Roleplay Availability
This roleplay would go down an alternate timeline when the United States still won the Cold War, but Russia never departed from communism. In this world, most of Eastern Europe is now absorbed by the USSR now known as the Greater Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, or GUSSR. The GUSSR and U.S. still have small squabbles over who has the right system of economics, but nothing of large enough scale to consider a rebirth of the Cold War. That is, until the two sides took it too far.

The invasions of New York City and Moscow were invaded almost simultaneously, and it was never discovered who intended to hit first. Not even the top espionage agencies of the world could figure out quite what happened, but most predict one caught wind of the other's plan and planned to strike first. The roleplay will take place in one of these cities during the invasion. You are a normal citizen, surviving the raid. If the first one in one city is successful, I'll launch a sequel in the other city.

As opposed to being a character in the grand scheme, I will be a gamemaster of sorts. Your character will have strengths and weaknesses which can be determined through numerical stats. Your character will also have skills and abilities and such, and capitalizing on these abilities will increase survival odds.

Sounds cool i will probably join, quick question though is it going to be similar to "this war of mine" or different?

Imagine This War of Mine meets Deadrising and Dead Island (minus zombies plus highly trained soldiers, obviously). Survival and the lives of the survivors will obviously be fundamental, but you can also save other player-character survivors, craft weapons, and things like that. There will also be a fundamental plot to the roleplay that the characters can complete.
