Delancey was born to Glen Krew and Lynn Krew. Glen is head of the engineering on Alpha and Lynn is head of research, both are on the council. Delancey lived a privileged life, and was offered more than most. She was looking to either follow in her mother's footsteps, or even to spread her wings and go into the medical field. Nothing is known of reasoning for her crime, nor can anyone get her to talk about it. There are things that Delancey knows that not even her parents know. ​

Bryce was arrested attempting to hide his twin sister (Quinn) from the Guard:
Official documents state aiding and abetting, resisting arrest, inciting a riot.


Bryce and Quinn's parents are both deceased. Their father had been a mechanic and was floated for illegally trading parts for moonshine. Shortly there after their mother became sick and Bryce started an early apprenticeship with his father's boss learning the trade to earn credits for food and medicine for his family.

When the Guard came to arrest his sister they were more than annoyed to find she was gone. It took them six days to finally figure out he had hidden her literally inside the walls of the station. After this it had been decided that he too would be arrested for deliberately resisting the law. They had come for him while at work and a protest started, while Bryce did not officially resist arrest or start the riot, the charges were still made.​

Quinn was arrested for stealing medical supplies for her ailing mother.


After her and Bryce's father had been floated Quinn did everything she could to earn credits to help support her family. She had taken on work in the farming station and it was there she discovered the uses of plants, many of those medicinal. Once her mother became ill and Bryce started working doubles she knew she needed to do something to help. One day during her shift she stole some herbs that would help her mother get well and return to work.

With the count off at the end of the shift each of the workers quarters were searched and the herbs were found in the Elliot residence, but Quinn was no where to be found. After her and her twin brothers incarceration she found out that her mother had passed away due to her illness.

Seoul was arrested for impersonating a guard, attempted theft, resisting arrest and 3 counts of aggravated assault.


Seoul was born to Busan Park and Jane Park, Busan was a doctor while Jane was a farmer. Seoul always lived a middle class sort of life his family wasn't rich but they were far from poor, so to say the least if Seoul wanted something unless it was something utterly stupid or too expensive he got it. Seoul never knew what he wanted to do with his life he had many opportunities all that he just let pass by which ended up with him getting involved with the wrong people.

Seoul got involved with a small group who ended up calling themselves the "Sons", now the group never did anything illegal but always talked about it in private but one day that changed. One of the members stole a guard uniform it seemed they we're finally going to do something they had always talked about, stealing a large amount of medicine and giving it to those that need it. Many of the Sons tried the uniform on but it was either to big or too small until Seoul tried it on and it was perfect. The plan was simple since Guard's can pretty much travel anywhere unquestioned Seoul was just meant to walk to the medical supply and let the rest know when it was safe, then he just had to stand on watch as the rest stole everything and left.

The plan went at first perfectly they got to the medical supply without a hitch. It took the group a while but just as everything seemed like it was going finally everything went downhill quickly. It turns out the day they decided to try and steal medical supplies was the day it was going through a full count. Seoul only knew one thing he could do to alert the rest as well as get them out. The second the people counting it got in sight he punched one and then another when the guards came he refused to get arrested or settle down. When they finally arrested him and get inside the room everyone else was gone but all the supply's were still there. Still he was happy at least everyone else got out.


He was named after the capital of South Korea, his father's family had always named their children after old cities of Korea in order to remember the old.​

A little about them-
Noctis parents were floated when he was a child when it was discovered that they had another child. Noctis sister was spared as she was only a newborn. His godmother took them in but was sparsely around. She was on the council and always busy. As a result Noctis was left to care for his younger sister. They were rather close and he took this responsibility seriously.
When he came home early one day he found an ark guard sexually harassing his sister. Enraged he attacked him and beat him until he fell into a coma. No one believed Noctis or his sister about the guard and he was locked up.

It doesn't matter that the man was the first to start the fight, nor that Xavier didn't mean to kill him, the law is the law. ​

On Alpha, they really don’t have time to medicate and take care of crazy. Dylan's father, Glenn Reese, has tried his best to stay inline ever since the floating, knowing Dylan only had one parent left. Dylan was teased relentlessly about his mother and her ways. Everyday the mental burden of his mother, the teasing, and even his father’s over pleasant attitude burrowed painfully deeper into his chest. Having enough of it, Dylan stole a gun from his father’s friend. He shot his father, the neighbors, and turned it on himself when guards came. They wrestled him and he’s been in solitary confinement for three months. He learned the neighbors had survived. Everyday his resentment towards the people on Alpha grew.

A little about them - When Avery was born, her mother was in jail for more than a dozen counts of breaking and entering and thievery. She was floated a week after her brother was born. Her father was an engineer who worked all the time to afford raising two kids on his own. This left Avery the job of raising her brother, Anthony. She did anything and everything for him, and eventually she became resentful of him. No one knew that Anthony had mental issues. He would fight her sometimes when she tried to change him, or curl up on the ground and refuse to eat.

The strain of it broke her. She didn't really want her brother to die, but she did hold his head down under water for a little too long. Avery got help as soon as she realized what she'd done, but it was too late. She was hysterical and fought the guards as they took her away, screaming to anyone who could hear that she didn't mean to do it. ​

A little about them-
Ebon grew up in a stable home. His mother was a doctor that worked in the medical war, his father was a guardsman. His parents spoiled him where they could, being an only child made it easier than some would think, given the conditions of living on the space station. His parents showed him love and affection, and he always had more than he could ever ask for in life.

Well, except for friends. Many people on the station knew he liked everyone, no matter what gender or orientation gender wise in their mind. He believes that all people are equal and there should be no shame in such things. This of course didn't go unheard of across the whole station.

One day his dad was at work and his mother was out doing shopping for that nights dinner, it was count night. His father was counting the other side of the station. He was minding his own business when they came knocking. he let them in, and took his spot lined up next to his bed. That's when it happened of course, but he was having none of it.

He grabbed a book off his bed and whacked the guard in the side of the head with it, and that was all they wrote. There was nothing his father could do for him, except for watch on in shame. His mother was crying inconsolably as he was taken away.

A little about them-
Sorsha grew up in the poorer sections of the ship, where food was scarce, and you had to struggle just to survive. Her mother, a tailor, was on her death bed, after becoming very ill, and not being able to get treatment. And not being able to eat wasn't giving her immune system any help fighting off the illness.

One day Sorsha sneaked to the richer portion of the ship, having taken a richer looking outfit her mother had made to make her look like she belonged there. Upon doing so, she made her way to where they sold the food. She was doing gloriously in her stealing, until one of the passersby bumped into her and knocked all of her goods all over the floor.

She put up a fight, actually managing to bash a guards head in and killing them before they managed to capture her and take her in.
