Uninstall and reinstall the game. At least, that's what my friends tell me. I don't own Undertale, so I wouldn't be able to tell you first hand.

Cool, call me weird but I really care about the characters and if I ever got the game I would never reset the game on them. I may be a freak, but at least I'm proud about it
