Personality: Faelan is a man of many words. He is never shy about speaking his mind, no matter how controversial the topic is. He enjoys playing devil's advocate and likes to argue for the sake of it—which can be incredibly annoying for those around him. He has a knack for finding the angle of an argument that no one else has thought of, and he is often quite persuasive, even when wrong.

His mind is a whirlpool of thought, and the current of his brain often takes him on long, winding journeys away from the present moment. The decisions he has to make in his life often left him feeling overwhelmed, as he would ponder and reflect for hours on end. His inability to make swift decisions has left him feeling stuck and helpless at times, and his tendency to think too much often got in the way of taking action. Yet, his thoughtful nature was also his saving grace, as it allowed him to take in the world around him with a deep and meaningful understanding.

Backstory: The sun rising over the rolling hills of the Emerald Isle was an inspiring sight for the young Irish-American boy. With a heart full of wonder, he gazed upon the breathtaking landscape, letting his imagination run wild as he envisaged a future full of possibilities. His family had immigrated to the United States when he was a child, but his homeland still held a special place in his heart.

He was a bright boy, always looking for new ways to explore the world around him. His parents encouraged him to pursue his dreams and pushed him to reach for the stars. He was often found tinkering with gadgets, trying to figure out how things worked. As he grew, he developed a passion for engineering and science, and his parents encouraged his interests. Faelan worked hard in school and earned a scholarship to study engineering at a prestigious American university.

He excelled in his studies and graduated with honors. After college, he found a job at a large engineering firm and began to enjoy a successful career. He was an ambitious man and had a keen eye for detail and a creative mind. But, as World War II began to consume the world, Faelan felt the call to serve his country and do his part in the fight for freedom. With a heavy heart, he left his job and signed up for the military, eager to use his engineering skills to help in the war effort.

It can control machines and motors with a simple thought, allowing it to control complex systems with ease. It can make machinery move and function as it desires. They can start and stop machines, control their speed and make adjustments to the settings with a thought. With this ability, Mr. Roboto can also create powerful and complex devices from the simplest of components and repair and modify existing machinery.

Stand Name; Woodside

Stand Ability; Woodside appears a prosthetic arm of living metal and wood. It has a number of abilities centered around the groth of the roots that compose the stand. Its main ability is wood generation. It can shoot wooden tendrils at mid-range (2-3 yards away from the user) from it's hand as attacks at 50 miles an hour or defense in the form of creating large, tree-like constructs that's as dense as Black Ironwood. When places against the ground, it can allow the user to increase the range of it's abilitiys and generating roots underground that can stretch for half a mile. This allows the user to pick up seismic motions from other objects and organisms and allows the user to trigger the roots combatively at a thought. Woodside's attack capabilities are arguably it's more horrifying attribute as the tendrils are sharp enough to pierce human tissue with ease is semi-sentient, it does require sustenance. With water being its primary source for sustenance, it can drain water from any water-based liquid. However, once it starts the process, the user cannot stop it unless the source is depleted, or it drinks its fill. Woodside then filters out the waste of the liquid and keeping the nutrients, which in turns empowers the user (depending on what source Woodside absorbs), effectively increasing both the stand and its user in the process. A side effect of this ability however is that it funnels the waste into the user themselves, causing them to regurgitate the waste in the form of an acidic, black bile akin to tar.

Personality.
Usually calm, quiet, and even a little passive, Alice is a young woman that would rather prefer to avoid discussing matters on her mind. Loyal, trustworthy, and honest to a fault, she's also among the last to question either allies or authorities. While these traits make for an admirable soldier, her naivete often leaves her vulnerable to betrayal. Nonetheless, she's rather thick-skinned, having survived her own fair share of ordeals, though this has conversely left her out of tune with her emotions. Somewhat of a stickler for protocols and procedures, she's willing to occasionally bend rules if the means justify the end or if empathy overrides orders. Alice, after all, is more than capable of kindness and will especially extend it towards those facing experiences similar to that of her own.
Backstory.
Life has been somewhat of a rocky whirlpool for Alice. Born in Leipzig in 1923 to a German-Jewish businessman and his wife, Alice was the youngest of three children. She had an ordinary upbringing for any German girl — attend school, learn about The Great War, play with other children, help with the family business, learn to someday become a good wife. Friday sunsets to Saturday moon rises were reserved for Shabbat. It was like that for the first fifteen years of her life. Events began to spiral out of control by 1939, though, with the National Socialist German Workers' Party holding complete control over Germany's future. When the National Socialist German Workers' Party pushed for German-Jews to leave the country, the Becker family wasted little time in acting.

Despite the extremely restrictive policies at the time, the Becker family was among the very few to find suitable refuge in The United States. Alice was only fifteen years old when she and her family boarded a ship that would take them over rocky sea waves to an American harbor. It wasn't an ideal situation, especially when the girl that spoke with a Germanic accent always had judgmental eyes on her, but at least they were safe. Which was especially true when Europe was thrust into a second World War only later that same year.

The United States stayed out of the war and the Becker family was hopeful. Alice was hopeful. Then, two years later, the unspeakable happened: an attack from an eastern Empire. When Japanese forces launched a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th of 1941, it became apparent what would immediately happen. Alice was only seventeen years old when the United States began to mobilize for the war. As a woman immigrant, her options were limited at first, save for working and careful rationing. Then, in August of 1943, when Alice was only nineteen years old, another opportunity presented itself: the Women Airforce Service Pilots. As a WASP, Alice remained detached from actual combat, but was able to find new wings for herself nonetheless. Testing aircraft and entrusted with training actual pilots despite her background, she finally felt as if she'd found somewhat of a place within American society.

Until a certain Arrow chose her, that was.

Stand Ability.
An ordinary handgun that is invisible to the human eye, Jeremy is incredibly weak and was never intended to harm others. Although it is capable of harming others, Jeremy's primary use is to heal others. This can only be done through a direct headshot at the moment, but Alice is working on that. Although capable of healing both minor and major wounds, miss of a direct headshot leads to the discharge of regular gunfire, even on allies.

A man filled with patriotism inside of him and willing to do anything for his country, a hard believer in hard work and a man you can trust to get the job done. He’s also a very generous and kind person who will treat others as they treat him.

Backstory;
Mortekai is a valentine, and grandson of the deceased 23rd president of the U.S, Funny Valentine. His father was son of valentine and scarlet valentine, while his mother was a daughter of a family who emigrated into the U.S for work and better opportunities for their kids. Like his grandfather, he always had a fond sense wanting to protect his nation and serve his country, and that’s what he did, proving that he wasn’t just some spoiled grandson of a president he worked hard to get his spot into the super soldier program where it would make him, stronger, faster, and smarter than he always was, and proving he was a great leader.

He will do anything to accomplish the mission given, even if it means to sacrifice his life for the greater good of his country. He prays that his squad mates will do the same.

Leadership Skills;
Maybe being inherited from his grandfather but he has leadership skills like no one could imagine, he was assigned the leader of the group.

Survival Skills;
Knows how to start a fire and basic medical training from that time as well as basic knowledge of survival skills.

Mapping;
Extremely good at mapping out a locations and knowing where to go and how to get there.

Gambling Skills;
Valentine is a extremely well gambler knowing how to read someone and predict thier cards in hands, mostly skilled in blackjack and poker.

Marksmanship
Mortekai has always had a good hand with guns, knowing how to aim well and having a great shot with almost any gun that you give him using them to the best of his abilities.

Stand Name; Ace of spades



Stand cry; CHK ha CHK ha CHK ha

Stand ability;
Ace of spades is a mid range stand that can work both far range and close range, (1-10 meters and 20-45 meters effectively), the stand appears to look like a humanoid general of an army that wears a white mysterious mask and coated in a big shiny star medal while carrying cards.


Each card that it carry’s has a unique ability it can activate, though each card has the ability to cause minor harm, though if the stand goes into a barrage of the king cards it can deal heavy amounts of damage.

Each suite has a unique ability while special cards are used for its heavy damage dealing attacks while the suite cards, Numbered 1-10 deal minor damage as well, though if it is meant for harm instead of its ability it can not do both and has to choose between harm or its ability.

Each card in the deck (52) cannot be used again until the deck is refreshed and used having a cool down of 2 minutes, where the stand is vulnerable for attacks, but can protect its self by using weak punches that will cause little to no harm.

Suits of cards and their abilities

Heart Suite;
Used for giving boosts of energies and adrenaline and boosting morale.

Example; Character A is drained of stamina and cannot sprint or sense of morale is lost and character is feeing negative emotions such as sadness, or depression. The adrenaline will last until the enemy is eliminated or captured and the ally’s previous stamina will return back to normal.

If the card is used for harm than the ability is completely ineffective and cannot be used until the deck is refreshed.


Club Suite;
This suite of card is used in recon purposes and if thrown for its ability it can be used as a recon for any activity going on based on movement and will give Mortekai the location of the last movement of the enemy or enemy stand user, the card is in effect for 30 seconds before returning to the deck. If the card is used for its ability and then for harm the card can no longer use its ability of that suite until the deck is refreshed.

Spades-
Used as an effect rather than regular ammunition for the stand and able to poison enemy stands that cause little to no damage but will drain the stand users energy to do anything, the effect lasts 20 seconds before having Mortekai having to get another hit by trowing the card at the enemy stand user, once the 10 cards of the suit is used than it cannot be used until the deck is refreshed once again.

Diamond suite;
Used as explosives for the stand that will detonate as soon as the card touches any surface, except that of being water and will not do anything and be completely useless. Can be used as minor damage cards.

Cards such as Aces and Face cards are used as the high damage cards and be used for barrage attacks.

Rocco Francis Marchegiano

Personality:
Quiet, peaceful, and humble, he was fanatically loyal to people he cared about and was generous to a fault. Being born in a tough part of the world, he is also incredibly hardy and relentless when push comes to shove.

Backstory:
Rocco is the child of two Italian Immigrants Pierino and Pasqualina, born in 1923 and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts. Being born after the great depression, he never finished formal education and had to work as a laborer, ditchdigger, track layer, and shoemaker, all to help his family. In his youth, he worked out on homemade weightlifting equipment and used a stuffed mailbag that hung from a tree in his back yard as a heavy bag, introducing him to the world of Boxing. Though his neighborhood made him well-versed in street fighting, he would only feel a vested interest in the sport of boxing after training for a few years, before he joined the army in 1943.

Unique skills:
  • Skilled fighter, mostly self-taught and amateur from defending himself in a less than safe neighborhood​
  • Resourceful, able to make the most out of what little he had as he was raised from poverty​
  • Street smart, having been making a living since the age of 16, he had to fight his way both physically and systematically up the ladder​
  • Bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.​

Last Breath
Stand Cry

[Last Breath] manifests itself as metallic gauntlets covered in an unknown brownish off-white hand wrap that is automatically worn by Rocco when summoned. The gauntlets themselves are unbreakable due to their unique abilities, though its protection does not extend to the rest of Rocco's body. During the duration that these gauntlets are worn, whoever wields them will gain a significant boost in their physical strength, a marginal increase in their physical durability, a significant increase in their stamina capacity and perceive time much slower compared to everyone else.

The stand's unique ability is related to friction manipulation and energy absorption. Though these skills are still mostly untested in the field of battle thus far, it has been shown that Rocco is able to prevent people from walking by increasing the friction between ones shoes and the ground, to stopping firearms by increasing the friction between the bolt and the receiver. The limits of this power is unknown as of yet, but it appears that anything within a 3-4 meter radius is able to be affected by this friction manipulation. Another ability that the gauntlet appears to have is energy absorption, being that any energy introduced to the gauntlet is absorbed and is able to be released at will, though how this energy is released is up to the bearer and can be used in many different circumstances.

Stand cry: "Yaa-bidibidibidibidi!" Stand ability: Traverser can make wormholes between shadows and dark holes. These wormholes can be traveled through but not seen through. Only 1 path can be up at a time, and both ends must be in visible range (upwards of 50 yards) to the user when created. A path is only closed when a new one is open, or either gates go beyond 50 yards from the user. Only things that can fit through the smaller of the two gates can traverse them. Personality: Hesitant, careful, and cunning. His work in with mobsters has lead Cerpin to always be on edge around others. He often keeps quiet to avoid drawing attention, never looking to be noticed. He's willing to change sides as long as it seems more likely to keep him alive, willing to sell out for his ideals. Although Cerpin can often be caught lost in space, minding his own business.

Backstory: Born in Bergen, Cerpin had a quiet and normal upbringing. After graduating from school Cerpin moved to Kongsberg and joined Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace as a general technician. A couple uneventful years went by until Cerpin had met and talked with an individual in a bar about his works in arms industry. The individual was part of a Balkanese gang and offer to pay Cerpin for some insider info. Within the next week Kongsberg Defense was robbed in the middle of the night.
Finally realizing exactly what he had done, Cerpin became paranoid and looked for the man he'd previously given information to. Once he found him, Cerpin begged the man to help him sneak out of the country as Cerpin was irrationally convinced the authorities would be looking for him eventually. The two made a deal, Cerpin would be smuggled into the United States to be employed by another arms manufacturer for him to leak information to the gang for another potential overnight theft, then he would be relocated once again.
Then into America, Cerpin managed to get a job at a Colt manufacturer. It was there he just so happened to meet a member of the American Mafia and relayed his story to the gangster. He'd been give another offer to work for a gang, but this time he wouldn't need to be relocated, just manage firearms for the mafia and the Balkanese would be taken off his back.

(Non-stand)Abilities: Knowledge on arms manufacturing and upkeep

Escape artist; Cerpin always plans an exit route no matter the situation and plans for contingencies

Poker face; Cerpin has a very stoic outer shell, and can catch onto lies and deception very quickly.

Resourceful; Cerpin can work with whatever is thrown at him, using anything and everything to his advantage. He's willing to throw away fairness as long as he gets his way
