The sun rose over the sea covered horizon, casting everything in a serene glow. New Hele had been awake long before the sun had become visible, truthfully the city never slept. Various area's opened up, many began to wake up to prepare for their jobs and school, while others woke up to simply enjoy the day. In the end, it didn't matter as the sun continued to rise and the seagulls began to awake and fly through the slowly awakening city.
Summoners began to either summon or swap out one of their summons once they were fully awake.
New Hele never had to deal with snow, the temperature never dipping low enough that they would have to worry about it. So the only indication that it was currently winter was the colder temperature and the decorations that some shops and houses had up which were now being taken down since Christmas was over.
