Intro: In this timeline all the registration acts superhero, superhuman, mutant, alien, etc. we're combined as one known as the Super Accords. These were also instituted before the start of an Age of Heroes and in fact have been around since World War II. On Earth, superpowers and superweapons much be registered just like any kind of lethal weapon or firearm and it's a crime to be in possession of such without registering. There are many parts to the Super Accords but their existence has changed the world entirely.
Due to the Super Accords the world was well aware of aliens, the supernatural, mutants, etc a lot sooner and has developed a little further because of it. At the same time being any of these things no longer bear the same widespread stigma. There's even paths for those who want to be heroes to register as such with local authorities and be compensated for their assistance. However, being a secret identity vigilante or hero is still illegal.
About: This Roleplay will be about how the Super Accords influenced the events of the Marvel timeline completely changing the course of its history. Characters should pretty much be created on the beginning part of their development then grow, develop, evolve, and age overtime. Characters can be canons or oc, don't be afraid to take creative Liberty with canons. Just trying to not have any OP characters at the start. Not trying to have any Franklin Richards, Phoenix Force users, or Power Cosmic users at the start. This Roleplay will go through lots of plots and such so the story will certainly be a wild interesting ride. Totally open to suggestions and plot ideas from players as well as sub plots, character driven content, and even side stories.
Starting Plot: (Starting relatively small)
A five pronged criminal alliance under the worship of a being of pure evil. What makes them such a daunting foe is that their is always essentially five crime lords each bringing in their own wealth of assets and organizations under them. Now it has reached a point with their newest replacements of 2 crime lords that they have never been so powerful in the past. It seems they have enough power to begin making some serious moves. They have been influencing history since before World War II and now their activities are going beyond just influence but edging towards domination.
