Sebastian can manipulate blood, mainly his own, but also on rare occasion in others. He can create blood constructs and use his own blood in combat. Although he isn’t the best at this aspect of his powers

Where Sebastian’s true power lies is in this aspect of his ability. Sebastian can absorb blood, while removing it from the source, into his body and use it in various. Anyone who has experienced this will testify to its excruciatingly painful and even lethal feeling. Sebastian can drain someone of all their blood and leave nothing but a husk.
Weaknesses: Powers Limits: if he uses too much of his blood, he risks bleeding out or dying from blood loss. He is limited to the blood in his own body or the blood in others. To absorb someone’s blood, he must have physical skin to skin contact. He is only able to withhold a limited amount of blood before he can absorb more.

Personality: Sebastian is like a stray tomcat. He isn’t sure how he feels about most people and make it a point to keep people at a distance. Yet he always stays close to those he finds interesting in case he decided he wants company. Very distrusting at times of both people, place and everything in general. Sebastian is a little ragged around the edges from one too many fights, but he is too stubborn to sit quietly and play nice when the situation calls for it. Sebastian seems to want a real connection to people, but always seems to scare to make that commitment. He is like that stray cat that looks at you wants to come home, but turn tail and run the minute you try to befriend it.
History: Sebastian Spears is a name that should raise some red flag for those in the know. The Spears family runs one of the most feared crime syndicates, that specialize in enforcing and vicious take downs. His father, Nathaniel Spears was known is known to most people in the criminal world as the butcher. A vicious and cruel man, who doesn’t spare a glance when it comes to killing others. A man who built his empire out of blood and the bodies of others. He demands and recessives great respect and loyalty of his people. A man whose weapon of choice was a cleverer and whose men were well versed in knives fighting. Sebastian’s childhood was tough and would constantly have to watch his back. He and his mother eventually made a run for it. Life on the run wasn’t any better for Sebastian, especially with his father and his men looking for them. Currently with his mother dead and his father still looking for him, Sebastián has made a temporary home in the city. He isn’t sure how long he can stay and at any moment is prepared to make a run for it. Currently Sebastian is going to make the most of his current life.
