"Yeah sure. It's better than having teachers ramble on and students arguing about anything." She replied, as the school bell rang. She visibly cringed, her sensitive ears hurt from the sound.

Seth looked back and shrugged his shoulders. "Let's get away from here then." Seth didn't know the town, he'd just moved two days ago and being antisocial was his thing, normally. He walked until they came across the shopping district by chance. "Well......this'll do." Seth noticed that there was a decent number of people, but not enough that he'd feel he was in trouble.


Be careful Seth. Saleh chimed in his ear. Seth had once gotten into trouble in a similar situation before where he unleashed Mordis. It didn't end well.

Rea's eyes lit up, as she saw colorful stands with various food in it and some shops which sell very cool things. Even though this was out of character for her, she jumped up and down in excitement. Only people she can trust got to see this rare side of her. And Seth was one of those few people she considered as a friend.


She grabbed his hand dragged him over to a stall excitedy, looking at the delicious mouth watering food. She ordered some and paid for it, handing half of it to Seth.

Seth looked at Rea dumbfounded. First she came off as bitchy, but here she was acting like any normal girl on a school trip. He started to laugh despite the looks he got from other people. It was such a contrast in the two sides of her that he couldn't help it. "I'm sorry, but what a change in character." Seth said as he finally calmed down and ate some yakisoba that he'd gotten to go with the food Rea bought. "So, how'd you end up at Lakoria?" Seth spoke while eating as he sat down on a bench. Manners didn't matter to him because he figured that impression didn't mean anything when you'd be leaving within a month.

Kyzaba watched the girl that stood in front of him protecting the two weaklings that were unable to use their powers. Kyzaba looked around the gym... Wait... "What happened to the dragon dude?" He asked, unable to recall the name of the boy. Also, I'm pretty sure there was a lonely girl somewhere around here. He looked at his watch and right as he did so, the bell rang and thus, the nervous and dangerous game of metal dodge ball has ended.


"Well. Glad that is over." He whispered as the class began to empty out. Kyzaba then realized that the girl in front of him still hasn't told him her name yet. "Hm. I'm sure you haven't introduced yourself properly yet." He said, willing her to tell him her name. Kyzaba sighed but gasped immediately when he heard. "I WANT TO SEE ALL THE LATE STUDENTS RIGHT HERE!" when half the class has pretty much already left. Argh... should've left sooner. Kyzaba thought, now knowing what he might have to face.

Joseph Foreve finally arrived to school, for his very FIRST, and possibly LAST, day at the school. He pulled out his key and twisted it and went out of Taurus(

) and looked at his schedule. He looked for the current time and saw lunch, the middle class of the day. He grinned. He'd run in the halls, without getting caught, and arrived to lunch. "Taco and er......... Milk." He'd say to the lunch lady, receiving what he had asked for. He'd grin and sit down as he put his earplugs in his ear. Pandora looked around as students began to flood the halls, to which Pandora sighed, growling. She lifted her hood over her head and made her way to the cafeteria. She arrived, and saw that every table had at least one person at it, if not many. She then made her way to a far corner and sat down against the wall, then pulled out her book to make herself look occupied. She didn't really read the book; she honestly couldn't care less, but it kept her busy, or at least looking like it. She blew a pink bubble from her mouth, which then popped and she began chewing on it again.

Tyrrell looked around the gym watching the students leave. He didnt to get into trouble with one of the teachers, on the first day of school. He then started to walk towards the doors, still hoping not to get noticed.

Corvus's heart was still beating rapidly after he had left the ravaged gymnasium. He couldn't believe he was alive, and he had lunch next to boot! He walked into the cafeteria with a hidden but victorious smile on his face, eager to celebrate with some good food.


He only realized how hungry he was once he got in line. His stomach roared about as loudly as one of the monsters back at the gym, but it would all be worth it once it was his turn. Once he got his food, he left the line and sat at a table the corner. There was a girl sitting on the corner who was chewing some gum while reading a book, but he didn't sit too close to her since he felt that she wouldn't like to be bothered.


His tray had some pulled pork, toasted bread and peaches all separated. Once he took a bite of the pork, a bittersweet smile formed on his face. It was unmistakable, that meat reminded Corvus of Kansas City, his hometown. Before it was ravaged, anyway. He chuckled a bit and continued eating. He was remembering his childhood, but now he was in the world of the past. He laughed at the fact that he was technically remembering the future. What a strange world this is, he thought as he continued eating.

Just then, the bell rang and signaled the end of the death dodgeball game. The entire gym cheered, with one faint groan from the gym teacher and his instructions to return all the equipment into their original places before leaving. He also yelled for the late students to come see him but she tried to ignore his loud voice, her eardrums ringing from the annoying sound echoing around the large gym.


Shina deactivated the flame shield and immediately felt faint. The shield had zapped too much of her stamina to block all the balls that had flew their way. Shaking off the nausea, she began to walk toward the exit of the gym. She paused for a second, thinking as if to make a decision, then shrugged.


"I'm Shina by the way. Matsumaya Shina. You can call me Shina if you want. Bye." She turned and headed toward the library, poking the doll on her shoulder on the nose.

The root jumped from the poke, making a quick squeak noise, then rushed off behind Shina to follow wherever she was going.

"Well... Bye." Kyzaba said simply before looking at the other girl. "And what is your name?" He asked with a curious face. Honestly, when Kyzaba first saw the other girl, he'd thought that she and Shina were sisters but they were actually completely different. Well... It'd be good to make some friends early on in the school year. He thought.

Shina stopped by the cafeteria to grab a bag of chips from a vending machine before heading to the library. She made sure she quickly finished eating the snack before reaching the building, feeding some small pieces to the doll following her like a loyal dog. Pushing open the doors to the library, she quickly checked in which the librarian and found a table in the far corner where she could be by herself.


She picked the doll up and sat him on the table. "Sit here and behave. I'm going to be right back." And with that said, she went off to find some research books with a worried feeling similar to that of a mother to her child.

Corvus sat at his table enjoying his meal while he noticed a boy and a girl talking at another table. They seemed to like each other a little bit, and that reminded him of the short but sweet friendships he had back in his hometown. Of course they were all gone now, and he was the only one left. As he finished up his lunch, he wondered what it was like to have a friendship that lasted. It was only the first day, so there was no need to fret. But Corvus had a hope that maybe one day in school he'll meet somebody he can talk to. Somebody he can trust. And with that, he finished his water, threw the empty tray out, and began to wander around the cafeteria a little bit.
