he uses a gut knife as a weapon thats on a fishing line making able to be thrown and be retrieved(or hook it to someone to drag him),he is also able to make a small area around him water like substance allowing him to swim quickly or hide from someone who dosent pays too much attention however its not that deep so someone stabbing this area (or shooting) will be able to hit him(but its deep enough to allow him to swim)
