Anyway, the reason why you cannot message people is because you are a new member. This is because it is a way to weed out spam bots and such. To make profile posts, have access to the TeamSpeak server, and private message people, you need to have at least 10 posts on your account and have had to be a member for at least 24 hours. After you have reached those requirements, it'll take a few minutes for the site to process it and then you'll have access to the full RpN experience. c:
