Make the Worst Superhero/Supervillain

Pretty self explanatory. Create the worst superhero or supervillain by giving me their name and their power. They can either be terrible by having a stupid name, a useless power, or both!
I’ll start:

Superpower: Can create powerful vortexes
Name: The Suck

Superpower: Can seduce enemies
Name: Thotima

Name: The Blur
Superpower: Can run faster than the speed of light (but can’t see faster than light)

Name: Meat Sheild.
