first dwarf to settle Khazad Nurn, the capital of the dwarves and where the Great Gate of Dainur was built, 642 years hence.

Territory:     Black Cross is Khazad Nurn. The Controlled territory is the mountain range of Orinur.

Government Type: High Kingdom

He also put in place strict military training course that the Reich still uses to this day. Sometime into his reign, he invaded all neighboring city states with the goal of creating an empire. Great Kingdom Of Harukadia

Religion

Harukadians worship the almighty sea god, Harukad. He is master of serpents, provider of currnts and fish, birther of worlds.

Backstory/Lore:

The Kingdom of Morwenna has existed for a very long time, the humans of the kingdom co-existing with the Sirens living in the Eastern sea that surrounded the island nation. However, before their days of peace, over a thousand years ago, the humans and the Sirens lived in a constant struggle against each other, always at war, never at peace. About two hundred years in to the humans' conquest of the kingdom, the king of the Sirens, Neptune, requested a meeting with the king of the humans residing there, Barnabas Finch. After much discussion, it was decided that the humans and the Sirens would do better to help each other out, the humans trading their fine silks and art for knowledge on water magic.

Nation Name:

The knights order.

Religion, if any:

Christianity. [Except somewhat different.]

Backstory/Lore:

The order has existed for so long, that it would be near impossible to mark everything down accurately before AD. Our story takes place in 1108 BC, before Christ. In the main homeland of sergorath , There existed an corrupt Monarchy system led by a tyrant named sir gallahorn the III. He fed the economy by making his own people and others suffer, and even raiding innocent nearby tribals and populations. Specifically targeting the regions for economic resource, or personal gain. he started construction of a large capital city within the center, and named it the citadel. It would be surrounded by 11 meter high thick walls, and where he would expand his empire. In 1112 BC, the empire had finally started colonizing the east, and they killed some of the innocent tribals who lived there. The tyrant then would enslave whoever was left for his personal workforce. In 1117 BC, sir gallahorn would of expanded upon the celestial sea, and invaded multiple islands, feeding his workforce and economy. The citadel was nearing completion, and over 100 tribes were assimilated.

In 1128 BC, a massive war between two empires over the sea had commenced. The empire fighting the celestian empire. 20 million people fought in the war for many years, and the empire's economy was slowly suffering due to all of the siege equipment being built to siege castles. In 1130, the Lord and Savior, Lesu Christ died for the empire's sins by being nailed to the cross. It was a major tragedy due to the religious inspiration, helpful insight of construction, and wisdom throughout the years. This eventually led to a rebellion which led to sir gallahorn the III's gruesome death, and the creation of the knights order. In 1417 AD, famine had struck the empire, and all attempts to prevent an additional plague had been all but entirely useless. In a mass exodus to the west, their Lord and Savior had arisen and surprised them all. He led them further west to where the empire's expansion ends, where they lived in the desert for decades until it was save to return home again.

In 1742 AD, what the people believed were the lord and Savior's descendants were finally fully put in place of leading the empire. Expanding rapidly through the celestial sea, and the deserts west. Old siege weapons besides a few cannons and ironclads were disassembled for ship construction. And the castle walls thickened over the decades and slightly heightened.

Current day, one of the two of the Imperial bloodline rule the empire. The empire have been at peace for thousands of years, and further interest into the unknown and magic had continued for longer. However Natalia was wise, and declared that while magic may prove helpful to the empire, more rudimentary and easy to gain technology should also be prioritized, yet somewhat lower than magic. Leading to the remaining ironclads being upgraded for modern use, cannons being refit strategically across the heartland, and a varying amounts of bows and arrow modernization into the crossbow. Occasionally Natalia leaves the safety of her home to visit parts of the empire, for studying, or exploration. However she always informs her guard and sister if she so would leave for a time. Usually having guards with her if venturing into unknown territory within the empire. The economy and population was stabilized at a 7 million, and the crusader order being the most prominent military force in the empire. Having quickly replaced the others. It took awhile to get the population of 2 million sole survivors scattered throughout the empire unified. owever once they were, the population steadily grew. Natalia renamed the capital city to Cambridge, replacing the original name to the castle surrounding the city/in it itself. Thus the capital is named Cambridge, and the castle is called the citadel.

Territory:

1480735354386.png

[Same amount of land as on the island, was hell to calculate exactly however. And due to paint taking more land than I wanted, I redrew the border after rendering the land void.]

Government Type:

Absolute monarchy.

Military:

The order has exactly 79,000 troops.

19k "knights" AKA footmen [equipped with crusader armor but lighter and more maneuverable/agile. Armed with a sword and a few actually having shields. They wear armor, however it is mainly fabric.]

17k Templar crusaders [same as the above but has red crosses on their shields and armor. They also consist of layers of cloth more than armor which allows them to move quicker, and why they own their own shields. The heaviest of their armor is their shields, and minor armor such as armor boots.]

7K Riflemen

5k spearmen/pikemen [having be equipped with a long spear or medieval pike, with few having dagger side arms. 1,000 at least are always stationed within the empire if the number allows, and guard very important or sacred sites.]

7K crossbowmen

17k magic users

324 cannons

3 ironclads

200 other ships [not all of which developed for war purposes, such as fishing vessels.]

7K war-bred horses. [Armored medieval type horses with most having riders in full armor and shield.]

[Due to primarily being based upon magic, magical influence is the most dominant.]

Leader & Leader Personality:

Natalia has denim blue hair that reaches her waist, indigo eyes and a mole that sits just below her left eye. Her bangs have a slant cut to them. She wears a brownish witch hat with three gears: the top two criss-crossing each other around the crown, a white overcoat with brown details and a brown dress beneath it with a red tie. She also wears grey thigh high stockings and black shoes. She also wields a staff that is curved at the top, which she also uses in battle when she ever encounters a threat. She practices many spells, however she has also set a priority on any spells which would slow or stop death by aging alone. With nothing else to prevent death physically being of any concern to her.

personality:

Her personality is considered odd at best.  Despite being aloof and strange, she can also be very friendly. She is calm, calculating, and stoic at times. Due to her higher than average intelligence, she considers herself "mad". She rarely participates in any battles outside of her nation's homelands, as she does not care for a life of war.

The Vadian Imperium

Religion, if any:

The Imperium is quite diverse in terms of it's religion. However, most people worship the Emperor himself as a god.

Backstory/Lore:

The Imperium was once a collection of kingdoms ruled by their respective kings. However, one kingdom, that of the Kingdom of Vadia, had a wise and enlightened king of great martial prowess and magical skill. This great king led his elite legions into battle, uniting the frequently feuding kingdoms of their continent. As the Emperor entered the new Imperial Capital of Vadia at the head of his victorious army, he had a huge throne made of pure gold constructed as a monument to his victory. This was  appropriately named the Golden Throne, and it is one of the most popular destinations in the Imperium. Key Imperial Heroes who pass on are entombed in a huge decorative mausoleum built around the Throne. The Emperor has had a total of 23 children with the Empress (more on her later), 20 sons and 3 daughters. The 20 sons took the title of Primarchs, superhumans who lead the Imperium's armies.  and, following the tradition of other monarchs, the firstborn was deemed the heir. However, the Sixteenth Son, who took the name Horus, was an ambitious bastard who wanted the throne for himself. He attempted a Coup de etat with his veteran 16th, Legion, hailed as one of the most experienced in the Imperium. His army marched on the city of Battencia itself. Loyalist forces held the line, and they, after a costly battle, destroyed Horus' forces and sent him reeling back to an unknown location with whatever survived of his army. That was many centuries ago, and since then the Empire has weakened. It lost huge amounts of it's southern territory to varied native uprisings and some Northern territory to the Cronian Empire.

120k infantrymen, armed with the Leopold XVII Breach Loading rifle (Mauser 1871) or the Octavius VIII Lever Action Rifle (Winchester 1866)

(The former is standard issue and is indeed preferred and the vast majority of Imperial troops use them. However the lever action is not too uncommon to be seen, and is favored for it's much greater ammunition capacity, if it cannot be used in prone. It is mainly used by troops who can afford to buy them themselves.)

20k Imperial Sharpshooters armed with Optio II Falling Block Rifle (with an early telescopic sight mounted)

300 Impperial Custodians. These men are the best in the Imperium and guard the Golden Throne and it's surrounding Mausoleum. They carry fully enclosing golden armor, polearms, repeaters, and greatswords.

A note on the Command of the military:
The Imperium uses two "types" of general. There's the Generals, who sit in an armchair 25 miles behind the frontlines and coordinate strategy for the Imperial army, and then, then there are the Primarchs.

The Primarchs are the descendents of the Kings of the Vadian Kingdoms from before the war, who are now the Dukes of Vadia. They are like lesser versions of the Emperor, still greatly skilled magic users and warriors, and they lead from the front. There are 25 of them.

Leader & Leader Personality:

Emperor Vadius Oppius Caeser

No one knows how old the God emperor is. Some say he was born as a fully grown man to take over the Kingdom of Vadia and unite the Ducal Kingdoms. Some say he has been around since the dawn of man, a dawn he himself brought about. First records appear of him dozens of centuries ago, when he rose up with his elite Imperial Legions and stomped on the other Vadian kingdoms, uniting them into the Vadian Imperium. He is one of the wisest and most intelligent begins on the planet. However, his gift is not only in intellectual arts, but in the arts of war. In swordsmanship, archery, sharpshooting, and riding. Of tactics, and strategem, and of course of magic. The God Emperor's magic skill is unprecedented in man and he is regarded as the most powerful mage currently alive, or at least known to the Imperium. His martial prowess is so great, it is said back in the days of the Early Imperium, a dragon descended on Battencia, but, before it could demolish the great city, the Emperor leapt upon it and struck it so hard it was killed with a single blow. The God Emperor is, however, a surprisingly humble man, who has even on occasion voiced discontent as being regarded as a god.

(His hair is shorter tho, his face is also slightly less sunken and his eyes are brown)

In battle, Vadius sports a suit of golden armor and wields magic, a revolver, and a greatsword to deadly effect.

Territory:

Other:

7 million people,

A single large castle known as the citadel with thicker than normal walls, and surrounds the capital city known as various names including the heartlands, and Cambridge.

The Cascadian Empire

"For Queen, God and country."

Skip ahead to now and the Empire's second Queen has just been coronated, Queen Catherine Jefferson and so far under her rule Forward-Defense, standard of living and economic stability have been put at the forefront of the Empire's priorities leading to her becoming a rather popular figure in the Empire compared to some of her predecessors.

Personality/Background:

King Donald is a wise and noble leader with a heart of steel and pure patriotism. At the start of his reign he was incredibly unpopular within the Empire due to his radical policies and ideas, one of which included building a large wall around the entire Empire to keep out the Monsters of the Outlands.

This great king, who's name is the subject of frequent disputes, as his real name is a closely kept secret of the Loyal Family, led his elite legions into battle, uniting the frequently feuding kingdoms of their continent. Unfortunately, the King's time eventually ran out, and his tomb, which is set inside a gigantic throne made of pure gold, and appropriately named the Golden Throne, is one of the most popular destinations in the Imperium. Every Emperor who passes on is entombed in a huge decorative mausoleum built around the Throne. Whenever a new Emperor is coronated, a special private ceremony is held by the Throne. Some time and several generations later, something unprecedented happened. The Emperor had a second son! Two heirs were unheard of, and, following the tradition of other monarchs, the firstborn was deemed the heir. However, the Second Son, who took the name Horus, didn't like this, and so, building an elite army loyal to himself and waging several successful wars, he attempted a Coup de etat. His army march on the city of Battencia itself, the Vadian captial. Loyalist forces held the line, and they, after a costly battle, destroyed Horus' forces and sent him reeling back to an unknown location with whatever survived of his army. That was many decades ago, and since then the Empire has weakened. It lost huge amounts of it's southern territory to varied native uprisings and some Northern territory to the Cronian Empire.

Emperor Vadius XXXVII
As I mentioned before, every Emperor remains anonymous. They are given the title of and known by Vadius. The current Vadius was, as almost all before him, was raised in a life of luxury in the Capital Imperial City of Battencia. Despite this, he was taught not to give into excess and live in moderation. The emperor was given the best schooling in the world. Not only in intellectual arts, but in the arts of war. Of swordsmanship, archery, sharpshooting, and riding. Of tactics, and strategem, and of course of magic. The line of succession has been kept genetically pure to ensure that every Emperor inherits as much as Vadius I's unmatched magical skill as possible. He is one of the most powerful mages on the planet.

(His hair is shorter tho, his face is also slightly less sunken and his eyes are brown)

In battle, Vadius sports a suit of golden armor and wields magic, a revolver, and a greatsword to deadly effect.

The Deldremmor Empire

Motto: Everlasting as the Mountains

The Dwarves refer to themselves in their own tongue as Deldren (Iron Folk)

Religion:

Malinor, The Iron Father

Veneration of the Ancients and Ancestors

Backstory/Lore:

The history of the Deldremmor Empire is as ancient as the Stone itself. The earliest records state that it was Dothreg, Ancient of Mining and Construction; Grimnir. Ancient of War; Valias, Ancient of Runes; and Valayya, Ancient of Hearth and Traditions led the fledging Deldren into mountain range which they hence named the Delthur Mountain Range, or as the Deldren refer to it, the Iron Spine. It is also recorded that many other Dwarves left, accompanied by unnamed Ancients so the children of Malinor would spread across the globe.

For the Deldren, the Iron Spine was their land, and only the greatest peak would suffice to be their home. It is said to have taken near two centuries for the Deldren to tame the great mountain that stood a head taller than all others in the chain. But when completed, it was a marvel to behold, and was rightfully named Karaz-a-Karak, or in the common tongue, Everpeak. Guided by Dothreg, the Deldren learned how to shape stone, forge Gromril, and become master craftsmen. Grimnir taught the Deldren how to fend for themselves, waging a bloody and brutal war against the many Greenskin and Beastmen tribes that resided in the Iron Spine, wanting nothing more than the death of the Deldren. Yet none could breach it’s gate, and none could break their iron warriors. In the meanwhile, Vallaya taught the Deldren the importance of Clan, honor, loyalty, debt, and many other traditions that would instill spirit into the Deldric folk. And lastly came Valias, the strangest and most illusive of the Ancients. Of his teachings, only a handful of the Deldren population were bestowed, teaching them the art of Rune Smithing. Through this, the Dedlren were able to harness the wild and dangerous force of magic, shaping it to their will, instilling weapons, armor, and even walls with blessed runes, wielding the strength of mountains, and the fury of elements.

With the last of their teachings given, the Ancients departed, advising that the Deldren would now need to forge their own path in this world, and leave their mark upon it. To the Lord of Everpeak Thorgrim Grudgeheart, they bestowed a final gift. A Gromril crown, masterfully crafted by Dothreg, instilled by Vallaya’s spirit, touch by the fury of Grimnir, and inlaid with Runes of power. This was the first Iron King, and established one of the most ancient clans in Deldric history.

By this time many Deldroks (Iron Keeps, Underground Keeps) had emerged throughout the Iron Spine, and even a couple of Sekdroks (Sky Keeps, Above Ground). Yet still they were beset by the menacing Greenskins, and the ever feral Beast Tribes. Finding this unacceptable, the Iron King Thorgrim gathered to him the 8 Iron Lords and 2 Sky Lords, decided it was time to put an end to this insult. The Iron Spine was theirs, and it would be proven with iron fury.

This started what is known as the Green Wars, as the Deldren warred neared constantly with the fearsome Urki and Grobi, and many Beast Tribes as well. It was a horrific war, and many Deldren fell, and even a vaunted Deldrok was taken. Enraged, the Iron King took a great book inlaid with runes, and with his own blood wrote down the atrocity, ensuring such an insult would never be forgotten. It was the first Grudge of the Deldren.

Eventually through iron will and force, the Deldren forced the Greenskins and Beast Tribes out of the Iron Spine, the great mountain chain secured after years of bloodshed and toil. So a great a toll did this take on the Deldren that both Races were struck permanently in the Book of Grudges, marking them as eternal enemies of the Deldren. From that day forward the Deldren became the eternal wardens of the Iron Spine, guarding the ways North and South, much as their cousins in the south guarded the ways east and west.

Of course the wars never ceased, and Urki and Grobi still led assaults upon the south, and from the deep north came the Beast Tribes in ever greater numbers. To contain the threat, the two great passes that led through the Iron Spine were secured. In the North was Grimnirs Hold, a great Sekdrok, said to be the last place the Ancient was seen before he departed for the Northern Wastes. To the south a mighty wall was built with such mastery, it was deemed worthy to be called Dothregs Bastion. Meanwhile the rest of the Iron Spine would be under constant watch by the Rangers, Deldren dedicated to watching their borders and repelling any who threaten them.

However a few centuries ago the Beast Tribes assembled under a fearsome warlord, Grog One-Eye. Assembling in numbers never before seen they assailed the Everlasting Realm, nearly overwhelming Grimnir’s Hold, and breaking through the lines of the Deldren Rangers. The previous Iron King Thrund was slain by the Warlord in a massive assault on Everpeak, and for the first time the great peak was truly threatened. It was only when Thuradin Grudgeheart took up the mantle of Iron King was disaster averted. Imprinting many new grudges in the great book, Thuradin led a vicious campaign against the Beast Tribes, using their superior technology and knowledge of the land to terrorize and disorient the Beast Tribes. Yet it was only when Thuradin confronted Grog in single combat, slaying the beast, was the War of the Beast brought to an end, a war few other nations know of, the Deldremmor Empire taking the full brunt of its assault.

In the present age the Delren have rebuilt under Thuradin Grudgeheart, their ancient enemies for some time going silent, only launching paltry raids, and Deldren merchants obtained great wealth from the nations that sprung up around them. To this day ancient clans still live, their importance undiminished being a glue that holds Deldren society together. Meanwhile the great Guilds have seen the Deldren to become true master craftsmen, from construction to developing ever new technology, and many fine and valuable products. Even new keeps now as Ukdroks (Sea Keeps) Have arisen, the Deldren quickly taking to the seas.

Under their most recent Iron King, the Deldren’s hordes have grown fat with gold. The Iron Folk are eager to rally around their Iron King to secure their future in this new world.

Thuradin Grudgeheart is said to have a presence as dominating as the Everpeak, an aura of command around him that any Deldren is quick to obey. He is quick to anger, yet patient in doling it out. He will never forget an insult laid against himself or his people, yet he shows wisdom and restraint in gaining retribution, unlike many Iron Kings before him. But he is by no means a dour man, and is known to partake in drinking tournaments quite often, singing many a tavern song in his time and enjoying a good game of cards. He is reasonable, at least as far as Deldren go, but if his mind is set on something, well, you’d have better luck moving a mountain then changing it.

@Keidivh Look at naval rules to change your navy. We have little to no air force, let alone zeppelins which weren't made within the time frame for the scientific part of the RP. Everything else is fine. Change those things first before you are accepted.
