I'm so excited for everyone to be moving in and I hope that everything is going well! If you have any questions, please contact me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
A little about me!
My name is Eva Vestra and I've owned quite a few apheartment buildings before, never quite this big! I've been married to my beautiful wife for 16 years now and we've adopted 4 children who are now 8, 6, 3, and MasterJuann . It's because of them you're allowed to have pets here! Just kidding, but they do love their pets that they have hahaha!
Now onto why you're all being emailed!
You should've all also been sent a letter, but if you haven't been able to read it yet, this is what it's about; Tonight we'll be having a big welcome party! Food and drinks will be provided by a few different restaurants nearby. You'll also be given a flyer of different business, such as a library, cafe, daycare, a bakery, and much more! I hope to see you there!
Until then, have fun and good luck unpacking! Please come see me in my office if you have any questions!!
Ky hummed quietly as he put the days books back. He had to close the library a few hours early for the party at his apartment building. He was a little excited to go and meet all of the new people, but he also preferred more quite settings, so he hoped it wasn't too crazy. There were only a few people in the library. A girl studying, someone looking for a book, and another who was standing over by his desk and looking around. He put a few more books back before his eyes widened; someone was standing by his desk! He quickly went over and sat back down at his chair, "I'm sorry, I got lost in thought as I was shelving the books," he laughed softly, "How can I help you?" He helped the person check out some new books and offered him some candy from the jar. The person smiled, took a piece, and left to continue on with their day.
Ky finished shelving the remaining books before sitting by the girl who was studying, "Is there a test coming up or something? You're usually down at the cafe." The younger girl looked up in surprise, having not noticed her friend coming over, "No, I saw a tik tok about some cool astrology things, so I wanted to learn about it. Could I check out this book actually?" she asked. Ky hummed and nodded, "Can't say no to the girl that keeps me in business with all her late fees," he jokes, causing her to laugh. He checked out the book for her and handed it over, "I'll see you at the party tonight then?" She nodded and took a candy from the jar, Ky knew that she didn't talk much, but that was fine cuz he could easily make enough conversation for the both of them. "Alright then, see ya there Liv." She waved before walking out and down the street with her new book as Ky worked to keep himself busy.

Atlas
Atlas smiled as he helped some of the children with their crafts. He liked to let them have a big craft once a week, and today was that day. They were finger painting pictures to show at the new party tonight. Eva was kind enough to let him advertise his daycare, as they were both sure he'd have a few more children joining him with the new building finally being opened. He cleaned off his hands as he had one of his helpers watch them so they don't make too big of a mess as he heard the bell ring from the front door. He smiled as he saw the young, pointy ears boy who quickly ran over to him and hugged his leg, "It's nice to see you too August. I'm assuming you need to bake for the party?" he asked Augusts' mom, Dahlia. "Yes, he didn't nap as much as I had hoped and we need as much help as possible right now," she explained. "Well no worries, we're doing crafts anyway, he'll be just fine here," he assured her, Atlas knew how much Dahlia worried over her son-rightfully so. "Thank you, Dear," she smiled as she kneeled down to hug August. He hugged her tight before running off and painting with his other friends. Dahlia then also left to head back to her bakery as Atlas went back to make sure they kids-August specifically-didn't eat any of the paint.
He joined the kids in painting after a few of them asked, as he had a hard time telling them no over something so sweet and simple. He knew a few would be picked up soon, so he made sure that they didn't get too dirty and would be easy to wash up before they went home for the day.

Dahlia sighed softly as she walked back from the daycare. She knew that she didn't need to, but she always worried over August unless he was near her. But she also needed to get some things done before the party tonight. She loved her son greatly, but he'd also most likely get in the way as she was busy helping others and directing the employees on what to do. She quickly got back to her home and helped finish closing up. They were closing an hour early so they could focus the last two hours on baking for tonight.
She was able to push August to the back of her mind as she worked, she trusted Atlas and her son absolutely adored him. "Double check that these are all counted right," she said to one of her employees. They quickly went to work as Dahlia closed off part of the seating to start cleaning. She always made sure the bakery was clean, not only was it a place people ate, but whe knew August would eat anything that was on the floor and she really wanted to prevent that. She ran back and forth from cleaning, helping in the back, and checking people out with their desserts. A part of her was excited for tonight, as hopefully she could get a few more employees to help her. She wasn't short or anything, but just one or two would make some things a lot easier.
"Oh Amira dear! It's great to see you! Here for your weekends batch of August Cookies?" Dahlia asked as she saw the teen come into the store. She smiled and nodded, "Yep, my aunt and uncle asked for some brownies too?" Dahlia nodded and threw in a few extra cookies for the girl, as she knew they were her favorite. She paid and as usual, she left a great tip in the tip jar, "You're the best Dahlia! I can't wait to have more of your treats tonight!" Amira smiled as she left. Dahlia laughed and went back to cleaning more of the seating area.

Olivia smiled softly as she walked over towards her favorite cafe. She walked slower, as she was also reading, but made sure to avoid and watch out for others that were walking. She soon entered the cafe, she looked around for the owner. Mona had become someone very close to Olivia, as one of the first people to always give her a warm welcome. "Hey sweetie. Your usual spot is open for you," the snake 'mom' said. Olivia smiled, "Thank you," she said and went into her usual spot in the corner. She always got the same thing whenever she came here, and Mona didn't need to hear what she wanted anymore, unless she wanted something different.
She read through the astrology book before smiling back at Mona as she brought over a mocha and bagel sandwhich. "Hmm. So what new intrique are we exploring this time hun?" Mona asked. Olivia wasn't one to talk much anymore, but Mona asking her about her interest was definitely a way to get her talking. "Well, I saw this random tik tok about astrology, and then in the comments they were kinda arguing about what was right. And I had finished my homework for this weekend and I didn't feel like studying all that much, so I figured that I'd just go and get a book from Wu Library. It's super interesting actually. The stars they use for Zodiac and stuff is all from like 2000 BC, and they looked way different, and there's a new one too!" she explained excitedly, "It's just so crazy how people were able to see the stars and track them without the technology now, and it's super interesting how they decided the length of the signs too. It's just whichever one is behind the sun," she explained further before taking a small breath as she realized she was nerding out. "But yea, it's really interesting so far," she finished. She knew Mona had to work, and she didn't want to keep others waiting because of her nerding.

Amira
Amira smiled as she took one of the extra cookies to start eating. She had been here multiple times as her family and her were moving her things to a temporary storage unit before the apartment builing officially opened, and the cookies were by far her favorite thing there. She walked back over towards the building with many people walking in and out. Luckily, they only had a few things that they needed to bring in. She guessed buying a ton of new room stuff made everything easier than moving all of her old stuff.
She walked up the stairs, as she was on the second floor, and didn't want to set stuck on the elevators, and met her aunt and uncle coming back down to grab some more things. "I got brownies too!" she smiled at them. "That's great dear, go put them up on the counter and meet us back down to get some more things," her aunt said. Amira nodded and continued walking up towards the apartment building. She set the desserts on the counter and went to check on her cat, Clyde. She was such a sweetheart, and Amira figured she'd never love anything more. But the cat also liked to get into trouble, fairly often. Which was only proven as Amira opened her bedroom door Clyde ran out and quickly out. Amira normally wouldn't have been worried, but, thinking that she was going to leave soon, she had left the front door open as well. Her eyes widened as she yelled, "Clyde!" and quickly chased after the cat, yelling excuse me's and sorry's along the way.
