[Murder of Crows] [Murder of Crows] Iron's Deep - Hole into the Abyss

Iron's Deep was once called Iron's Hill, but that was centuries ago. Now the hill is gone, and a seemingly endless hole into the deep earth has taken its place. The mines reach deep enough so that you cannot see the bottom from the top, and there is never any direct sunlight that reaches the bottom that lasts longer than a few minutes. Despite the size of the mine, it produces little iron every year, not nearly enough to meet requests. Desperation is ever present among miners and their supervisors, which leads to ever more accidents.

Although it does not produce enough iron from the mines, the ever deep hole has found other purposes, especially among the criminal underbelly of Corvin. Anything that falls into the depths of Iron's Deep is lost for a very long time. And the world of crime runs most of Iron's Deep these days, meaning there are many things that get lost.
