Well, the character sheet looks quite rough, but it's OK besides a few things. Why's she in Matsuyama? There's nothing in here that says she moved, or gives her any reason to be in Matsuyama, which is where everything is taking place.

For another thing, are you reusing a character sheet or something like that? It's not against any rules, but there's a point that refers to her as "Umiko". Are you SURE you want to go with that power? There's already a character who's power is summoning Pokémon.

Welll i can't find a Digimon Ginjika For her (it was an Female version of War greymon, but i went with umbreon I'm not trying to Rip-off i Rather have her use a power like an umbreon anyway) Also i forgot too add that.

After much thought, I'm sorry to say this but I'm going to reject your character sheet for various reasons. Upon giving it further thought, I don't think there's room for newcomers. There might be room in the future, but for now, no.
