Personality:
Yori us a very shut of and independent person who very much keeps to himself. He doesn't really socialize or talk to anyone other than those that he has taken a very long time to get to know. He has a ever growing list of fears and he is very easily startled. He never feels comfortable in new situations and with new people and making friends takes more than twice as long. For this reason he doesn't really have friends and those that he gets close to holds a very special place in his heart. Despite his fear, he absolutely loves to help and cheer people up when they are sad, even if he doesn't know them too well.
He is a very bright individual who enjoys working things and learning some-thing new and easily gets bored. Honestly he is a bit of a hidden genius however he hides it very well because he is very childish in nature. He has a sweet tooth and it is not uncommon for him to be snacking on cookies or anything else sugary.
Yori is extremely sweet and harmless, he wouldn't hurt a fly. You will never see him fighting or arguing with anyone and will always back down, even when knowing they are wrong. He will avoid any and all conflicts, even if not directed at him.

Background:
His father was a horrible and aggressive person, Yori's mother had to escape with both Yori and his little sister Hana and take them into hiding to keep everyone safe. This made his mother paranoid and this meant his mother was overprotective and kept both Yori and his sister in the house at all times. Being isolated for over six years did not help with their socialization skills. When Yori was only twelve years old, the house caught fire. Yori managed to save his sister however his mother sadly passed away in the fire. To this day, Yori still blames himself for her death and is unable to come to terms with what happened. Faced with the possibility of going into care and having to be separated from his sister, he made a rash decision to take her and run away to hide on the streets. Having no real understanding of the outside world, it was a struggle, but Yori was smart and was able to find ways to keep them alive.
Appearance: Yori is fairly short for someone his age, he is also extremely thin due to not eating a lot. He has uncut scruffy black hair and brown eyes. Being a Neko, Yori has a pair of black cat ears with inner white fluffs and a long slender black tail with a white tip. He dresses in casual clothes; often a green hoodie or a white shirt in the summer, with a pair of blue denim jeans. He often likes to walk barefoot however when outside he will wear some partially destroyed blue convers shoes.

With a haunting bellow, the terrifying beast of the Wendigo preys on the weak and vulnerable with an uncontrollable hunger. They are faster, stronger and larger than your average human. The stench of death follows the Wendigo as it hunts with no thought; devouring anything in it's path, human or anything else.

Personality:
Due to his traumatizing past events, his curse and joining a household of strangers; Cailan is very aloof. Feeling like the black sheep of the family, he often takes a back seat in most family affairs and only speaks up when approached. He is known for putting emotional barriers between himself and others in order to keep anyone from getting close to him and getting to know anyone. Perhaps it is a defence mechanism to protect him from getting hurt, or perhaps it's to stop them from getting hurt.
Cailan is living through and internal war that sees no end in site.

Background: Cailan grew up in a small village in Canada with his mother, father and younger sister. His fatherand mother decided that the wild Canadian mountains was where they wanted to be. Growing up so isolated, Cailan knew very little about himself and his family history apart from the few snippets his father would share to him and his sister. Cailan's life was very much uneventful until the tragedy and he knew very little of himself and what he truly was.

Major Life Events: When Cailan was 17 years old, he went with his family which ended in disaster. Cailan was the only person to return home from the trip after almost 3 weeks of being in the wilderness. He was malnourished and very clearly mentally effected by what had happened. He didn't return the same person, not mentally and nor physically.

Shortly after retuning from his trip, it was very quickly realised that Cailan was cursed by a very evil spirit that he was unable to control. It became a dangerous situation for him after he attacked a young woman one evening and attempted to consume her body. Knowing it was no-longer safe or wise to remain in the town he grew up; Cailan decided to move to Noxium. His father had grown up nearby the town and knew people who lived there, his suspicions that things were not what they seemed to be had been somewhat of an obsession of his fathers. Cailan knew that perhaps this would be where he would find answers.

Human: Cailan is of average height for a male and is on the slightly slimmer side. He is in no way underweight, however it is obvious by his build he does not eat enough for his body to keep up. His skin is plight and his eyes are a light grey in colour. His hair is a dark grey colour and is usually tied back as to keep the length out of his face.

Wendigo: Standing hunched over, the Wendigo can reach 6.5ft tall when standing upright. Upon his head a pair of extended deer antlers add to his height. He moves on all fours, but stands much like that of a bear. His chest is deep but his limbs long and slender. Sharp claws splay from branch like fingers.
A thick mane of fur protects his neck and part of his chest, while shredded skin and fur droops to expose the hollow skeleton beneath the surface. Through a cracked skull, a pair of hollow eyes stare straight through the soul of it's victim.
Grey and dark brown in colour and stalked by the scent of death.

Bio: Polo is cautious and wise. He is much like a guardian angel and will often try to guide Arla, especially when he seems her doing something that could potentially end badly. He is overly paranoid about new situations, people and tasks, often worrying that he or Arla will get hurt or things will end up badly. He is Arla's subconscious fears being brought to her attention.
Polo is also very intelligent, much more so than he even knows, he is very good at solving puzzles and other problems which they may face. He loves to help Arla with mind puzzles and other types of mental games.
He is generous, gentle and extremely caring. He will always try to be there for you if you need him and will never betray you. Loyalty is important to him and those around him he cares for greatly.

Personality:
Arla is considered the embodiment of gentled nature. She has a sweet voice to match her sweet personality.
She is a quiet girl who doesn't like to make a fuss about things and always tries to see the positives in everything, even during the hardest of times. Due to spending so much of her life in the hospital, Arla has developed a huge respect for life and will embrace every moment of living as much as she can. It was part of the reason why she enjoyed plants and flowers so much. She is often very curious of learning and trying new things; however Polo (her Spirit Animal) often tries to talk her out of doing them and occasionally succeeds. Due to this, and due to her upbringing, Arla has very little experience of the world and can often come across as naïve and overly trusting of people she doesn't know; so Polo's cautious nature is very much warranted at times.
Background: Arla was unfortunate to be born unwell and growing up spent most of her childhood and adult life in hospital with only Polo to keep her company. Her parents, especially her mother were extremely protective over their daughter due to her long list of serious medical issues and so would shield her from the outside world to keep her safe. Often staying home from school, social events and spending most of her time in the hospital; Arla never argued however it did often mean she missed out on a lot of things most other children would have. She was never lonely, however she often wished to be able to join in with other people more and do the things that most other people wouldn't have to worry about.

Her passion for gardening and plants began during her time in the hospital. Having little choices of reads and entertainment; she found herself often reading the weekly copy of Gardening World and other gardening magazines. She would take this self taught knowledge to identify the plants and flowers in the hospital gardens and at times would often volunteer to help the gardener to tend to the plants and maintain them. This enjoyment was a good distraction from her illnesses and was also something she eventually pursued as a career.

As an adult, Arla was determined to see a bit more of the world however understands the risks very much. She takes a careful approach at life however isn't afraid to try new things and explore new opportunities. Moving out of her family home to Larkfield recently gave her more freedom due to not having her mother worrying about her every move. Her passion of horticulturist has been helping her deal with the harder sides of living alone, something which she struggled more with due to being so isolated during her childhood.

Appearance: Arla stands at around 5"6" and is of a very slender build with little to no muscle. She has extremely pale skin with a sickly glow to her skin with few blemishes and no acne. Her eyes are a pretty blueish grey in colour and her hair is naturally a light brown; however on occasion she will temporarily dye her hair to mostly natural shades. She often dresses in casual dress and prefers to wear light, pastel, type coloured clothes. However she is also someone who loves to wear summer-type dresses and so will often wear a dress to something she considers an important outing or event in her life.

Health Status: High Blood Pressure and triggered Nerve Pain in Wrist.
Strengths:
- Manipulation. He is very good at manipulating others.
- Good understanding of human body language and phycology. He can use this in his favour.
- Strong imagination visualisation. Beneficial for his illusions.
Weaknesses:
- Nerve Pain in his Wrist is triggered by repetitive or excessive wrist movement. This can include the use of a Wand or Other Hand Gestures.
- Troublemaker. Struggles to stay on the right path when it comes to good behaviour.
- Socialisation, making friends and people skills are not his area of expertise.
Fears:
- Drowning or suffocation.
- Physical contact and being touched.
- Loosing or misplacing something that was gifted to him with importance.
- He has dark memories which haunt his mind.
Likes:
- His ability and illusions.

- Being disturbed when he is focusing on something. More so if he deems it as important.

Personality:
Karou is more of a lone individual, partially by choice, partially by social pressure bullying him into isolation. For him being alone seems easier and with his unfavoured personality, making friends and relationships do not come naturally to him. He can be cold, uncaring and even spiteful which is a great way for pushing people away. He claims that loneliness protects him, and in some ways perhaps it does, but being alone does mean that he misses out on that support he may unconsciously need to grow as an individual who needs to learn how to fit back into society...But who wants to be friends with a murderer who seeks to hurt others?

He finds enjoyment in the torment and bullying of others, making them feel pain makes him feel better about himself and his own self struggles. He will actively choose to hunt out people; being sly and manipulative in order to see them squirm for his own amusement. Fortunately for the people of Talentailia Academy, this type of behaviour is not tolerated and him acting this way could be his ticket straight back to being incarcerated once again. So for that reason; Karou is leashed and reluctantly unable to participate in his favourite game. However that is not to say that he won't try....

For the most part, Karou keeps his distance, watching from afar until something or someone peaks his interests. Being very aware of human behaviour and body language; Karou is very much able to convince and fool someone into them thinking he is either friend or foe. He is very good at getting what he wants and presenting a false self image of himself to others. However some people are able to see straight through this; which often doesn't go down very liked by Karou. But for those who do not see through Karou's fake self; he is studying and most likely deciding if or when he will make a move.
Background: Karou is most notably known as the kid who killed his mother;
It was not long ago that Karou was arrested and charged for the murder of his own mother. Blamed, named and shamed; Karou's case was published in many news articles in Japan and even in some overseas news outlets. Ladled as a monster, he spent a few months in an institute for troubled minors.

It was not long after being incarcerated that people started to notice Karou was acting very strange. At first it seemed like he was simply struggling with some mental health problems which seemed to very quickly be esculating into something more severe, however despite being dosed with medication; the symptoms wouldn't subside. It was then noted some weeks later that Karou was not unwell and it was something completely different. He was eventually evaluated and allowed to transfer to Talentailia on special circumstances due to good behaviour. However Karou's time at Talentailia can be stopped at any time if his behaviour is deemed to inappropriate or he poses a dangerous for other students.

Karou has never denied the murder he committed and in-fact admitted his actions in court with little to no remorse. That being said; Karou still had not admitted the real reason behind why he decided to take the life of his own mother. The reasons are something Karou has refused to admit to anyone despite all the interrogations and persuasion.

Appearance: Karou is slightly taller than the average person, but not excessively tall. He is of a healthy, slender, build with a slight but not exaggerated muscle mass. Karou has neck length, choppy, black hair and noticeably red pupils in his eyes. His skin is a light peachy pink, externally his skin appears healthy and pure, however hidden under his clothes is a battleground of dark memories and never ending scars.

His gait and stance is of a proper and well mannered individual, despite his background. He comes across as having a not so approachable aura which in addition to his uncomfortable expressions and stares, can make some people very uncomfortable.

Karou normally dresses smart casual however often when attending events of importance will wear a shirt and a black jacket. His proffered clothing preference is dark colours and an outfit that makes him look kept together and somewhat striking but not to make him stand out.

Gear: A hanging cross earing he was given by a priest when incarcerated. Despite not being religious; it holds importance.
