Raptor Shapeshifter
The disaster was unprecedented, inconceivable, and utterly humiliating. Or so Joshua Stantus thought as he looked upon the monitors surveying the now defenseless park, dread filling his very soul. Sirens were blaring in every facility on the island! “Sir! We have to leave!” He didn’t hear the officer, only heard the screams of the various security personal were ripped to shreds right before his eyes. The feathered beast was now chopping on the bloody torso of one of his scientists. His scientists. His employees. He looked on at another monitor where one of his security personal lay surrounded by raptors – not one of Hammond’s ungodly oversized scaly abominations dear god no – but a true pure dinosaur. Raptors as they should be. Feathered, roughly the size of a dog. Not the stupid fictionalized, crowd-pleasing freaks that Hammond had the audacity to call “dinosaurs”. And now they run amuck. How did this happen!? They are extra precautions! They made sure not to make the same mistake Inge with their dinosaurs so what happened!? He felt an insistent tug and turned around to see what could arguably be the last of his Security Personal. “Sir, we have to evacuate, now!” He looked pale and he was sweating profusely, he had his hand on his gun, ready to pull it out and fire. We were fools. Stantus thought. He sighs and makes to leave his precious dream behind. He was not like that fool Hammond. Several millions of dollars wasted! He recognized failure when it struck and it was best to leave this island...

The rest will have to suffer the consequences.
……..
When the disaster struck... War, at least that’s what the two-legs called him, waited patiently. he heard the sirens, they blared at the rim of his ears and he could smell the fear and sweat of his potential prey. His claws fidgeted uncontrollably and he could feel his heart pounding with anticipation. The rest of his pack was fidgety but he was utterly still, too still. He watched as the straight-legs raced to and fro, loud noises coming their handheld objects at an unseen foe. He heard and relished in their screams. Had he been human with human thoughts, he would have berated these straight-legs for the fools that they were. And still he waited. Waited until by happenstance, a mistake was made, and the door to his cage was opened. The rest of his kind were out so why not himself, the King of all Raptors, be out as well. So, he waited. Waited for the opportune moment, pacing around his cage. Eyes on his prey. He watched as one of the straight-legs in a white covering raced into his pen, sweating and shaking. He knew him immediately, recognized him both by his scent and his face. His pet. His straight-leg pet. The one that brought tribute in the form of food. He was sweating and shaking as he fumbled with something in his hands, and then, inevitably, his cage opened and he immediately pounced….

The incident was not caused by an accident, as the culprit stared at the large screen in the operator room. The screen showed several of the parks areas covered in red - the signs of danger, and still images of a dinosaur, not a true breed, but a genetically altered hybrid, were showing it killing security and even other Dinosaurs in these shots. The person behind the incident walked out of the room, phone up to his ear, as he spoke. "Trust me. Once project Rex has caused enough carnage, I will be selling it for the highest price. I have to go, the others will get suspicious." He closed the phone, and went back into the room. "Hopefully no one finds out." He thought.

A large foot stomped onto the ground. The foot belonged to a Allosauride, resembling an Saurophaganax, but it had bony protrusions on its back, and spikes on its tail. It's mouth was stained with blood. Flesh and cloth stuck in its teeth. It looked around. This place was new to it. Everything there that lived and breathed made it feel hungry. It turned its head to the right, and spotted a strange creature running at speeds unknown to it. It resembled a turtle, but had no head, or tail. It also seemed to have rounded legs. If this creature was human, it would know this was actually a car. The Dinosaur roared, and ran after the car.
