Info Is there a time limit on drafts?

My question is about post drafts.

I know that drafts are saved across all devices, but is there a time limit on how long the draft is saved for?

If there is a time limit, does accessing the draft post regularly prevent it from expiration?

not that I know of. I once came across a thread I hadn't touched in 8 months and found my text sitting in the reply box half finished.

The draft system can be a little quirky, though, so I don't recommend it for long-term use. If you're working on a lengthy post, you probably want to either use a word processing program to save it in, or post it in your Private Workshop and use the Edit function when you want to resume working on it.
