Clan Bases
HOMRA is a local bar in Shizume City that has served as the headquarters of HOMRA (The Red Clan) for at least 8 years.
The Mihashira Tower is a tall building located in the Toyo Metropolis that serves as the headquarters of Usagi. (The Gold Clan)
Scepter 4’s headquarters is a private area for the Blue Clan to operate upon. The main building acts as both a workplace for the members and a jailhouse for their prisoners.
It hasn't been made clear what jungle headquarters is called, or where it's located. But surely it exists..right?
Himmelreich is a blimp where a previous Silver King resided for many years. Whether the silver clan resides there now is undecided, but the blimp is still airborne.
A run down house that was abandoned years ago, adopted by the recent colorless queen and her clan. Located on the outskirts of the city.

Shizume City is the base of HOMRA. Being one of the cities of Tokyo Metropolis, it’s not that distant from School Island.
Ashinaka High School is a large educational institute that stretches across an entire island just off the coast of Tokyo Metropolis, not that far away from Shizume City.
