Lmfao Daisuke is a fucking poser bro. Daisuke idolizes american hip hop artists, and desperately wants to be like them. As such, he's an avid liar, and tends to tell people fake stories about his life. He is hyper masculine, and hot-headed as fuck. He's quick to become angry, and can go from laughing with you to punching you in your face at the drop of a hat. Daisuke is controlling, egotistical, and unbending to the will of others. It is his way, or the highway. Though he thinks his attitude makes him seem tough, he often comes off as bratty. Daisuke is extremely insecure about everything, but in particular, his bisexuality. He denies liking boys to such an extent, that he tends to pick on boys that he finds cute to further assert his dominance. He loves Hip Hop, both American and Eastern, and often attempts to speak like the rappers that he idolizes. Despite his buffoonery, Daisuke is very intelligent and particularly deft with languages. He's become fluent in Japanese (his first language) English, and Korean in his young life. He's quite the party animal, and quite the rebel. Daisuke will often be found shouting nonsensical phrases and sounds. He often attempts to conceal his interests in shit that he deems to be uncool, babyish, or girly. He's quick to fluster and doesn't take well to criticism.

Akiyama Daisuke has never been comfortable in his own skin. He was born to two very rich parents, Akiyama Togouro and Akiyama Keiko. His father is a corrupt business man and his mother is a high end clothing designer. Daisuke grew up as an only child, and was spoiled out of his mind. The only discipline his parents ever provided was forcing him to learn how to play the piano and the violin. Luckily for him, he turned out to be a bit of a virtuoso, and he picked up the fundamentals very quickly. He could be considered advanced by most musicians at his current age. What he lacks in soul, he makes up for in technical ability.

He grew up to despise both of his parents. Both of them have hectic schedules, and neither of them have time for the boy. He's had nannies since he was two, and has been raiding the expansive liquor cabinets in his house since then. In middle school, he was known for hosting parties in his parents' mansion. He'd pay off the housekeepers out of his hefty allowance to clean up the mess and keep the parties a secret. Just before entering high school, Daisuke took an interest in rap music, both Eastern and Western forms. He completely reinvented himself upon attending high school and forced his parents to pay for studio equipment so that he can record his very own rap records.

At such a young age, his songs lack substance, but they're god damn catchy. He wants to be the coolest kid in school, or die trying. And yeah, that's a 50 Cent reference. Oh and in case you're wondering about the patch? Dude has two eyes. He just wears the eyepatch to make himself seem tougher. Daisuke tells a different story about how he lost his eye every time someone asks. Don't ever touch it, he will immediately punch you in the face.

Haruka is the quiet silent type. She's rather pessimistic about life and would be considered depressed by most, but she hates pity so she doesn't voice these feelings at all. Instead, she just comes off as

disinterested in everything with the exception of music, drumming, and gaming. For the most part she's pretty chill, and she's responsible when it comes to activities of a musical nature. She spends a lot of time on the internet and knows quite a bit about properly recording music. You know how some people say they like all types of music but they don't mean it? Haruka's the same way. She can't listen to a track without drums. But other than that she has a pretty wide range of musical taste...except she despises pop music. She lights up whenever she's playing. Haruka has a rebellious streak and prefers to march to her own rhythm *shot* but she's much more low key than her soon to be bud, the DICE man. Haruka generally dislikes rich children, and can be quite jealous of them. If she doesn't like you, she might steal some shit from you and sell it. She does some pretty hood shit but she's very, very quiet about her illicit activities. Haruka despises school and doing schoolwork. When in class, she doesn't pay any attention and just taps her fingers and drums in her head. Though quiet, when she's gaming she can be remarkably obnoxious and troll-like. She won't admit it but she totally thinks Osamu-Sensei is cute.

I'm not gonna flesh this out. It is what it is. Haruka's an only child and lives just below what could be considered middle class. Her parents are constantly arguing, making her home chaotic and loud. All she had to block out the noise when she was younger was an old walk man. When she was a young child, she used to steal CDs from local music shops. In her 5th year of elementary, Haruka took up percussion, and discovered her natural talent for rhythmic instruments. It's probably the only thing next to video games that allows her to remain so even tempered. When she's not releasing stress on an actual drum she's that annoying kid in the back tapping her pencil or her thighs.

Haruka took up petty theft to get all that she has. She owns a stolen laptop, and a stolen iPod, one of the really old thick ones. Her iTunes collection and game collection are her pride and joy. She often steals cell phones and removes the SIM cards to sell them online. Haruka promised herself she'd stop stealing once she had enough money for a personal drumset.

Rinku is a free spirit. He has an open mind and he isn't afraid of failure. Rinku will pretty much try anything, no matter how experimental it is. Form, structure, and tradition are his worst enemies. With his art, he likes to try new and unconventional techniques. Speaking of art, Rinku's really into it. He does just about anything you can think of, and again, he isn't afraid to try something new, which is why he's taking ballet lessons. Rinku wants to innovate art as we know it and change its very definition...which is why he comes off as weird as shit.

You see, Rinku just doesn't fucking stop. He carries a camera around and snaps candid photos of people...he runs up to strangers and hugs them just to get their reaction...he asks people if they want to pose nude for him, stuff like that. Though a lot of people think he's a pervert, he's probably the least perverted person in school. He doesn't sexualize nudity, and likes to celebrate the human form. Abstract and avant garde shit is his favorite shit. He can be an intense critic and hates mediocre work. His gentle soul would be soothing to be around if you didn't have to worry about him fake crying for practice. Rinku's ideas are hit and miss. But when the risk is worth it...it's worth it. You're probably thinking that Rinku comes from a family of artists. WELL YOU'RE WRONG! SO THERE! Rinku is the middle child of three siblings. His father works a typical Japanese office job and his mother is bedridden. Rinku's older sister stays home and takes care of their mother while Rinku and his younger brother are away at school. If you were to ask Mrs. Matoi, she'd tell you that Rinku was always a strange child, and he may or may not have been dropped on his head a few times as a baby.

He took an interest in expressing himself creatively very early. As a child, he told his parents he wanted to learn how to play electric guitar, but they accidentally bought him a bass instead. That was the beginning of his obsession with the instrument. He played cello in orchestra until he was tall enough to play an upright double bass.

Before high school, Rinku tried to get into drama but he grew bored performing unoriginal work. So to satiate his thirst, his next love was being behind the camera. He created strange avant garde movies in his parent's tool shed, which was eventually cleaned out and turned into his own personal studio. Nowadays when he gets home he doesn't even sleep in his room anymore.

Oki's kind of an asshole. It's really god damn easy to piss him off. And when he gets wriled up about something he gets real riled up, he'll start stating facts and get real deep on your ass about like...culture and stuff when he's triggered. He's really fucking smart, both in terms of book smarts and genuine wisdom. His wisdom beyond his years isolates him from his peers, leading him to come off as sarcastic and bitter toward most. Ignorance is his biggest pet peeve. However, he's not all bad. He's got a wildly dark sense of humor, and can find something funny in just about every fucked up situation. He often makes jokes at other peoples' expense, and sometimes even his own. Highly self aware and intellectual, he can't stand shallow conversation and often ridicules those who participate in it. Oki has lived his life being confused for a foreigner. In reality, Oki is of Ainu descent. The Ainu are the native Japanese, akin to Native Americans in that they were mostly wiped out or genetically blended in with foreign invaders. They are similar to Native Americans in appearance, and many of them also have Russian blood. Kosa's particular family line is mostly pure blooded Ainu. He grew up with tales of his ancestors, and he fuckin' loved them. However, when he moved on down to Tokyo to attend elementary school, he found that he'd often be ostracized by other children for his appearance. He's even darker than most Ainu, soooo most people don't believe him when he says that he is. He developed a sarcastic habit of allowing people to believe he was whatever race they thought he was. As he grew older, he began to realize that his peoples' history was skimmed over in school, as if it didn't exist. Enraged and disillusioned, Oki took the internet to express his frustrations. It was there that he learned of many other people across the world suffering from racial micro-aggressions on a daily basis. An interest in political literature grew within him, and he's been a social justice warrior ever since. He's shooting to be the president of newspaper club before he graduates high school.

To many students and teachers, she comes off as overly critical and nit picky. She's cold, and often insulting when she's telling someone what they're doing wrong. Yuki maintains a high pressure environment and expects her students to live up to it. She's been known to make students cry. However, she does it all out of love and passion for instructing. Yuki deeply cares about her students and urges them to succeed. She believes that by constantly pushing them past their limits and never being satisfied, that they will become AMAZING at math and or music.

Yuki hates to show her soft side and avoids it whenever possible, but believe me, it's there. She struggles to maintain her conservative and professional behavior around her fellow instructor, Akira, whom she has a love hate relationship with. Yuki rejects his advances but secretly homolusts for him.

Yuki's been playing since she was five. She's half Chinese, half Japanese. Her instructor was her very own father, a well known conductor and classical musician. You wanna know where Yuki got her "Good is not good enough!" attitude? It was her dad. If you think she's bad, you should have seen her father. Yuki grew up feeling as if there was nothing she could do to ever make him proud. And she was right. To this day, her father always has some shit to say, especially concerning her dating life. But she realized later in life that every obstacle she ever faced was easy due to the pressure her father put on her.

Yuki graduated from a prestigious university with a double major in mathematics and music. After graduating, she immediately got her teaching license. Her first few years teaching, she went way easier on her students. She wanted to prove to her dad that being chill while teaching could yield the same, maybe even better results. But her students only turned out average, never excellent. On her third year, she became the hardass she's known to be now. The school orchestra began to win competitions and their math scores improved dramatically. A particularly talented student by the name of Kazuhiro Keiichi entered her class this year, and she decided to make him the president of Orchestra Club in order to increase the pressure on him and propel him to excel further than he already has.

Like her trumpet, she is straightforward and a bit too confident for her own good. Kanade is also known as "that confident girl", making her quite popular around the school. She is also known for unintentionally being a heart-breaker. Whether that's good or bad is up to you. Known for going crazy in music practices.

Kanade Akihiro is just a ball of fire. A big ball of sassy little fire. Ever since she entered high school, she was odd, not in an antisocial matter but quite the opposite. Although there is no denying her intelligence, she tended to sleep during math class. Kanade is so unapologetically her, like her band instrument, she is confident, a bit arrogant and energetic. She can also be a bit rude and straightforward, not caring what anybody thinks of her. Her outgoing and charismatic nature made her the student council president and unintentionally made a reputation for herself. She is what some people would call fearless, combined with how strong her morals and sense of honor makes bullies and other assholes a force to reckon with. While she may seem insensitive and brash, Kanade is actually a soft, compassionate person, she just shows it in a more aggressive way at times. Her talent with music is unrivaled, her songs and art can channel almost every emotion successfully. Except one...love.

Kanade has no idea how to flirt and be romantic and it reflects obviously into her songs and music. She doesn't like romance novels or lame cliches, almost hating them with a passion. Kanade can also be naive, a bit too idealistic and eccentric because of her not conforming with general social cues. Honestly, this girl is really weird, Kanade might be the coolest girl you've ever met, but she is weird and can put people off easily. But on the bright side, at least she's not fake.

Kanade Akihiro was born to two famous musicians, they were the rare type of rich that weren't too braggy, showy or spoiled with their wealth. To Kanade, they were simply normal parents, living a normal life. But there were many things that weren't normal about her life. For one, her parents were famous, even if they didn't flaunt their wealth. Second, she had inherited her parent's musical talent without any sort of training or technique, just emotion and natural talent. Her parents knew that emotion was important when it came to being a musician, so without any hesitation, they honed it and bought her every single musical instrument she happened to be interested in and taught her how to sing. Kanade soon won many awards and recognition for her talent at a young age but realized her academics were falling behind, her parents having to homeschool her and take online classes until she was 15.

Once she was fully caught up, she had no idea how high school or romances in general worked. Her parents still loved her and encouraged her to be herself, no matter how many people made fun of her, and that's what she did. Because of her personality, she decided to continue on playing trumpet in her band amongst other instruments. Kanade eventually was bored enough to run for student council and miraculously won due to her being the loudest student. Her grades were pretty good, they weren't the best obviously, but she was still at least top 20 in her school, and she was okay with that.

Keiichi may initially seem calm and composed, but he is in actuality quite comical in a sense that he sometimes lets his confidence get the better of him. He is a hardworking and determined person and is a perfectionist to an extreme. Although he may not show it, he greatly appreciates his and members with all his heart. Like Kanade and Daisuke, Keiichi is wealthy, with parents owning a large business that he will eventually inherit. This made him spoiled, stoic, and even a bit elitist. He is overly logical and analytical, always taking the theoretical approach to every single thing (such as walking to school, or ordering food, or even when conducting). Ohhhhmyyyygooooood. This girl is someone most people wouldn't be able to tolerate for more than an hour. Even though she seem like the sort of quiet nerd you would see in the halls, you're wrong about one thing. She isn't quiet, but she is extremely nerdy. Chiasa is energetic and enthusiastic about topics in general as well as gaming. Man, Chiasa is obsessed with gaming and video game soundtracks and she's the type of person to randomly spout out an internet reference or two. She's ambitious as hell and is quite an academic genius, though not so much social. Chiasa tends to focus on one thing at a time, meaning anything else in the background or any other people talking to her get tuned out as she's focusing on something like a science project or a video game. It's a surprise she hasn't been run over by a car yet whenever she's tuned out, listening to music. As she tunes in on something, her senses seem to somehow enhance, allowing her to be a lot more observant of little details that no one else seems to notice, making her a gaming freak as well as someone able to keep up her nearly perfect grades. She's also a bit of a know-it-all and is the type of person to totally correct the teacher or person of a mistake at the expense of them. Chiasa is also impulse driven, whenever she sees something, she's almost determined to get it if she wants said item.

Chiasa is mostly logic and theory dominated. Her emotional side isn't as developed. Often, she has a frequent problem of wondering what her emotions are and what they mean. Thinking that most people are logical like herself, she's often known to be quite insensitive and blunt when it comes to her opinion. She isn't an asshole, but she absolutely cannot tolerate incompetence. She can work well with others, but most people are rather put off by her disorganized demeanour, so she prefers to work alone. In fact, Chiasa befriends most people in the school, without caring about what other people think of her. Chiasa finds things like athletics and cooking to be quite tedious and time consuming. She does have a flair for the arts like drama and literature, though that's the extent of her artistic abilities. Whenever this girl is sad, Chiasa tends to be rather cold, and even going out of her way to intentionally tune out the person. Okay, so this is going to be short. Chiasa was born to a simple upper-middle class family and while her parents were normal enough, their children, however, were complete opposites. Chiasa was a total bookworm, never liked going outside unless it was to go for a walk or to just observe nature but loved to play video games. Her older brother received a gameboy on his birthday, though due to how much he loved sports and playing outside with his friends, he never really got to touch it. That was when Chiasa found the gameboy with the package as well as instructions and games to play. Let's just say Chiasa wasn't seen outside her bedroom for five whole hours. That was when her whole gaming addiction had started. The more Chiasa learned about gaming, she realized that she had quite a knack for it as opposed to sports that her older brother forced her to play. Man, most people either love Yukari or find her to be a bit of a square. She's pretty popular around school for her looks, and how kind she is. Her grades are considered above average and Yukari, or Rii to her friends, can be seen helping out after school, volunteering and doing all that good stuff. Her musical talent can also be noted when she plays the flute or sings. Many suspicious people have actually spread rumours that Rii has a hidden dark side and actually try hard to break her composure with things like insults or things that she doesn't expect like a random jumpscare or prank. However, almost nothing has broken her composure and Rii seems to even be kind towards the likes of Tayu.

Man, Yukari is just a bundle of complex emotions. For one, only one side of her shows. While the other side of her seems just as genuine, it's practically repressed except for whenever she sings or dances. The first side, would be what her friends would call Rii or Rii-san. She's kind to almost every individual and there isn't anyone she's mean to. Polite and intelligent, Yukari's won the hearts of almost every single person in her grade. Her flute skills are pretty much on point and she's known for organizing benevolent charity events. Her looks, combined with the fact that she knows how to talk to people make her image seem almost flawless. However, this girl is so polite and refined that most people have suspicions of her not being all that she seems.

The first proof is shown when she dances. Specifically, ballroom. Whenever she's dancing the tango, it's almost like she changes. The once pure girl is wild, passionate and it seems that almost every negative emotion is then released during dance. Think intense stares and close but brave body contact, this girl can drive people nuts. Oh, and speaking of nuts? This girl is insane. When you actually get on her bad side, she's cutthroat but does it with a polite smile and an invitation to the Breast Cancer Charity Ball. With rival dancers, all it seems to take is a death glare and you're out of the way. Don't get me started on anything romantic. Yukari has a crush and will stop at nothing to make sure that they're together. On the inside, she's possessive, gently manipulative and charming. Yukari also has a strong sense of righteousness but also isn't afraid of talking herself out of every bad situation.

In a home where image seems to matter more than who you seem to be as a person, it can be really hard to express yourself. What made Yukari act this way? It's more of a mix of who she is as a person and the environment she was in. Relatively normal and nothing what most people would consider extreme, mixes of sociopathy kind of ran in her family like a genetic disorder. Yukari's parents are businessmen, in other words, people who cared about image. A bit too much. There was a lot of pressure, high expectations and an act you had to keep even when things were falling apart.

It started as a young kid where she decided to take her stress out on small animals like mice or squirrels. Later getting scolded about it being wrong and handing out more than inappropriate punishments, she learned not to do it again. No, I'm totally kidding. When she was caught the next time, Yukari basically told her family it was to nurse them back to health after they had been wounded. Earning praise from her parents made her only continue her behaviour later. Whenever she wanted something, just spout out some nice fluffy words to her parents or friends, boom, a new doll or toy to play with. Yukari began to grow competitive at a young age, wanting to dance and be beautiful. Knowing that this would boost their family's image, she was signed up to dance ballet and eventually ballroom.

Yukari felt rivalry for the first time, but ended up simply being nice but to backstab them later. This habit just didn't stop and she found it to be one of the most effective ways to get rid of someone and has done so ever since in all walks of life (school, orchestra or the ballroom). When she emerged into a teenager, she felt a lot of hormones and bad shit to the point where she couldn't keep up her front almost all day, 24/7. Yup, even in her home, Yukari isn't allowed to even do as much as slouch. So she found music. She found opera and she found the tango. But most of all, she's found "love". All of which, she plans on competing until she wins. And even let out some steam. Matoi has helped her let out some steam with his artistic pursuits, but she's totally a yandere for him.
