Real Name: Kuihana Misae

Username: Amayoa

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Height: 5'9"

Personality: Exuberantly loud, confident, and just generally outstanding Kuihana stands as the (in)famously nicknamed 'superhuman' of her school. Did you ever have one of those classmates? You know the ones, the type who always had good grades, were on the sports teams, and still had time to enjoy themselves? The kind who effortlessly seemed to make your own tiring and unending hours of study seem like they were all for nothing? That, would be the way that Kuihana could be described by those people.

Consistently the top of her class, and the star of her school basketball team, Kuihana is an individual who... excels, to say the least. Generally, her approach to things is rather laid back. In contrast to her good grades she is consistently late to class, and can often be chatting directly over the teacher, not much much as bothering to even attempt to hide her voice and avoid repercussions. Likewise, she shows little concern for teamwork. Most prevalent in her basketball matches, she often completely ignores the calls made by her teammates and coach, nigh on forcing them to play around her, rather than with her should they have any chance of succeeding. And yet, she still produces better results than anyone else she comes across. With her grades, there is little her teachers can do other than put her in detention for a few hours, and her team is unable to boot her due to her extreme capability as a player. As you can imagine, this tends to draw the ire of more than a few of the folks within her year.

She has no restraints on, well, anything. If she doesn't like something, she'll immediately work at doing something about it, and while this would normally be considered a good thing, she also does so with no regard for how it affects others. To make things easier to understand, she's the kind of person who will drop the AC to sub zero temperatures just because she was a little sweaty. And then hide the remote. Whether it to be considered a good thing, or just another infuriating apart of her personality, Kuihana shows little to no malice in her actions, them usually coming off as either her just not caring about the consequences, or as her screwing with whomever it is she decided to antagonize that afternoon because 'they're funny when they get grumpy'. To top everything off, she has essentially no concept of stopping or slowing down, continuing to do what it is she feels like until she is forcibly made to stop. There is the chance that someone could manage to reason with her, but that would require them taking on the nigh impossible task of their convincing her that hers may not exactly be the best course of action.

There are only a few people around who ever actually manage to pull this off on a regular basis, and can, for lack of a better term, be defined as the persons 'holding her leash.' Besides acting as the few people that can actually stand Kuihana's abrasive personality, they're also accredited with preventing her from going through with her... Stupider, desires. Such as insulting her teachers to their face, or regularly setting off the fire alarm because she didn't feel dealing with class at that particular moment.

Strengths:

  • "Clllleeevvveerrr Giirrrrlll" - Kuihana is kinda like a raptor. She's smart, quick-witted, and isn't likely to go down without having put up a fight first.
  • "Ain't Hatin'" - She isn't one get angry, let alone hold a grudge. Mostly because she can't be bothered with actually spending her precious time on being angry at some insignificant little stain on her day, rather than goodwill. But hey, at least it's something, right?
  • "Not going about lyin' either" - Likewise with her 'levelheaded' nature, Kuihana isn't about to go around spreading lies about someone to piss them off, or to get her way. This owes to the fact that she believes that anyone who has to actually rely on lying to do either of those things is more worthless than a
  • "Pump the volume!" - Kuihana is a HARD person not to notice. She's loud, animated, and has no problem with getting inside somebody's personal space. With this, and her general cleverness, she could likely make a decent leader. If was wasn't for her complete lack of game knowledge and respect for 90% of the people she knows.
  • "3.14159265358..." - Kuihana has like, a REALLY, good memory. It's not photographic or anything, but she usually only has to read something two or three times before she can repeat it off the top of her head.

Flaws:

  • "What the hell is a HUD?" - Despite her playing of SAO, Kuihana isn't much of a gamer. As in, the only game she's played in the past five years is Candy Crush, she only really picked up SAO because she thought the whole idea of virtual reality sounded cool and wanted to try it out. So... She doesn't really have any clue what half of the stuff in the game works, she doesn't even know how to like, say, navigate the HUD, for example.
  • "Ah, no yeah I'm in the right." - Kuihana has a bit of an issue in that she pretty much always believes she's in the right. As such, she will near never admit to her wrong-doings, mostly because she considers them right-doings.
  • "Not only am I in the right, I'm also just right" - A simple one, Kuihana pretty much always believes that her course of action is the best one, and will actively belittle and tease anyone who tries to move in any direction other than the one she has determined.
  • "Eh? Nah." - For the reasons stated above, Kuihana is unlikely to listen to anyone other than a select few people. The fact that she considers herself to know best in any given situation, rather than plain disobedience, it is possible to get her to co-operate. So long as you can convince her that your plan is the better one.
  • "So what?" - Kuihana never learns. Well, at least on a behavioral level. Despite her immense intellectual capabilities, she still manages to keep doing the same thing over and over again. Screwing with her classmates, skipping classes, you name it. Owing to her utter disregard for the consequences, nothing ever seems to persuade the girl to make better on her frequent acts of delinquency. But who knows, maybe the death game to come will finally teach her a lesson.
  • "You say something?" - Unfortunately, well, for others at least, Kuihana is an extremely inconsiderate person. She'll act without a though of how she could affect others, or how her actions will make them feel. The only people she ever takes a moment to think about, are her aforementioned 'leash holders' and they, are few and far between.

History:
When you're Kuihana Misae, everything just sort of goes well.

A common trait among geniuses, athletes, and other outstanding folk is that they, at some point in their life went through trails and tribulations that made them who they are today. Some people are bullied because of their talents, others only develop them because they're so cripplingly alone that it was the only way for them to escape from their woes, there are even those that are just crushed under the expectations that their superiority brings. Kuihana on the other hand, stands as a mockery to all the hardships they endured.

Her birth threw her into the arms of a stable family, she developed the ability to speak around a year earlier than your average child, she practically ruled the playground in kindergarten and, to top it all off, the first kid who tried to bully her went home crying a few moments later. Upon moving into primary school, she quickly established herself as the top of the food chain, taking the top spot in both her academic and physical pursuits. Socially, she had little to no issues, any would-be bullies were able to touch the girl behind her wall of wit and vigor, and even attempts to socially ostracize her were cut off by her involvement in nigh everything than went on in the school. The only thing coming close to an issue with her life, was the fact that, save a select few, nobody actually liked her, owing to her already boisterously obnoxious personality. But, when you're Kuihana Misae, you're usually too busy being outstanding to care about that kind of thing anyway.

Moving into middle school, not much changed. In fact Kuihana only seemed to be enjoying herself more, coming onto the revolutionary idea of skipping classes, she found herself with even more time to... Do whatever it was she felt like doing with her free time. Of course, her parents didn't exactly share in her enthusiasm about her discovery, but the frequent groundings they flung upon her caused little more concern in the girl than the spite of the classmates she who she, regardless of her frequent absences, managed to outclass as effortlessly as she ever did. And, to top it all off, she knew exactly how impressive her feats were. Maintaining her perfect grades in her classes, any argument her parents would try to make against her actions ended within a few moments, and being fully aware of how jealous her classmate were of her effort-free progress through school, she went out of her way to rub it in their faces, if for no other reason than that it was funny, worsening her social standings even further. But, when you're Kuihana Misae, you're usually too busy being outstanding to care about that kind of thing anyway.

Going into depth for her high-school years would be redundant. Nothing really changed as she advanced through her school years, and, even going into her final year of school, Kuihana behaved in much the same manner as she had as a thirteen year girl. There was the advent of her joining a sports team, and, of course, becoming a key player, followed with her doing as she does and causing all but one member of the team to revile her just as much as anyone else did. But, again, going into depth would be redundant. The only real deviation from her usual habits would be a sudden interest in gaming. Or rather, one of the gimmicks attached to it. With the rise of Virtual Reality of technology, Kuihana's interest was, understandably, piqued, so when Sword Art Online, the first real thing for it that didn't just consist of learning nonsense or walking around in the environment, released, she pushed her way to the front queue, forced her way to the counter and attained her copy. Only a few hours from then would she be setting up her NerveGear, and initializing her first FullDive without a worry in her mind. Because, when you're Kuihana Misae, everything just sort of goes well.

Right?
