Weapons: Uses a Standart-Commissariat Pistol as Ranged weapon also has a Officer Sword for ceremonical purposes...and occassionaly fighting.

History/Background: One of the many Commissar's working under the Commissariat of the Empire, Lord Commissar Hoch has made a name for himself as a strict Enforcer of the Imperial Law in the No-man's land. Tales of his anhilation of the Warlords of the East in which he lost almost half of his face is told to the children to scare them. Though if something is for sure it is that the Enforcer of Law is not getting any younger.
