Notes:
  • For the backstory, think of it like this. Your character encounters a group of skaven gutter runners(Ninja Ratmen) scouting your universe out, and along comes this man, his name: Victor Saltzpyre. You two would then proceed to butcher these ratmen, before Victor explains to you that these creatures, these ratmen, are invading the multiverse. How you choose to describe it is up to you, but that's the basic of it.
  • Just list out some general equipment your character will bring, they can "unlock" better equipment later, or take it from the universe they will venture into.
  • A like means ya character is accepted

"I have seen many absurdities in my time...
...but nothing empowers me more the skaven."
-Victor Saltzpyre
Name: Victor Saltzpyre
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance:
Witch_Hunter_Cover_Full.png
Witch_Hunter_Render_Full.png
Fandom: Warhammer Fantasy; Warhammer- End Times: Vermintide
Personality: Witch Hunters seek to punish those who dare employ fell sorcery or consort with the agents of the Dark Gods. When battle rages and the conjurations of vile wizards burn the skies above, Witch Hunters are often all that stands between an Empire soldier and a most unnatural death. Victor’s obsession with the Skaven has unfortunately led to friction with his superiors, preventing him from being promoted to Witch Hunter Captain. Additionally, his lack of objections towards working with other races separates him even further from his fellow members, even if he draws the line at not allying with anything outright evil or daemonic. Some dare say that Victor is compassionate, a trait generally lacking in most witch hunters, but Victor never directly shows it. In Victor’s eyes, the end justifies the means, and he is ultimately willing to fight alongside anyone as long as they are not apparent enemies of Sigmar and the Empire.
Description: Victor Saltzpyre was the son of a talented blacksmith who found work with the Order of the Silver Hammer. While apprenticing for his father, a Witch Hunter Captain recognised Victor’s raw potential, and sought his father’s leave to train the boy. Victor survived the gruelling witch hunter rituals, where many do not, and eventually embarked on a life-long battle against the foul creatures blighting the Empire.
Twenty years later, Victor was hunting a Vampire’s thrall. The girl had once been daughter to an influential burgomeister, whose great fortune had been built on mining. After a thorough investigation, Victor discovered his prey by a warpstone seam, deep in her father’s mine. As he prepared to strike, a band of Skaven sprang from nowhere and attacked.
In the wake of a long and gruelling struggle, Victor emerged from the mine, sorely wounded, but alive. He’d lost an eye, but had gained renewed purpose in exchange. Soon after, Victor learned that the Burgomeister knew of the Warpstone in his mine, and had profited greatly from it. Not content with a single act of treachery against his Emperor, the scoundrel had been covertly selling it to both the Skaven and the vampire who controlled his daughter. It had been only a matter of time before one customer sought to eliminate the other.
After hanging the burgomeister, and those merchants he deemed accomplices, Victor walked away a changed man with grander priorities. He scoured the land for information about the Skaven, and sought assignments that bore the telltale signs of their involvement.
No one knows for sure what exactly happened in the mine, or why that incident became such a life-changing event for Saltzpyre. To this day, he has never divulged the details. Trust is not a coin a Witch Hunter deals in, but perhaps… just perhaps… a warrior strong enough to share the burdens of his quest will learn the secrets of Victor Saltzpyre, Witch Hunter of the Order of the Silver Hammer.
Backstory: Victor was present during the End Times, where all hell broke lose on the old world. His particular hell? Was the skaven invasion of Ubersreik. With four other companions, Victor butchered his way through hordes of skaven, attempting to drive them out of the city. It all ended in climax with the defeat of the White Rat. However, the witch hunter would uncover the skaven's true agenda: To rule the multi-verse, a concept almost forign to him. But what was not, was the fact that he needed to purge these creatures, and it would seem his duties were just expanded. He sent his four companions, a dwarf, a wood elf, a sergeant, and bright wizard, to warn the Empire of the dangers of the skaven. Teaming up with a dwarf slayer engineer known as Malakai Makaisson, who was able to build a similar dimension traveling vessel out of the skaven's own plan, the two set sail into the multiverse, a place beyond the realms of chaos. What they would find on the other side? Not even Sigmar knows.
Powers/Abilities:
Fencer- The rapier requires a level of finesse that the witch hunter has become skilled at, stabbing and parrying with great skill.
Cleaver- Aside for his rapier, most of Victor’s ranged weapons require a good deal of cleaving power
Marksmen- Not to shabby of a shot with his ranged weapon
Gun akimbo- Capable at dual wielding pistols
Knowledged- As a witch hunter, Victor understands many of the creatures of the old world as well as enemies of the Empire, but especially skaven.
Equipment/Gear: (Can take one ranged weapon and one melee at any given time)
Consumables: Such as bombs and potions, especially the speed potion.
Melee:
Rapier/Pistol- With the Rapier in one hand, Victor is a master of the thrust, slash and parry, achieving a deadly balance of precision offense and agile defense, while discharging his pistols in the other.
Hatchet- While the One Handed Axe might be less graceful than the Rapier, Victor cannot deny the satisfaction of cleaving into one rat-man after another, watching armor rend and limbs fly.
Braces of pistols- Out of Victor's favorite weapons, our Witch Hunter carries a great number of Pistols strapped to his body, allowing him to pick off enemies with lethal efficiency. He seems to have a near infinite number of them to be simply fired off and discarded, how he carries all of them is as much as a secret as what happened to him in those mines.
Other:
  • Victor Saltzpyre is the leader of this band of multi-universe rat exterminators
  • You should ask him about his eye sometime
  • Voice Lines:

Fandom:

Inuyasha
Personality:
Although she was just a normal, modern girl, Kagome was strangely unfazed by the horrors, violence, and death in the Warring States era because of her strong spirit. Her heart is pure and kind, with it even being revealed that the only dark part that she ever had in her heart was her secret jealousy she had over Inuyasha's relationship and feelings towards Kikyō, but even this she eventually moves past. Even with this, she was not without her flawed, quirky side, which is typical of a girl her age.
Backstory:
While following Kikyo into the cave with the Miasma Kagome was suddenly surrounded by rat creatures. At first she thought they were demons but noticed she couldn't sense an demonic aura. "But they have to be demons. What else could they possibly be?" Suddenly just as one jumped towards she heard a gun shot and it fell to the ground. She turned around to see a man in strange clothes. They were medieval like which made no sense cause they were in japan for one thing and...."Y-you have a gun?!" Yeah Kagome was very confused but for right now they had to get rid of these creatures. Once they were done fighting them off the man explained to her what was going on. It was bad enough that time traveling was possible but now she was getting told about their being multiple universes. He asked her if she would help him out. "Yeah i'll help...shoot Kikyo I lost her! I'll meet up with you later." She ran off heading deeper in to the cave.

General Equipment/Gear:

Bow and Arrows
Part of the shikon jewel
Powers & Abilities:
Immense Purification: This power and ability allows Kagome to purify anything she touches. Kagome is not aware of when she can use these abilities, and they are not as strong and powerful as Kikyō's, who can blast an incredibly strong and powerful light purple-colored spiritual energy at an enemy from a distance.
Immense Spiritual Power: Kagome can pass through spiritual, shields, spells, and illusions, and can also sense evil demonic auras and be unaffected by them.
Jewel Detection: This ability enables Kagome to sense the presence, and exact location of the Shikon Jewel shards wherever they may be.
Time Traveling: Kagome can travel five hundred years back in time to the Feudal Era and her own time through an ancient well at her family's shrine called "the Bone Eater's Well ." Only she and Inuyasha are able to pass from one time to the other. ( Can only do this through that well)
Enhanced Eyesight: Being Kikyō's reincarnation, Kagome is able to see things that are or may seem invisible to the human eye. She can also see ghosts and spirits.

Name: Minato Arisato
Gender: Male
Race: Persona/Wild Card User. Human, but...unique.
Fandom: Persona 3 FES

Description/Personality: Originally, at the beginning of his 'adventures', it wouldn't be a lie to describe Minato as 'cold, unfeeling, and apathetic'. After a short life of witnessing death and the darkness of humanity, he simply began to feel disillusioned with the world - with its false 'peace', love, and happiness. Time with his life-long friends, the original SEES, managed to open his eyes and heart to the true wonders of life and Humanity - and, he began to 'feel', once more. Now a cool-headed and seemingly passive young man, Minato possesses an endlessly brave and loyal heart, although he would say that he isn't, in fact, 'a true hero'. He 'sacrificed' himself so that he could save his friends and those close to him - at least, that is what he says.

The truth is, nowadays, Minato cannot stand idly by while innocent people are in danger, even though he'd like to keep a low profile at most, if not all times. Despite his seemingly stoic and unbothered exterior, he is actually what some would label as 'idealistic', and his iron will makes it so that he will never shirk his beliefs, no matter the threat or danger. He is much more of a 'listener' than he is a 'talker', and he is genuinely a very empathetic and kind being to those that he allows into his heart, although his straightforward and emotionally distant exterior makes it hard to understand his true feelings at times. He is a very open-minded person, as seen by his absolute calmness in the face of otherworldly or outright unbelievable events, and he is the type of person to withhold judgement on another human being, seeing as it is not his place to condemn and judge others for being themselves. However, if they are, in fact, a danger to others - or himself, he sees no problem with taking action.

His sense of humor is very dry and wry, seeing as the boy himself isn't much of a joker, but his wit is surprisingly sharp and vast. He finds amusement in the most random of things, and has a patience that stretches a mile long - perhaps due to some of his more...excitable friends. As another thing of note, Minato's sense of humor is also rather dark and bleak due to his past, and although he tries to keep it under wraps, there are times where it tends to show itself.

Backstory: Will be written soon.

Powers/Abilities: Minato is a Persona-user. A small selection of humans with the ability to call forth powerful creatures of unknown origins - representations of the user's personality. However, even amongst Persona Users, Minato is a bit of a Wild Card...literally. Unlike other Persona users, Minato possesses the Wild Card, a trait that allows him to have many Personas within his Sea of Souls - his consciousness. This gives him an incredibly versatile power set, allowing him to cover different strategies and enemy weaknesses by switching out his Persona. Each Persona has spells and abilities unique to them, and by summoning a Persona, Minato himself gains somewhat tamer traits from that Persona, to use personally. After all, Thou Art I, and I Art Thou. They are Him, and He are They - the Personas represent Minato's inner self.

As a note - after gaining the power of the Universe Arcana - a special tarot card that imbues the user with its special power - it is unknown if Minato could even be considered 'human' anymore. Mortal shackles have always been loose around him, after all.

General Equipment/Gear: Other than the clothes on his back? None. His sword wasn't sealed with him, and neither was anything else - other than his Evoker. An Evoker is a handgun-like object that makes it much, much easier to summon Personas. By placing it to the side of his head, and pulling the trigger, it allows Minato to painlessly and instantly summon one of his Personas from his vast Sea of Souls.

Other:

  • He is a very big fan of music and literature - more specifically, smooth jazz and mystery novels.
  • Minato enjoys coffee a bit too much. Perhaps because of his long hours staying awake, playing Innocent Sin Online.

Name/Nicknames: Vergil
Gender: Male
Race: Half-breed (Human Mother/Demon Father)

Appearance:
In terms of physical Appearance, Vergil has fair, to pale skin, white hair, that he keeps swept back, in order to emphasize on his fierce and stoic facial expression. He has light blue-colored eyes.

In terms of apparel, Vergil commonly wears a long, silver buttoned blue coat with three separated coattails. A white, serpentine pattern runs around the collar, with a snakes head hanging over the coat's left shoulder, and its tail slinking down the right, all the way to the bottom of the coat. A gold lining runs across the edges of the coat, and a silky, golden flower blossom pattern decorates the inner lining. Each cuff of the coat also possesses five, gold buttoned straps with gold lining. The coat also features identical straps on each shoulder, decorated with silver buttons instead of gold. Underneath the coat, Vergil wears a navy blue ascot wrapped around his neck, which hangs over a black, sleeveless vest that reveals his well-toned arms and shoulders. He wears tan, finger-less gloves, a brown, snakeskin belt with a silver buckle, dark green pants with a scale pattern running across its surface, and tall, brown boots with two golden buckled straps at the top.

Fandom:
Devil-may-cry.png

Description/Personality: (Feel Free to Copy this Part from any Wiki)

Vergil is calm, cool, collected, and introverted, constantly maintaining an aura of fearlessness. Vergil cares little for the well-being of those around him, and is unflinching in his pursuit of power; however, in spite of his cold and ruthlessness demeanor, he is an honorable warrior, who maintains his own set of morals and disciplines, he despises fighting dirty and cheap tactics, and refuses using firearms, deeming them unworthy of a "true warrior", staying true to only his blade as well other melee weapons he managed to obtain from defeated enemies.

Backstory:

Embracing his demonic side in thirst for power, he erects a tower in the middle of the city, in an attempt to open a portal to the demon world and release the power of his father, the legendary dark knight Sparda. Unfortunately his plans are foiled by his own brother, Dante, who managed to defeat Vergil and trap him into the Demon world. In there, Vergil fought the hordes of undead, corrupted souls, demons and all sorts of freaks and monsters, that seemed to have no end. But Vergil's pride and determination gave him strength to push on, finally facing the Demon Emperor, and his uncle, Mundus. Finally he was going to defeat the monster who murdered his mother, and imprisoned his father. Standing before Mundus' chamber he meditated, gathering all the inner strength he could muster, in order to be in his top form. But before entering, Vergil is ambushed by several freaks, which were not like those he fought before. They were not demons, they were not corrupted souls. They seemed real as he slashed through their flesh.

Vergil sheathed his trusted Yamato, walking over to the corpse. There was blood, there were guts, there were bodies, which didn't turn to sand, didn't burn in the fires of destruction from his Devil Arm... Those things were not demon. Those things were something else. But he couldn't be bothered by this right now. He had a mission - to become stronger, so he does not lose to his brother anymore. For this reason, he had to defeat Mundus.

Just as he was about to enter, a portal appeared behind him. "More meat for the grinder!" He said, reaching for his sword. Turning around to face his new opponent, Vergil laid eyes on a strange medieval looking couple of a man and a dwarf, who stepped out of the portal. "Who are you and what do you want?"

Powers/Abilities:
Strength/Speed/Stamina -
The demon blood that courses through Vergil's veins and his quest for power had made him much much stronger than the average human, making him capable of leaping over a couple of stories high. His speed is something he is proud of, being able to slash his enemies in a blink of an eye. He can endure a whole lot more than an average human, but even Vergil does have his limits. In his numerous battles with Dante, he had been defeated only due to his inability to preserve his energy, going all out against his brother, who is a lot more laid back.
Devil Trigger - Embracing his demonic side, Vergil transforms into his devil form, gaining increased speed and strength, while in the meantime healing himself of all injuries. Being a half breed however, Vergil can only keep the D.T. up for a limited amount of time. While limited in time, the Devil trigger can be use indefinitely, as long as Vergil manages to defeat enemies. Every defeated enemy drops a life essence, which is absorbed within the amulet (SEE EQUIPMENT). When he has enough souls, the Amulet transforms them into Devil Magic, granting him Devil Trigger. Depending on the size and strength of the opponent, it could take him from 10 to 100 enemies defeated*** to be able to be granted D.T. (Just don't ask how it works, but it sounds balanced, so I am not braking the game mechanics)
Healing factor - Vergil can heal minor injuries. Serious injuries still pose a threat, but can be healed in Devil Trigger. He still feels the pain from those injuries, at least until they are healed. He doesn't feel pain in Devil Trigger, but suffers the effect of them.
Summoned Swords - Vergil can call upon swords of crystallized energy of various sizes, using them as an offensive or defensive tools. In Devil Trigger he can manipulate the size even further. He needs a clear line of sight of/to the enemy.
Flash step - Vergil can make quick flash steps that are so fast it seems that he is teleporting, but is limited to line of sight and one at the time. In Devil Trigger he can do up to 2 consecutive ones, but he still needs to have line of sight.

General Equipment/Gear:
Yamato -
A katana sword, forged by the legendary dark knight Sparda, especially for his son's birthday. It is imbued with Sparda's own black magic, allowing it to cut through time and space itself, allowing Vergil to open portals not only between two points in a certain space, but also through dimensions, making travel easier*.
Beowulf - set of black gauntlets and greaves with a somewhat animalistic look. The gauntlets vaguely resemble a wolfs head, with fangs and mane. The grieves look like clawed legs. They also have glowing veins that have white light flowing through them.
As they are "blessed with the sacred light," all of Beowulf's component emit light with each punch and kick. They are capable of concentrating light into a ball and throwing it or erupting it from the users body. It can also cover the user in light.

Force Edge - During his multiple run-ins with his brother and other demons, seeking to restore Sparda's power, Vergil got hold of his father's sword, The Force Edge. It was just then, that Vergil managed to learn how to open the portals between dimensions with Yamato*. The sword however has been stolen from Vergil, during his downfall in DMC3, and later used by Dante as his main Weapon in DMC, and later by Trish in DMC4**
Blue Amulet - A simple blue gem with a strap that he wears on his neck. Grants him Devil Trigger. If it is removed from him, he cannot transform into his devil form.

Complete Move Set - A complete list of Vergil's moves with all weapons w/ and w/o D.T.

Other: I reserve the right to add other DMC characters in the future, if this thing gets rolling. For now, Dante will be an NPC...

*Clarification: Vergil can only open portals between the Demon World and the Human World (within his own fandom world in the DMC universe). For this to happen however, a lot of preparation needs to take place. There is also a need of certain artifacts to be in one place and the conditions to be the correct one for that to happen. Those include: Vergil's Amulet, given to him by his mother, containing the blue half of the gem, Dante's Amulet, given to him by his mother, containing the red gem, Vergil's Yamato, Dante's Rebellion and Sparda's Force Edge. There is also the need for pure demon blood to be spilled, which is hard, considering the fact that all demons turn to ash when they are killed by a Devil Arm, and are unhurt by conventional means. This power is virtually one in a lifetime attempt.

Clarification**: DMC story-line is not consistent with game numbers, with games have been rebooted and remade in special editions... and the order is as follows: DMC3, DMC1, DMC4, DMC2, and the DmC - Devil May Cry somewhere before DMC3.

Clarification***: Since the rats are neither demons, nor normal beings, but soulless creatures bent on destruction, their souls are worth 1/5 of the regular one, which would mean it will take him much longer to empower himself and use Devil Trigger

Edit: Typos...
Edit 2: Some balances and clarifications.

Description/Personality: According to documents archived on HNN, Asana was a participant in "Project Nidus", an apparent Omni initiative geared toward creating nanite-infused warriors. Each warrior is said to wield an Ancient, a mythical weapon forged by GAIA in the heart of a Reactor. It is rumoured that Asana is currently tasked with guarding high-ranking Omni officials and keeping watch for other Nidus initiates at large in Atlas.

Years of nanite exposure have imbued her with the power to create protective forcefields and withstand brutal attacks. It also turned her purple. But don't bring it up, unless you'd like to be black and blue yourself. Asana is witty and a warrior with a strong determination, she won't ever give up until she's achieved what she's after.

Backstory: Asana was waiting outside an Omni officer's room ready to escort him when a huge rat creature appeared from behind a corner racing towards her. Attached to its tail, the rat was dragging around a PuP robot. The little thing was sliding on the floor with its metal jaws closed down on the rat's tail, but the rat didn't seem to notice the added weight. Asana had barely the time to extract her sword when she heard a firing sound, and the rat's body crashed at her feet. She looked up, and far behind the corpse saw a man standing at the end of the corridor, he didn't look like a citizen of Atlas. She walked up to him and demanded an explanation.

I could had it as pet, though it might count as second character and need to have it's own CS post.

Elekta Kount Elekta Kount Can I have two characters from the same fandom?

Atlas Reactor | Pup this is the little guy.

Come on, I mean, just look at him! How can you say no to such a cute little face? Ignore the fact that he is a murder machine, and just look at it!!!

And as far as I know, you are free to chose whatever fandom you like, you can get 2 characters max (for now). It is up to you to decide whether they will be from same fandom or not... Personally I decided to have 2 different fandoms, just so there are more universes and more different opponents and settings for us to have. But if not, I can easily add Dante as a second CS, it's just that I don't want to...

"My sole interest is uncovering the truth!"
Name: Goro Akechi
Gender: Male
Race: Human, A Wildcard, true, but Human nonetheless.
Appearance:

Fandom: Persona 5
Profile: (Feel Free to Copy this Part from any Wiki)
Akechi is a high school student who conducts a detective business. His abilities as a detective have been widely acclaimed, since he not only has solved numerous cases, but is also able to deal with people from the investigation agency smoothly. His handsome features draw him public attention, and people comment on him as “The Second Advent of the Detective Prince.”

Behind his popularity, he is quite lonely and yearns to be loved. He was abandoned by his father, subsequently lost his mother to suicide, and never had close friends. He was passed around the foster care system as an orphan and has developed a far more jaded worldview than he initially lets on, even calling himself an unwanted child. He has a desperate desire to be acknowledged, which he is forthright about being the primary drive for his actions as a detective. He also has a narcissistic element to his personality, wishing for others to see him as a hero and those who oppose him as the villains. Akechi claims that he has carefully crafted his public image in the hopes that it would make people accept him. He has the public's support only if he upholds the pretense of being a charismatic idol detective, and his fans are quick to turn on him if he makes mistakes, such as when the Phantom Thieves triumphed over Kaneshiro and Medjed.

Prelude: (How did your character Meet the Multi-Universe Pest Control Specialist?)
Shido's Palace, The Cruise of Pride ~ Engine Room.

Akechi, tired and beaten down by a group of Phantom Thieves faces a Cognition of his own self; an image of him based on the desire of the Palace's Owner, in this case, Masayoshi Shido; his Father. In a Standoff, Akechi shoots a switch which bars off the path between him and the Phantom Thieves; his once close friends. None of them knows what happened to him afterwards, presuming him to be dead...But that's not the case.

The Gunshot that the Cognitive Akechi shot had missed him, hitting the barred off path, prompting the real Akechi to shoot him, ending the Cognition. Sighing, he slumps down, sliding against the wall until he sat down on the floor as if resting. He had realized the error of his ways the moment his plan was near fruition, he laughed at himself at that fact. He left himself to die...Except the unthinkable happens.

A Group of tall, humanoid looking mice appeared before him, sporting what appears to be the gear of Japanese Shinobi. He merely scoffed, having no energy left to fight, he believes that this might finally be his ungrateful Finale. However, before he could accept his fate, a man clad in a black medieval like outfit blocked a hit for him out of nowhere, scoffing the following words:

"What? Are you only going to lay there and yield?"

"Aren't I lucky...?" Goro merely huckled as the man pushed the human sized rat off. It was clear that his intention was to exterminate the rats, seeing as he has no choice, he stood up, stretching his neck as his outfit began to change back into a white, prince-like look, sporting a long-nosed red mask and armed with a light blue energy blade.

"Alright...I'm not in best shape, so please bear with me." He requested, as the two then proceeded to defeat the rats. Though Goro initially struggled, he quickly learnt
Powers/Abilities: (Try not to make them too OP)
Persona - The power of one's soul, the Mask that assists us in a variety of ordeals, our 'True' Self. Though the true nature of this power is unknown, it can be summoned in a variety of ways. In Goro's case, by ripping off his Masks to summon his Personas.

Notice how I mention 'Masks'. Goro, too, is a Wildcard, despite not being the Protagonist. He can only use two Personas, Robin Hood and Loki, with the latter being his Initial Persona and got Robin Hood in another way.

images
Robin posseses a Bow which he can use to fire off both Curse(Dark Affinity) and Bless(Light Affinity) Arrows as well as Physical Energy Arrows which would deal Physical Damage. Aside from that, he can provide Healing and cast both Bless and Curse based Spells, usually dealing some manner of Magic Damage but can be evaded and if unfortunate enough, Nullified.

images
Loki, on the other hand, is a special cookie. Aside from only possessing Curse based skills, he can make someone or something go Psychotic; make someone go beserk out of their own accord. This skill is called 'Call of Chaos', and is Loki's Primary and Special Power. It appears to also boost one's Physical and Magical capabilities, but is blinded by pure rage and psychotic tendencies.

Other than that, Loki uses his blade to cut down opponents and inflict curse spells. He can also erects -karn barriers which reflects an attack once, both Magical and Physical. Although Almighty does not fit in this criteria.

Gun Handling
Swordsplay
Thief's Acrobatics
General Equipment/Gear:
Energy Beam Sword/Rapier/Shortsword
Pistol/Laser Gun
Other:
-Has a taste for pastries, preferably, Pancakes.

RedFrog RedFrog Your more then welcome to, just make sure that if they have any interaction you keep that as part of it.

Verde Verde Alright, that's perfectly fine. I just want a refrence point for ya power level as I am not familiar with the series.

Thepotatogod Thepotatogod He's good and accepted, but just be mindful not to spam any special attacks. Same goes with powers, it's okay for him to use em alot, but also make sure there's a but delay in between powers. Also, if your character has any nuking the entire room kinda ability please tone it down, I say this mainly because, again, I'm not too familiar with the series.

Gegawat Gegawat I need to pm you about your character, mainly I got an idea for some plot related stuff about him

_Exodus_ _Exodus_ How big is Micronus Prime? Compare to a human?
He is shorter than the giants from Skyrim, which your player character reaches around the knees (The only race with any sort notable height are the high elves, which still only reach the knees of the Giants) meaning the average human would be almost at eye-level Micronus's robot crotch

Name/Nicknames: Cirno
Gender: Female
Race: Ice Fairy
Appearance:
Cirno.full.1221149.jpg

Fandom: Touhou
Description/Personality:
Cirno is a childish, confident fairy who appears to have a superiority complex in regards to others. She proclaims herself to be "the strongest" on three separate occasions in Phantasmagoria of Flower View. In the game's manual, she is labeled as "9. baka" (⑨. バカ, lit. "9. Idiot") in an explanation of the game screen's layout. She was again labeled as such in the manual for Touhou Hisoutensoku. This implies that Cirno may be some kind of idiot, which does seem to be the case on some occasions - in Oriental Sacred Place, she is quite confused as to why nobody wants to buy her water-flavored shaved ice.

Despite this, she is smart enough to know when she is in deep trouble, such as her battle against Yuuka in Phantasmagoria of Flower View's story mode. She can also read, unlike some of her peers, such as Mystia Lorelei. She can also count (she shows knowledge of rounding and fractions in Fairy Wars).

Among other things, she greatly enjoys using her abilities to freeze frogs, then watch it revive while thawing out in the water. However, about one in every three attempts fails, shattering the frog to pieces. This has earned her a warning from Reimu Hakurei, who cautioned that she could be set upon by Suwako Moriya for her actions.

Backstory: (How did your character Meet the Multi-Universe Pest Control Specialist?)

It was a typical day for our beloved tomboyish girl, Cirno in the land of Gensokyo; freezing frogs on the lakeside by pure boredom. The other fairies appear to be playing on their own, and Daiyousei seems to be nowhere to be found at the moment. With the thought to at least visit her place, she encounters some abnormally large rats armed with weapons; rats that, to her very limited knowledge, may not exist in Gensokyo.

Like the idiot that she is, she demanded to know the reason they're here. The Rats did not answer, but instead, throws a bunch of shurikens at her, which froze upon contact with her skin, but still scratched her.

"Ow! Why'd ya do that?!" Cirno said in a enraged tone. The Rats merely ignored her, soon fleeing off. "Ooh, eye'll show you...!" She pouted, soon chasing after the rats yelling, "Get back 'ere, you!" she flew towards the rats as fast as her fairy wings could go, catching up to the rats along with an outsider fighting them. Just as the Outsider can shoot one of the rats, Cirno accidentally rammed the rat, freezing it's skin on contact. "Perfect...Freeze!" She soon grabbed the large rat, as she emitted a mist of cold air, encasing the rat on an ice box. The rats became scared of this, and soon began to run away.

"Yeah, that's right, get outta 'ere!" Cirno taunted, prompting the Outsider to finish a few off. And Cirno, seeing as how he took down her prey, decided to prove to him that she got this in the bag; firing a couple of icicles at the rats; others sticking to it due to the intense coldness if the icicle and the others were impaled.

"That's all of them in this world..."

"Yeah! That's what ye get for messin with me!" Cirno said with a confident tone, "Eye am the strongest after all!" she boasted, earning a side glance from the outsider human.

"Eh, so ye want me to go with ya and beat these rats up?" Cirno asked upon hearing the Outsider's insight on the situation. Feeling a bit intrigued, Cirno nodded. "Well, it's not like eye was doin' anythin' important anyway! I'm Cirno! So how're we gonna do this, anyway?" She appears to have forgotten about visiting Daiyousei, but that didn't stop her from going with this Outsider to a world far different from Gensokyo...

Powers/Abilities:
Cold Manipulation ~ Very Simple and Self Explanatory. She has control over the cold, baby! She seems to have a high degree of control over it, too. She freezes entire frogs just for shits and giggles, so that could potentially mean that she could freeze a LIVING HUMAN as well! She can also freeze incoming attacks such as other Danmaku(Magic Bullets) and Physical Objects, but not straight beams and lasers considering their high degree of heat. When she isn't using her freezing ability, she appears to emit this cold aura around her, meaning a cold breeze will be there no matter where she goes.
Danmaku ~ Ya'll heard of Bullet Hells? That's basically the gist of this ability. like many Gensokyans, has the ability to produce a great amount of projectiles at once in order to overwhelm the target with the sheer number of shots. Many users also add complex patterns in the form of spell cards to make dodging additionally difficult. These bullets are both physical and spiritual in nature, and they can perform both forms of damage at once. A danmaku user has the ability to fluctuate the lethality of their bullets, making them range from doing less than tickling the opponent to exploding upon impact. If a bullet collides with an opponent, it can bypass conventional durability to a certain extent and attack that opponent's spirit directly, which can make them grow fatigued, cause them to faint, or even kill them. Danmaku is not simply projectile spam, though; the attacks it is used for are often meant to have beautiful patterns and look very showy for observers. In the context of danmaku duels in Gensokyo, danmaku is used more as a "girls' play fight" instead of as a fight to the death. "If the bosses really wanted to kill the player, then a 10:1 bullet ratio wouldn't be necessary". However, in any serious situation, users do not adhere to the limitations of the Spell Card Rules and aim to maim or kill with their bullets. This means that bullets become overwhelmingly fast, beautiful spell card patterns are axed altogether, and attacks are meant to be impossible to dodge. Cirno's Danmaku skill is quite...Weak, to be honest. Her patterns are usually quite easy to dodge and could be predictable, really. As per the obvious, her Danmakus are very ice based and uses Ice as her main projectile.
